positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Kind of shallow game. Definitely a win for younger kids that you want to pacify with some basic puzzle solving, but otherwise not worth the time.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Based on real facts, this deep, psychological puzzle game confronts the player with a baby's shape-matching toy from hell. Planet Roo is on brink of destruction when a race of Roogoos becomes corrupted by the power of meteors. To save the world, player must venture into to the depths of earth and cleanse it from its very core. Game is not too long but offers competitive local multiplayer and two difficulty modes - "Casual" and "Prepare To Die". Are you strong and brave enough to save Roo?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In the passing months I have been simultaneously looking forward to and dreading this review, it came to my attention that Roogoo may in fact be my favorite game of this last decade and is a piece of art for all to enjoy. When I first started playing I didn’t think much of it, the music was catchy and rhythmic to the game play but as I kept going it was getting more tedious I started seeing things that you wouldn’t normally see in the “real” existence. It was almost like it put me in a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The Roogoo series has built its reputation on memorable moments. Some epic, some intimate, some barely believable--YouTube is filled with clips of people far better at Roogoo than you, doing amazing things (to people like you). Roogoo wants you--yes, you--to experience even more thrilling, more epic moments than ever before with a beefed up single-player story and the addition of map-changing levolution events and show-stopping destruction online. That’s the aim… and in this respect, the game…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Once upon a time, I had a life. I graduated from Harvard with a Master's Degree in Business with a minor in Economics in 1984, I started working for small banks and eventually worked my way up to the Head of Strategic Development at Goldmann Sachs by 1998. By 2007 I was making over 500 million a year. I had a wife, who I used to love dearly, who I'd been with for close to 30 years. We had 2 children, a son named Michael and a daughter named Angela. By all accounts, my life was great. I was…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →After buying the Roogoo Premium Pack and having over 300 confirmed kills, I can say Roogoo is one of the best AAA games out on Steam. It is a fun tactical shooter that will give you countless hours of gameplay. Roogoo is love. Roogoo is life.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good game, expecting there to be online multiplayer me and friend both bought it for 40 cents, found out it was couch co-op/ keyboard battle style multiplayer, so yeah a bit missleading but still I shall make videos of this on my youtube channel!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Simply The Best! Even my mom play it, totally recommended 11/10.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Honestly, this game is incredible. I am a suffering TF2 addict and ever since Roogoo appeared in my life I did a complete 180. I have recently married to a beautiful young man and we spend hours playing Roogoo together. On our honeymoon, all we did was play Roogoo. We are out of a home right now. All I do is go to the local library with my hubby and play Roogoo on the computer. We get kicked out but we don't care. :) My husband's skype account is al.petrocco if you want kinky Roogoo sex. 10/10.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Roogoo is a casual shape and color matching timed puzzle game that manages to be cute and accessible enough for children but challenging enough for adults. The game features a campaign mode that eases you into the gameplay and provides some basic context for the puzzles themselves. The music is well done and provides a relaxing backdrop for what at times can be frantic gameplay. Both the Steam Overlay and Widescreen modes are supported. Given it's bargain price, Roogoo offers casual gamers…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hey here's my review about this game. Roogoo : -The game is basically a Puzzle. -The game is well optimized got an awesome Pumping Soundtrack. -There are tons of level's in the game. -To be honest the game is worth couple of dollars. -Easy to understand. -Not a pay to win ♥♥♥♥. I loved the game and enjoyed it. So yea give it a try. Hope you like my review. Cheer's.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Have you ever wanted to know what it feels like to do the job that an automatic coin sorting machine does? Do you hate coins and prefer Lucky Charms' marshmallows instead? Do you also like insipid stories about teddy bears that turn evil when exposed to Lucky Charms? Then boy, do I have a game for you! That introduction sounds negative, but seriously, Roogoo is fast paced and colorful with an appropriate art style and some unexpected complexity / variety in its very small scope. I don't…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Roogoo is an interesting game. Its kind of like a 3D tetris. You have to know where to put the shapes VERY fast. The music is pretty relaxing too. My only issue with this game is lack of widescreen support. It really is relaxing and fun! I recomend a controller, because you can use an xbox 360 controller to rotate the wheels. The bumpers are what do it. This game is well worth the 29 cents you can get it for on sale. Go forth and save the planet Roogoo! PS. The first few levels are boring.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →10/10 only bought the game because it was on sale for $0.99
