By its tenth day of release, it had climbed to RMB¥577 million, and earned RMB¥182.9 million in its second week, topping the box office. The film continued to perform well in its third weekend, bringing in RMB¥191 million and remaining at the top of the weekly charts, which raised the total gross to approximately RMB¥767 million. On the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, 83% of 12 critics' reviews are positive.
