unlabelledView post →The World's End would've been a better film if they took out all the alien stuff and it was just about the old friends reuniting for a pub crawl.
unlabelledView post →The World's End (2013) Directed by Edgar Wright is the third and final film in the Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy, after Shaun of the Dead (2004) and Hot Fuzz (2007). Starring Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, and Martin Freeman. #FilmSky

unlabelledView post →As a non-movie-ranker, I endorse this list. Hot Fuzz = the Cornetto film I rewatch the most, but The World's End = the most achieved & ambitious of the three. & Shaun of the Dead is a drop-dead (ha) perfect breakthrough--not his true debut, as he had already made the low-budget A Fistful of Fingers.
unlabelledView post →#watched THE WORLD'S END (2013) I'm an big Edgar Wright fan and have watched the other 2 Cornetto films over a dozen times each. This one doesn't work for me, though. It's far too depressing and uncomfortable to be funny, and Nick Frost is misused. I still love your work, Edgar.
unlabelledView post →i bet there are people whose favorite Cornetto movie is The World's End and I think that's great it's not mine, it's Hot Fuzz for me, but i get it, my favorite romero movie is Day of the Dead, followed by Land of the Dead
unlabelledView post →Movie 15, fininishing off 24 hours of #BFestSouth THE WORLD'S END
unlabelledView post →This was a fun bunch of movies: Weapons, Repo Man, The World's End, and Ladies and Gentlemen, the Fabulous Stains #LetterboxdFriday and #lastfourwatched but I think only one passed the Bechdel test.
unlabelledView post →The local Everyman cinema shows a cutesy-poo ad to induce viewers to go to the bar for "one more" before the film kicks off. The film clips they've chosen include The Shining and The World's End, both featuring characters who are on a spiralling descent into alcoholism (Casino Royale too, arguably).
unlabelledView post →repost with the movie ur making all ur mooties watch at the bsky sleepover🍿💤 (I'm including The World's End, can't do it without the whole Cornetto Trilogy)
unlabelledView post →116.) The World's End Absolutely absurd and delightful romp I actually did not know anything about this movie going in so you better believe my jaw hit the floor when the actual true nature of this film revealed itself Shoutout King Gay 9.5/10
unlabelledView post →Time for the main event! Final movie of the night! My wife ran to the store to grab some crafting stuff, so she told me to pick whatever I wanted, so... This last one won't be random. Recently watched the other 2, so I decided to wrap up the Cornetto trilogy tonight! The World's End, 2013
unlabelledView post →#MovieMadness #MovieChallenge Day 29 - Favorite movie trilogy Three Flavours Cornetto Trilogy: "Shaun of the Dead" (2004), "Hot Fuzz" (2007) & "The World's End" (2013) This counts, right? Even though there are no shared characters or storylines? The tongue-in-cheek branding is enough, yeah?
unlabelledView post →Hit Man is *so* close to being an instant classic, however it does end on a 1-2 punch of daring downbeat ending into fantastical coda and I need to sit with it awhile. The last time I felt this way was watching The World's End in the theater (the third film in the Cornetto Trilogy, of course)
unlabelledView post →Finally watched The World's End last night, the only one of the Cornetto Trilogy I'd not seen. "What the fuck does WTF mean?" and "Oh fuck off, you big lamp" have secured themselves a place among my favourite movie quotes. Another great movie though.
unlabelledView post →The World's End (finishing the Cornetto trilogy) First Time Watching Movie youtu.be/I6jJb9AqPs0?...
unlabelledView post →What movie had you laughing, unable to breathe, even just for one scene? 🎥🤣 I'll say... 'The World's End'
unlabelledView post →Rewatched the entire Cornetto Trilogy last night. The World's End: Still possibly my favourite film of all time?
unlabelledView post →"Introduce yourself using only one food you refuse to eat one movie you'll never watch again, and ine song you can't stand" Gooseberry anything The World's End Everything I do* * If you don't remember that awful, hot Summer, you may not get it. But fuck that song. Fuck it with a hammer.
unlabelledView post →The answer to "what's my favourite film with a Doctor in" has three answers lol. Technically, The World's End (my favourite) as it has David Bradley. But he's a recast of an existing Doctor. Therefore, it's Logan, but Richard E Grant is non-canonical (for now). So I guess it's 28 Days Later.
unlabelledView post →Now watching Shaun of the Dead: Part 3: The World's End #Filmsky 📽️
unlabelledView post →Whenever I tell my loving wife that I believe the best movie in the Cornetto trilogy is THE WORLD'S END, she always gives me the saddest look. Like I told her I believe the world is flat or something
unlabelledView post →"what's that movie with the... colors? And the robots that aren't robots? ....The World's End? "No, it's like...the future? And they question the robots that aren't robots?" ...........Blade Runner??? "YES!!!"
unlabelledView post →Co-signed. I wasn't expecting The World's End to have *that* kind of tone. I was... kinda soured on it? But I'll say this: I watched the CinemaWins guy weigh in on it, and I revisited it and found much more to love. Which is to say, folks, always choose CinemaWins over CinemaSins. Love that dude.

