14 of 14 · most liked firstI honestly didn’t expect Two Point Museum to be this enjoyable, especially coming from someone who spends a lot of time with history and archaeology, what I like most is the way the game makes collecting and interpreting the past part of the actual gameplay. You send expeditions into the field, recover fossils, artefacts and specimens, bring them back to the museum and then decide how they should be displayed and explained to visitors, that immediately reminded me of the kind of questions that…

I sure wish there were more game sales celebrating the day. I don't want jewelry, perfume, flowers, or shoes. But if Two Point Museum was on sale? I'd be set.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For the first three weeks I owned this game I put almost as many hours into it as I put into my actual paying job. With Museum, the Two Point franchise pivots from business sim to design sim and is all the stronger for it. Being able to create aesthetically pleasing things for the sake of aesthetic pleasure, and having the game reward this, means that I can continue to play each level long after achieving victory and still enjoy it. In Hospital and Campus, once you were making money hand over…

The Two Point Museum game-loop is so fun and satisfying and there's so much content it's not even funny. If you hate having free time, may I suggest this game?

Whoo another Two Point "dontcarewhatitiswilljustbuyit "! =) My wife’s boyfriend says the devs missed an opportunity for not including a Robin Williams Easter egg in which the Theodore Roosevelt Statue shows up for some fun shenanigans. Only a matter of time before we get Two Point Zoo! Although I guess a museum is already like a zoo just for dead things… Imma be honest, l've run a hospital for years and I think I do okay. Gags aside, Two Point Museum is a refinement of the management sim genre that goes very wide and respectably deep. The sheer number of options you have for exhibits and decorations is astounding, and the art style and humor is spot on. Each group of exhibits (Prehistory, Space, Aquarium, Science, etc) all have their own feel and rules for how to set up and maintain, to the point…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Satire, sarcasm, silliness, & sheer shenaniganry! I pre-ordered Museum hoping for a similar experience to Two Point Hospital.... & they knocked it right out of the park. Somehow, they took great & made it better. This game is both complicated & chilled, & you can run a successful museum with either a wing-it or a micromanagement playstyle. Campaign mode has a glorious story, with intriguing NPCs & lore, while sandbox gives you the freedom to create as you please. Both give you the ability to…

unlabelledView post →A hidden gem I'm really glad I picked up. I'll be honest: after my experience with Two Point Campus, I wasn't exactly eager to play Two Point Museum. I'm really glad I changed my mind. As you'd expect, the game is full of the classic Two Point charm, plenty of quirky humor, ridiculous radio announcements, and a fun, lighthearted art style. But what really hooked me were the new gameplay mechanics. Gameplay Unlike most management games, you don't simply buy new exhibits; you have to go out and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't generally review games on Steam, but Two Point Museum has such universally positive acclaim and I just... couldn't get into it. Which is odd, seeing as I absolutely love Two Point Hospital. But the core gameplay loop – place an exhibit, go gather more, place an exhibit – simply failed to ensnare my interest. What's more, TPM suffers from a strange condition common to modern simulation games: eager crowds. As with Planet Coaster/Zoo, as soon as you open your attraction you're swarmed by…

This game is part of the two point series which includes the two point hospital and two point campus. This is the third game made by two point studios. Basically in this game, the player is a curator of a failing museum and must make it successful to make money. This is easier said than done, as the player must take expeditions to find new exhibits to place in the museum, then…

I see a permanent exhibition that the original country is never seeing again, while I make millions selling its plastic replicas in my gift shop.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I had reservations, even though my eldest daughter (both daughters are avid gamers) knew the kinds of games I liked and recommended this one highly. I have hundreds, even thousands of hours in games with serious management elements. Two Point Museum gave off a kind of cartoony vibe, and I just didn’t know ... But I bought it, invested more than 300 hours, and enjoyed it immensely. No, it’s not Stellaris. You won’t need a spreadsheet (although I have filled more than a few pages with…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My favourite out of the Two Point collection. Despite enjoying decorating and customisation, I often found in TP Hospital and Campus that I'd eventually lose the desire, and focus entirely on just getting the required rooms down and spamming (usually golden certificates IIRC) decor for room prestige, but TPM's focus on decor has inspired some truly fun, creative ideas in my museums. What some negative reviews describe as 'a grind', I see as longevity. It just depends on what you're looking…

A perfect game to just sit back, relax, do some decorating without ANY stress. IMO it does get a little repetitive around the 100 hours mark. So if you dont mind ''grinding'' some challenges in the end game go for it! I'd say you can get ATLEAST 60~80 hours without getting bored or getting a repetitive feeling. 10/10 for sure
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game #11 of 2025 Two Point Museum I really wanted to love this game, but in the end I barely liked it because of a repetitive feature that grew old after the first couple of levels. I very much doubt I'll be returning to this game in the future.
unlabelledView post →Two Point Museum is an incredible next step for Two Point Studios! They took all of the best parts of Two Point Hospital and Campus and elevated them to make a fantastic new experience. On top of that they keep adding more content to what was already a fantastic game. This is my favorite game currently and I can not get enough. Two Point Studios is incredible. They have my heart forever.

I have not slept past 2am in ages and yesterday I was up until 4am cause I lost track of time and just couldn't stop. The campaign is sooo good!! positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Two Point Museum is extremely easy. Fundamentally it's gentle, low-stakes busy work and honestly, that part doesn't bother me. With the focus being more on decoration than micro-managing, compared to previous Two Point titles, it is pleasant enough to unwind with. It is satisfying to build up a interesting museum. The animations are fun and It's great to lean back for a moment to take it all in, when the customers are flowing. What does bother me is how aggressively the DLC is signposted…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I came for the management sim, stayed because I'm apparently a sucker for digital hoarding with a capitalist speedrun attached. Two Point Studios figured out the formula: wrap naked greed in whimsy and suddenly looting history feels wholesome. You're a glorified fence. Send expendable staff to ransack archaeological sites (half won't come back, natural selection in action), dump the stolen goods in a building, and fleece tourists who can't tell a Sumerian artifact from a parking lot…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have been playing this with my 5-year old daughter. She picks the wallpaper, floortiles and decorations etc. It has been a very wholesome experience so far and I am sure we will have many more of such hours to come.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Now this, this is a good game. You're gonna be big multitasking, makin satisfying designs, bossin around employees who should be grateful to work for you (the man). You're gonna have the most glorious dinosaurs the public has ever seen. I forgot to take care of my human self while playing this game. My only gripe is how the campaign mode will get you so invested into a museum and say that's great now start over somewhere else with a different theme. And you just gotta go with it or else you…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hitting a plug for their DLC on the second map is a big red flag. It literally mentioned I was gonna miss out on gameplay without their zoo DLC. I don't appreciate being FOMO'd in the middle of my game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Put an asterisk on that thumbs down. The game's okay for a certain niche. However, I came here looking for a *museum simulation* game and not an idle dollhouse. If you like "cozy" games that smooth out your brain and let you decorate however, maybe give this a shot. The animations are lovely-- very expressive, very varied, and very polished. The graphics are pleasant to look at, the soundtrack is okay enough. On a surface level, this game is rather appealing. But I would not pay money for it,…

It’s an honest game that delivers heaps of content without slapping on a $100 price tag, and the studio keeps adding free updates instead of nickel‑and‑diming players. Two Point Studios is proof that game development can be both fair and entertaining a model other companies should take notes from.
