Rob riches might look simple, but has some very challenging puzzles that can be challening for even veteran puzzle game players. For the cheap prize, it's definitely a buy if you are into puzzle games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Awesome little sokoban-type puzzle game with great presentation and well-crafted puzzles. Turn-based, so no timing pressure, no in-your-face in-game requirement to solve puzzles optionally unless going for all achievements, thus very relaxed gameplay. Ran into a couple UI bugs, but nothing a restart wouldn't fix.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is a pity that almost no one noticed this wonderful puzzle. Moderately simple, but quite varied (there are levels in the spirit of «Sokoban», but the game is not limited to such levels), nicely drawn, well balanced and simply addictive. Kinda reminds me of a fun mobile Uncharted — Uncharted: Fortune Hunter. One that doesn’t officially exist anymore, sadly. But this game does. And it is well worth your time.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of the best puzzle games I've played. Very high quality and offers decent challenge.

Rob Riches, "It’s like Indiana Jones... if he had to push boxes very carefully to survive." Thank you to @megapopgames.com and @keymailer.bsky.social for the key. www.twitch.tv/frste26

I finished it in about 1.5hrs, got the 5 second animation at the end and was returned to the main menu. I might have recommend it anyway but for the fact that it crashed on me about 8 times and while the autosaves allowed me to continue that still left a poor taste.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Short and sweet Sokoban puzzle game. Took me around 2 hours to beat, but I'm pretty used to puzzles. It has 3 worlds and each of them has around 30 levels. It has a decent amount of variety of gameplay elements across the stages, and you usually have a very short and straightforward stage when a new element is introduced to let you get used to it. Each world culminates then in a longer-than-usual stage that uses some of the mechanics seen in this world/in the game. The art style is adorable…

I haven't made it all the way through world 1 yet, but so far I am enjoying it. It is getting more challenging as you move along. Plus, there are achievements!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game plays super smooth and has very interesting and fun puzzles. Definitely recommend it to anyone that loves puzzle games and games with a similar theme, it's a lot of fun
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A while back I made this looping recording of our game Rob Riches. I was considering sending it to some of those channels that have Minecraft Parkour or Subway Surfers in the background of videos, in case they felt like mixing it up a bit, but it might be a bit too monotonous for that?
unlabelledView post →Would be fun, but the balance with some levels is just... wrong. I am apparently expected to be a chess master, predicting 20 steps ahead with the two last levels of the second world. Until that point, the difficulty was fine, but this? Needed some balancing, but this happens with indie developers from time to time...
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is actually fairly good, but I can't recommend it to anyone due to the lack of being able to undo past a death or reset. Devs, if you're reading this, update the undo and I'll change my review.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun and challening game. Great to play with the family.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Rob Riches is a cute sokoban style puzzle game that features three unique level packs and 99 levels in total. I'd recommend the game for brainy kids and adults who are into casual puzzles. The levels start out very easy, but get gradually harder and new puzzle elements are introduced as you advance from one level to another. We've got all the makings of a classic puzzle: sliding blocks, slippery ice, various traps and unstable ground. The game offers entertainment for a few hours, depending on…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is the second game I have reviewed from MegaPop, the first one was Trolls vs Vikings Reborn, which I awarded a GamerPauly Says... GET YA MONEY OUT! Will it be two in a row ? Read on and find out! Rob Riches (RR) is a puzzle game set in ancient temples, collect the coins, avoid the traps and exit the level to the next, sounds simple enough doesn't it ? It certainly was to start with, the first 10 or so levels I was like yeah this is easy, no problem and then BOOM you get that level that…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun, short Sokoban game with some levels giving off Lara Croft GO vibes which is a good thing in my book. I really enjoyed the ice sliding levels which brought back fond memories of the early-80s arcade game Pengo. Sometimes you’re just in the mood for some quick puzzles which don’t hurt your brain too much and this game fits that mould perfectly.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Perfect Sunday morning coffee kind of a game. Puzzles aren't too intricate but are quite nice nonetheless. 1.5-5 hour completion time depending on your skill. It's a cute game with simple and unique mechanics.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Just picked this up for Linux. It's a nice game, easy to control, hard to master. Has enough classic puzzle game elements to become a classic, but with a nice old school 3d twist. Looking forward to getting stuck on many levels and complaining about how hard it gets later.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Rob Riches is a nice game to play if you are bored and want something to do. Not to say i hated it as i believe it is fun! 8/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nice game where you can relax. Perfect with a coffee on the desk. I hope there will be more worlds I would be really happy.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great little puzzler indeed. Love it!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Disclaimer, this game was a sponsored segment of my stream. A tl;dw of my 45 minutes with the game (world one) is that it's a cute solid puzzle game. I'm personally a genre of the isometric "turn-based" type of puzzler like this. For $6.99 you could do a lot worse than this. Some fun levels that actually got my brain working, made me feel dumb (in a good way), and solid music/visuals.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Rob Riches is a compact but thoughtfully constructed puzzle adventure that embraces classic grid-based design while giving it a polished, modern feel. Developed and published by Megapop, the game follows its titular explorer as he delves into a series of ancient temples scattered across different biomes. Each temple is made up of small, self-contained puzzle rooms, and every step inside these spaces matters. The goal is straightforward—collect all the coins in a room and reach the exit—but the…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →How old? We have a puzzle game named Rob Riches, which is very popular at the local libraries, but that's around 10 year olds

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I am waiting the Sokoban game from Jonathan Blow, But since I am waiting for over 7 years, I tried to check similar games and discovered this one :D REALLY A GREAT GAME WITH NICE PUZZLES & GRAPHICS.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A very short but really nice puzzle game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun game that doesn't take too long to finish.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Super fun and love that this game has a native Linux build, and while its not as of this review given a Steam Deck compatible rating yet it does work well on the steam deck!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cute puzzle game in the spirit of Sokoban and Chip's Challenge
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Using Nobara distro, works perfectly. A great game. Definitely worth the money!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun little puzzle game that evokes the experience I grep up with playing Congo Bongo on my Commodore-64. This game deserves far more attention than it gets. And the Linux port runs great!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →VIDEO REVIEW: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b0bAhRcZCDg -------------------------------------------------------------- TL'DW: Great little Puzzle game with lots of content. Especially fantastic for little breaks during work/study sessions!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →when the game first came out, the steam page said it had partial controller support. So i tried it, and the controls where not working with a controller so i wrote a negative review, and the devs removed the controller support from the page. A few months later, they have added full controller support and it works, so happy me. gameplay wise: it's fun still, not the easiest, but then again what is a puzzle game without a challenge. so if you like these type of games, or you just like…
