Stardew is now an icky sticky doodoo husk of a game that does not compare (though it does have superior farm decorations, so if you like designing your base you may like stardew more.) Compared to RF3 it's got quite a bit more depth with the crafting mechanics as all items and components have levels now, and crafted items get a bonus for using high leveled components.
