positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you're familiar with TVtropes, this game is an example of [url=http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/FakeDifficulty]fake difficulty. If you aren't, and you aren't a rabid fanboy who downvotes every negative review they come across to help combat their own insecurities, then continue reading. The reason I'm giving QP Shooting - Dangerous a negative review is because it is way too flashy and gimmicky to be a practical and playable bullet hell game. I've played many danmaku shooters -…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you're on the fence about buying this but are getting scared off by negative reviews claiming the game is too hard (has too much visual clutter), specifically by that top negative review of the guy who claims to have played touhou 2-14 and gotten "several hard 1cc's" in them, please do not worry. Feel free to check his profile, go to his games, search for QP and then open the steam leaderboard thing to see that he, despite supposedly getting hard 1cc's on touhou games, was literally…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →QP-shu is cute little bullethell game with a funny story and challenging gameplay. Additionally owners get to play as QP dangerous character in 100% Orange Juice. Gameplay is robust, there are quite a variety of shooting modes to unlock as well as different difficulty levels for every type of player from beginner to hardcore bullethell pro. I myself have never been much a fan of bullet hell games and got this one primarily for the extra OJ character, but eventually stayed for the gameplay. The…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As a result of the inevitable forces of comedy, I am obligated, compelled even, to write a review so that everyone can look at my hour count, and the wayward, wandering users of this platform that find themselves here can present the face that a man shows when the breeze gradually alerts him to his absence of netherdressings. A unsteady laugh track can be heard in the background, and slowly, my own stilted, awkward comedic writing style that I spend as much time refining as I spend attempting…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not a functional bullet hell. Commits too many sins for the genre. - Unnecessary clutter. All over the screen are points popups, distracting background, text surrounding your character. What are they thinking covering the screen in useless crap in this type of game? - Unclear bullets. Some bullets are barely noticeable such as crow feathers. They have the vaguest blue tinge suggesting they're a bullet. Not acceptable in this genre. Other obstacles blend in with the background. - Unclear at…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →While I freely admit that bullet hell is not my preferred genre, I've still played many and have a general idea of things that work and don't. This game has cute characters and is generally pretty fun, but for a bullet hell, it's lacking in a few aspects. Most importantly, the screen is a cluttered mess. I don't mean that there are bullets everywhere (duh!), but more that the bullets aren't clearly defined. Points and stars and colorful text and background objects are constantly whizzing by and…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of the better shmups I've played on PC - much better (and harder) than you'd expect from the goofy plot. Get Jamestown, then get this. Pros: - Colorful, exciting play with lots of bullets (and bullet-canceling). Almost as much sensory overload as Giga Wing. - Clever boss battles, each with multiple attack patterns - Tough but fair: 1cc on Normal difficulty is a real challenge - Conquest mode is a great way to practice one stage at a time - Variety of formations to unlock and choose…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Q.P. is cute and there is shooting. The pudding is missing. Poor Q.P. :_(
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Another cute and fun shoot em up~ Fun dialogue, wide arrange of shot types, lots of challenges and an amazing ost too! Get it if you love bullet hell games~
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My Background: Bullet hell player. Played the main Touhou Series 5-16 as well as 1-2 others. As a bullet hell game it lacks some basic ideas such as telegraphing and bullet contrast. The cutie artstyle is nice but not great for bullet hell. The bullets and background blends seemlessy into each other which makes it odd to play. Another MAJOR annoyance is that the bullet cancel mechanic can cause bullets to turn into points WITH THE EXACT SAME COLOR SCHEME which is stupid since you will think…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Vote QP for best girl !
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Despite how simple this game looks, it's a shockingly deep and polished bullet hell smup. While, if your a fan of the genre, you're probably not going to encounter many completely original mechanics, what you will find is a large range of ways to approach a familiar formula. Unlike many bullet hell games, where defensive play is essential, in this the majority of bullets are produced by low health minions, and since bullets are transformed into points on death, aggressive strategies are…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Boring, and top scores on steam leaderboards are dominated by cheaters Various r-bit formations(shooting modes) are fun, but certain formations are clearly superior to others Also, it's not fair that you can get higher score on easy then any other difficutly(due to automatically regenerating hyper gauge)
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Easily in my top 5 pudding-themed shooters of all time.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Wanted to like this game, but couldn't. I thought Jamestown was an excellent game and did this genre right. This game not so much. This has the good cutesy vibe and the dialogue is funny, but its the gameplay and design that's the problem. First off, your body is this long girls, but there's only this one small point that is the hitbox. The game says it's the center, but its hard to tell during the moment and you constantly die because you thought you cleared the shot but the hitbox seems…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Oh I just remembered this game from years ago! So I wanted to also give this a review, as I had a great time while playing through it! I am bad at these types of games though, so I only played through this on I think the easiest way possible and tried the harder ones for a bit before giving up. This game introduced me to the genre and while it is not a genre I constantly want to played, it is one that I occasionally like doing for a bit of fun. I don't really know what to say, if you check…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i will be honest dawg i just wanted qp dangerous but the game itself is pretty ok too
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For those of you attempting to determine if this is an actual game, or just shovelware with OJ DLC attached. This is an actual game. It's a very serviceable danmaku shmup with good music, artwork, and level design. It's relatively short (only 5 stages), with most of your playtime will be spent learning enemy patterns and bullet formation. Plot is minimal, but it does give a *bit* more insight behind the OJ universe and some of its characters. The game has a "Conquest Mode" which allows you…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bought it for Dangerous QP in 100%OJ The music at the start screen is bugged and I couldn't fix it. The gameplay itself is good enough to justify a purchase, but honestly, just play Touhou Project or any other shooter of your choice. Update: I've tried on three different computers. The game was playable but had issues in all of them. 1. Bugged out music themes 2. Random crashes 3. Lag spikes after certain visual effects were played (like explosions) Last boss' final attack might need a…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A fun bullet hell game that will make you smile & laugh at times, also, free character in OJ :3