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Simply the best and arguably the most challenging puzzler i've ever had the honor to play. From the beginning you are sucked in by the immersive atmosphere and enchanting soundtrack. The storyline in this game is 10/10. The characters in this game are some of the most remarkable characters ever created. The ending is absolutely heartbreaking, but is still one of the best. In conclusion, this game is one of the best puzzlers and has one of the best stories; if you thought Portal was a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Simple, challenging, forgettable.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A game that looks like it was made for a 5 year old and has a story based around corruption and enslavement. Only get this if you want your child to learn about corruption or enslavement.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got this game when it was on sale for $0.29, and was very, very surprised with how it played. I watched many different YouTube playthroughs for this game, and also read many reviews - a good number of both have (unfortunately) involved the authors giving up on the game within the first few minutes. For anyone who ends up trying this game, please, I implore you all to give it a chance and play through at least the first few levels/sections before determining a verdict. If you like…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Roogoo is one of the oldest games on Steam and was an early purchase I made. It runs on Windows 10 and has controller support but really shows it's age with the 800x600 resolution. There isn't a compelling reason to play, each level is nearly the same as the last just at a faster pace. Rotate the platforms to fit the shapes as they fall. That's it. There is a local vs mode which might appeal to those that play every Tetris-like game available and need something more. I plan to remove this…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The cutest puzzle game that will have you shouting profanity at cute liitle fuzzy animals that send blocks down on you too fast.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's not as bad as The Graveyard, but Roogoo is a close 2nd. I want my dollar back.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Roogoo is an ancient console ported game from 2008. It's a whopping 16 years old at the time of this review. The game lacks support for any modern gaming display resolutions (or widescreen monitors), hasn't been modernised or updated to run smoothly on modern gaming PCs. Despite this lack of modernisation, it carries a pretty high price tag for such an ancient game. This seems to have been put on Steam as a nostalgia gouge, or just a cash grab to try profit from abandonware. The game…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It'd be a good game for anybody 4 years of age or younger.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game gave me the feeling I was 3 years old again, playing with figures trying to get them in the right hole. Which also is a perfect discription for the game. Yet, it managed to challange your reaction speed and requires some focus. Music is calming and the game has a funny look, nothing fancy but relaxing overall. This makes failing a level (over and over) less irritating. Multiplayer is fine aswell. You can either choose to just play along and see who finishes first or totally screw each…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →There is no multiplayer. Only local Co-Op.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm happy with my $0.29 transaction. EDIT: as of October 5th 2020 I am no longer satisfied with my $0.29 transaction.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →there are many very challanging puzzle games out there. this not one of them... this game is so hard it is unplayable glad i only paid less than a dollar for it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i recomend this game to pepple who have kids in age to 1 to 7 if you are not in this age line dont buy this game only if its lass than $ 1.00 i regret my self for buyed this game
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have no idea how to describe this game but it is ok till although I came across some levels made no sense to me how to solve. Works without any issues on Linux with Proton (4.11-13).
