25 of 25 · most liked firstSummary: A fun point 'n click game filled to the brim with adult jokes. You can complete it in 4 hours. Definitely recommended for the low price! The good: + Again, a good port to modern systems. Steam overlay works fine, so do the achievements. + Decent English translation. Some minor errors, but nothing serious. + Almost bug free. I encountered nothing gamebreaking. There were some minor bugs that will probably get patched within the week. + Good story, good adult-themed jokes + Graphical…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →WAY,WAY,WAY,WAY,WAY, shortet than the original. If I knew that I wouldn't have bought it. The first 15% is the EXACT SAME GAME as the orginal to the placement of items and puzzels etc. This was a cheap rip off for a 2nd title of what could have been one of the greatest point and click sequals ever! Misarable fail and the only goos thing is now I know not to buy the newest one coming out!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great point and click game with some fun humor! I loved hearing the Russian language while reading the words in English, it kept me up on my Russian that I learned while living in Russia for some time. I loved the artwork in the game and this was a great game for my little nephew to pick up and play. There are little things that would be inappropriate in the game if you looked at the walls but overall its a great game for the casual play. I really enjoyed it and if you liked the first one then…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A poor attempt to cash in on the success of the previous game, about 25% of the locations and dialogs are from the first game, when I started playing at first I though I'm playing the first game again. puzzles are TOO easy to the point where you just need to visit all the locations a couple of times and youre done. The story line is very weak, basically one of the heroes gets some brain implant and they travel to the future to get it removed via plastic surgery, thats it. Most of the characters…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Red Comrades 2: For the Great Justice. Reloaded is a sequel to the original that, honestly, feels more like a strange short expansion, then a sequel. Where the original followed a proper adventure game structure, told a (silly) story and just put a very unique spin on "western" adventure games, the sequel feels like a very quick and dirty rehash of similar ideas. It's extremely short, it doesn't really follow any particular storyline, it focuses on pop-culture references and bad jokes even…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is mostly for oldfags. The first part, which recently appeared on STEAM, proved this. In my early childhood, while playing this game, I laughed at jokes and jokes, I liked the atmosphere and the plot. However, going through the game again, I found that jokes are no longer funny, because they are not relevant and bearded, the plot is quite banal, the atmosphere has just not disappeared anywhere. But I still deeply respect this game, I'm OLD. ⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⢀⣤⣤⣤⣄⡀ ⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⠄⢀⣴⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣷⣤⡀…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you want to see my view on the franchise - you're welcome to read my review of the first part here: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198014150309/recommended/415610?snr=1_5_9__402 Compared to the first one, this part is much shorter. But has much more 1990s pop culture references that would be familiar to the western audiences (terminator, duke nukem, 5th element, etc.) Technically this installment is somewhat better, as I did not encounter any major bugs here. And there are less…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →[review key provided by the publisher] Enhanced re-release of (cult-) classic p&c referential comedic adventure game. New (optional) control scheme cuts out all of the pointless pixel-hunting and dead-ends, leaving most of the content intact (old RMB menu is quite pretty) and isn't "streamlining" core mechanics. And backgrounds were expanded to fit 16:9 aspect ratio. Game works just fine out of the box on UHD UWS Surround in fullscreen. Achievements are mostly story-related, but there are…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →About the game: it was cool, it still cool. I like first part a bit more, though. About Reload: ok. It works. Thanks. For all, devs)

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Too short, too easy
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Petka...I am your Father... NNOOOOOOOOOOOOO A direct sequel to the previous game A bit too short and too easy in compare We basically move to the future, and solve their problems...in most russian way possible again. If you ever thought that this game was weird...welp, you havent seen the rest of the series. Oh boy...
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Red Comrades 2: For the Great Justice. Reloaded is a faithful revival of a classic point-and-click adventure that proudly embraces its eccentric personality instead of trying to modernize every aspect of its design. Developed by Buka Development and published by ESDigital Games, this remastered edition preserves the offbeat humor, colorful presentation, and unconventional storytelling that earned the original a devoted following. Rather than relying on dramatic action or cinematic spectacle,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →-Василий Иванович, а почему тут сложнее? -Потому что, Петька, это продолжение. Логики меньше, диалогов больше.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A continuation of the legendary russian point-and-click adventure game based on the russian anecdotes about Chapayev and the overall gaming and media culture of the 80s and 90s. Also the second and the last game of the S.K.I.F. studio. Feels more like a DLC than a true second title (but of course the game came out in 1999 when there were no DLCs), so my theory is that developers just gathered the material that was cut from the original game and made a second title out of it because the first…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Still good. The English localisation hasn't improved (hard with puns, but quips should feel topical nonetheless,) and the UI kept its flaws, but I do enjoy the characters, the art, the sound, the quality voicing, the liveliness, the abundance of distinct lines of feedback... The music is excellent, and enough of the humour translates to amuse the Russian non-speaker. The story is weak but it will have to do.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great sequel to the first Red Comrades. It's a lot shorter and straightforward than the first, but equally enjoyable. If you wanted more of the same, you'll like it for sure.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very funny adventure game. Much shorter and easier than the first - the achievements are easier too. The characters move more quickly than the first game, which is good.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you speak Russian you already played it. If you don't then don't bother
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This one would be interesting if you played part 1 of the series already. Same old characters in a different place and time. However, it is about twice shorter than part 1, and the game ends somewhat suddenly. Perhaps to be continued in part 3.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Mmmmm... Nostalgia... When I was a kid I didn't understand most of the jokes and hidden meaning but as an adult a felt a lot of fun replaying this game and understading all meanings :)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I honestly did not enjoy the time with this game. I gave up halfway through and just followed a walkthrough to at least finish the game. I cant really tell, what I dislike about the game, it is just slow and boring :/