unlabelledView post →Just watched The World's End for the third time, since first seeing it on release 13 years ago. For my money it's a film that is most definitely improving with age. #movie #film #letterboxd
unlabelledView post →Edgar Wright hasn't made a great film since The World's End and it's become abundantly clear how much heart Simon Pegg added to the scripts.
unlabelledView post →Hot Fuzz is legit one of my favorite movies The World's End is, I think, Edgar Wright's most introspective film. It's not as funny as the other two but I am in my late 30's and The World's End hits in a very different way now.
unlabelledView post →The World's End The only movie of the Cornetto trilogy that I actually hadn't seen until now It was pretty good, it doesn't beat Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz but those two movies are really hard to beat
unlabelledView post →Heheh The World's End is my favorite because of the tone! But all 3 movies are so dang good and so picking a favorite Cornetto film is like trying to pick just 1 favorite ice cream flavor
unlabelledView post →I think the 'This Corrosion' choir hitting as Gary's blank is revealed in The World's End is near perfect. Sounds as epic and dramatic as it's possible to be in a movie score, while any Sisters Of Mercy fans get a fun easter egg.
unlabelledView post →#JuneMovieChallenge Day 10. A movie about someone who loves to drink The World's End (2013)
unlabelledView post →"The World's End" is a bizarre film about friends on a pub crawl that has a totally unexpected ending.
unlabelledView post →Being over 40 and still listening to Floodland is the premise of the movie The World's End
unlabelledView post →The Cornetto Trilogy... I'm watching the 3rd of the Trilogy tomorrow - The World's End, as well as a few others for my usual NYD Movie Marathon
unlabelledView post →Ewww I just googled images of him and now I'm thinking The World's End might not just be a movie.
unlabelledView post →This movie a kinda/sorta a parallel with The World's End. The ladies cope via extreme wilderness survival, the guys cope with a pub crawl. #HorrorWatch
unlabelledView post →Gave "The World's End" another chance. Found it underwhelming when I saw it in cinemas back in 2013. A decade-and-change worth of life experience added value to the film. It's still the weakest of the Cornetto Trilogy by a wide margin but some of the narrative beats resonate more in your 30s.
unlabelledView post →Hot Fuzz is easily one of the funniest movies of the past 25+ years, right up there with Black Dynamite and The Nice Guys. That said, I still think The World's End is a better overall film, because it has a lot of shit to say, while Hot Fuzz is really just silly fun without any deeper meaning.
unlabelledView post →The World's End and Another Round, both quite similar films about drinking in that they both end a film filled with alcoholism, tragedy and personal decay by concluding that, despite all of that, drinking is still great and done by absolute legends
unlabelledView post →#JuneMovieChallenge #Filmsky #Moviesky 6/10 A movie about someone who loves to drink The World's End
unlabelledView post →Paul is a great film no doubt. But it is not better than Pegg/Frost Cornetto Trilogy films. Every single film was brilliant and the films put together out shines Paul by miles and miles. The World's End is a metaphor for what AI will do to humanity. The AI alien is already here.
unlabelledView post →Also worn with this: A "Merciful Release" t-shirt, black jeans, and big stompy boots. When Edgar Wright released his movie The World's End, I felt that shit right down to my BONES.
unlabelledView post →Funk their noise. Do *you.* I -love- reading different opinions on movies. That goes for something glowing for a film I don't like (I gained a greater appreciation for The World's End this way) or something scathing for a film I love. Bears repeating: funk their noise. Do *you.*

unlabelledView post →The fed doesn't have fans anymore, they are bought and paid for bots on the internet and somehow they found the technology from the movie The World's End. Just don't ask what they do with the empty. Lol
unlabelledView post →Edgar Wright's THE WORLD'S END is a New Years Eve movie. I'll not be taking questions at this time.
unlabelledView post →One of the best thing about The World's End film is that Gary is wearing a Sisters of Mercy shirt throughout it and we get some of the music as well.
unlabelledView post →I have never liked any film outside the critical consensus and you won't find me on this website defending some of the most fashionably hated franchise films of the past two decades; that said they can never make me hate the loose pile of grieving metaphors that was THE WORLD'S END
unlabelledView post →The World's End Pretty fun film with some pretty bleak but well explored themes. Not the funniest Edgar Wright film but editing was on point. letterboxd.com/tophatgeo/fi... #geomedia

unlabelledView post →What I'm Re-Watching: THE WORLD'S END (2013) Is there another movie that says so much about expectations-of how you'll turn out, the complexity of life long relationships with your best friends -and the end of the world? I look forward to when this one is properly re-evaluated by the populace
unlabelledView post →THE WORLD'S END takes place during October. It's already my favorite Doctor Who movie. Is it also a Halloween movie?
unlabelledView post →Yes, because The World's End is the best film in the trilogy.
unlabelledView post →I think the last movie I saw to earnestly attempt this was The World's End.
unlabelledView post →Happy birthday to English actor Martin Freeman, born today in 1971. Freeman is known for roles in The Hobbit film trilogy, the film adaptation of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, The World's End, and Captain America: Civil War and Black Panther in the MCU. #MartinFreeman
unlabelledView post →Do you know how the new Inbetweeners movie could be good? Shamelessly copy "The World's End". The friends have moved across the country, lost contact and haven't spoken in years. Jay gets the gang, who all apart from him have varying flavours of the same boring middle-class life their parents did