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The only reason I can really think of to get this game over almost literally any other sh'mup is if you're a big fan of 100% Orange Juice and want to get the QP Dangerous character in 100% OJ. Other than that, it's cute but mehhhhhhh. I'm currently going through it on my "backlog busting", but I have to say that even compared to games that required a larger time sink, this has been an absolute slog. The game feels more "zoomed in" than most sh'mups I've played in that the character and…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Deceptively challenging, but maybe I just suck at bullet hells. If you ever feel like giving up, well, remember that failure will result in a world without pudding. You wouldn't wish that hell even on fictional characters.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I am a 45 yo father, probably one of the oldest people playing this game. I am a single father to my Son, who is 14 now. My son got this game from his uncle, so we installed it on his computer and he started playing. By the end of the week he had 24 hours on this game. This was horrible for me, as it was already hard for me to find ways to spend time with my son, as he is always out with his friends or just watching YouTube. So I decided to make a Steam account and get this game to see if I…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →more like QT shooting dangerous, right guys? qp is qute
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you're an OJ fan this game is a must have addition to your collection. You get the QP Dangerous character unlocked when you buy this game as well making for a nice little bonus. You get a lot of backstory on some of the characters and it's super awesome to get the full scoop of pudding ;3 Playing sora also gives you a lot of back story too so I suggest picking that up as well. The OJ games are all really fun as well as cheap AND CUTE. I love fruitbat factory to the moon and back... <3

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm garbage at this game, but everythig about it keeps me coming back to try and beat it. I recommend it for 2hu fans who want a less crazy bullet hell as well as new players who want to get into the genre.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Play this game, pretty fun and relatively easy bullet hell. Nice game to grind for 100%. Also QP is cute across all the FruitBat games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Local dog goes on rampage for pudding.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Conquest mode makes beating the game much more doable for noobs. Easy mode isn't too hard either (a little easier than Xmas Shooting - Scramble!!), I could clear up to the 2nd last stage's boss's final form consistently without getting hit after some practice. The story is alright too, QP is on a quest to save pudding. The soundtrack felt a little weak though, especially for the boss fights. QP (Dangerous) is a pretty cool character in 100% Orange Juice too.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →-Pretty damn good bullet hell game -Easy to pick up -Made me realize I love pudding more than I love my own life.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I cried happy tears 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →good shooting game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →They always ask "Where is pudding?" But they never ask how pudding feels.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Surprisingly good gameplay. Good music. Can save replay. Playing more will give you some currency to buy different kind of shots. Best story in a shoot 'em up game (which can be turned off in the settings). The game has the usual arcade mode where you progress from Stage 1, although you can't credit-feed. Another mode is called 'Conquest' where you can save in between stages.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm afraid I don't care for this one. First and foremost, it's really difficult for me to distinguish between enemy bullets and other things on the screen. During the second boss fight, for example, enemy bullets are green, your own bullets are green, and the bonus stars on the screen are green... and the spinning words around your character that say you can activate hyper mode are also green. I have to work way to hard just to determine what is safe and what's not in this game. Besides that,…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In most of the Shoot'Em Up & Bullet Hell games, they are fun to play, delivers good intense bosses moments and frustrations that sometimes enrages you like never before (that depends though). Such elements are well expected in this genre and that's what make the games nice, if it is. And for that, QP Shooting - Dangerous!! is one of those games in that genre that delivered quite nicely, in a way. Let's check it out. The Gameplay In this kind of game, there's nothing much to expect, except…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Please play the original too, you can download it here: http://daidai.moo.jp/dl.html
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A more traditional type of bullet-hell game unlike the 'Sora' or 'Suguri' type of gameplay, as you obviously can't dash through enemy projectiles... your only defense is speed and the occasional "Hyper Mode" that can save you in a pinch. Oh, and you have lives instead of a health system... and can get extra lives by getting a set amount of points. Kinda like how it works in those retro games... There's also a 'shop' system that lets you purchase different formations to mix and match your…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →QP Shooting Dangerous may look like a run of the mill cute-em-up game, but it's actually solidly nutty when it comes to score, with lots of weapons to play with and multiple difficulties so anyone can try to play at a level they feel comfortable with. The game is colorful and has a pretty good soundtrack too, maybe a surprise here or there for someone expecting this game to be a cakewalk on higher difficulties based on the first two levels.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you buy this game, you can unlock QP Dangerous in 100% Orange Juice which is pretty worth. Game itself is okay I guess, good pudding jokes
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its 100% OJ but a bullet hell.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I heard that there is a pudding here but it was stolen, i'm gonna nep it back and eat it! I'm gonna rate this game 5/5 for the gameplay and story, moeness and Pudding!.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →100% Orange Juice with Bullet Hellz! Seriously what's not to like? Replay mode to check out where you triumphed and where you died, a wierd story about pudding, tough bosses and bizarre things to shoot, really infectious music, a conquest/story mode where you can save as you progress and an arcade mode plus more than a few difficulty levels....A really well done and extremely fun shmup. Well worth the money. 10/10 for a great experience.
