The second might be okay to some. The last point however? I feel deeply offended... And if you fail to hook the audience within the first hour? Says a lot about this game. The voices are the only good part about it. I have refunded about two games during my time on Steam. This will be the third!

Its just a power fantasy, the lamest kind of storytelling, especially in Eroges. I was hoping for maybe, I dunno, a more organic feeling story that delves into darker themes, but instead it just drops you into the deep end of the pool, narritively speaking and provides the most tonal whiplash of wholesome begining to orphans being sacrificed…

Also buggy, i spend 9 hours on this but it doesnt show. (Edit: Now it shows, months later) Not sure if the 18+ patch changes anything, but i would hate the story regardless.

Art is very good, story is interesting enough, and the little "gameplay" you get is based around filling gauges and using the right techniques to get the highest number out of them, which is fun if you enjoy watching the numbers go up. Overall, I had a good time with the game.

You can watch the title screen bog-down and feels like an eternity for UI respond to mouse clicks. Even in windowed mode it functions like a DOS relic.... and those at least text and simple graphics popped up when it was supposed to... Refund requested just based on performance... or the inability thereof.

If it was a normal VN, I would enjoyed it more, personally.