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →pretty piss pretty sick dont mind putting shapes together cause of my 1% autism
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is great for small children. Simple concept they learn quickly. This can train reflexes and fast thinking.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →People always think this is an easy baby game, however, that is not true. It's simple to figure out how to play it, but to actually passing some of the challenges is hard. The music is great, the art looks fine too. Sadly the story is nothing special. Actually, it's pretty bad. Would I buy it again? Yes, it's fun to play at times when you don't want to do anything too serious. If you have younger kids, probably great for them.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is great for me.. really tests my super computer and my mlg skill great game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The quality of the in-depth and heart wrenching storyline is only surpassed by it's outstanding gameplay mechanics. The puzzles in this game are VERY hard. Unless you're a mathematician you'll probably never complete this game. It's the thinkers Dark Souls. Matching a shape and a color has never been so challenging before. 5-word review: Heart-wrenchingly difficult puzzle game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bought Roogoo in the Steam Weeklong Sale and it's definitely worth the"investment" of 0,44€ ... but it's a typical Indie game: You play for some minutes or maybe an hour and don't want to see the FRICKIN game for some time again. Plus it bothers you so much sometimes, even in casual mode, that you just NEED to ragequit :D Here's the contra: Resolution is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke, and it's a bummer that the achievements are missing. You can buy the game for these 40 some cents, even for the full price,…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Roogoo is a very different game, i may come a across as a complete childs game but i guarentee, the older people will enjoy too. the only thing im dissapointed with is the mention of multiplayer. there is no online multiplayer which is surprising for a steam game but its a "Couch" multiplayer game, where one person uses a half of the keyboard. I will upload a full lets play onto my channel for anyone interessted BTW. Reccomend this game for the puzzle, quick thinking person willing to ay…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is fabulous
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Could be alright for a small kid, but I lost interest almost instantly. To be honest, I doubt kids will like it much either.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You know that peg and hole game children play in kindergarten? Well this is that except designed by the dark lord of hell himself. Roogoo is a carefully disquised excersize in frustration, it looks simple enough, however it becomes dredfully difficult. On top of that it really dosen't know what type of game it wants to be, puzzle?, dexterity? skill based? Roogoo is a jumbled up mess. Also it only runs in 4:3 so good luck with an ultriwide setup.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't see anything innovative here as they claim. It's way too simplistic even for a casual game. I guess it gets harder somehow, but it's generally find a matching hole for whatever falls from above. Buy only if you got kids under age of 3.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i think i learned my shapes and colors
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Do you remember those toys thay we hade as kids where you would but the shaped blocks into there corresponding holes ? because RooGoo is basically that with street rules.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Does this really need a review?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I was in quite the pickle emotionally before I layed my eyes on Roogoo. To say this game good is to call the Mona Lisa a pretty good painting. This video game is a masterpiece and needs to be shared with any and all who wish to experiece what life has to offer.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →"Roogoo is actually a sequel to the critically acclaimed "Super Mario Bros. 2" on the NES. This game is a BRILLIANT example of modern-day RPGs. With smooth, quick turn based combat, Roogoo will have you on your knees, BEGGING for more. The game begins with your nameless hero stranded on a lush, tropical island. What seems like a forced vacation turns into a nightmare as you trek through dark, dank caves filled with creatures, just waiting to have a bite at you! I truly reccomend this game…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One day I got up and went to my pc and saw a steam notifiication. I clicked on it and saw it was a gift! I stared at it in stunned disbelief. I opened it. It contained this game along with a note and I quote, "Have fun with this steaming pile of sh** ♥♥♥***". Okaaaay I thought. I then installed it and ran it. Within ten minutes I felt sick, so utterly sick. I called 911 and the ambulance came and I was taken to the hospital. After the doctor ran numerous tests he confirmed that the game…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you want a game with hours of fun to have with yourself other than masterbation you should try roogoo. At first you may want to kill urself but soon enough you will fall in love with the music and all aspects of it 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →10/10 best game ever now ill go kill myself.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nekid guy came up to me with a rock and hit me with it. I put on my kevlar and raided his base later. Like a Boss!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You know, I think that I have this in backlog due to some heavy Steam sale and curiosity that usually kills a cat. So I tried it, fully expected it to be either: A) A complete shovelware. B) Stupid very slow game for kids of fitting pegs into shapes. C) Stupid game for kids of fitting pegs into shapes that does difficulty by GOTTA GO FAST. I was pleasantly surprised. Turns out that it's actually a legit reaction puzzle game. It's actually a somewhat successful (with critics) game from 2008…
