60 of 112 · most liked firstI'm recommending this game based on nostalgia alone, having played it for countless of hours back in the early 2000s. Although the issues from the original game came with the steam version, please keep in mind that the game was originally released back in 2001. Positives: + Designing pizzas! + Be the pizza mafia: It's still fun to sabotage other pizza joints with your goons! Send punks, bugs, rats. You can even kidnap your competitor's staff, arrange shootouts, and blow up their buildings. +…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It took 15 years for me to get this game. Back then I played it on around year 2001 and got it from pirated. But Now it is cheap on steam. This is a simple simulation about managing a pizza restaurant. You expand, buy buildings, bribe police & mayor and don't forget ... you can set a bomb on your competitor. It is a great game (back then) and steam has brought it back. Since it was design on windows 2000 so it might need some extra steps to get this game right. Everything was simple. This…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game from 2001!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pizza Connection 2 (I knew it as Fast Food Tycoon 2) doesn't age well with its slow UI and often crashes with new operating system (set compatibility mode to Windows XP and turn on "Run the game as an administrator" help.) However, if you can overlook those flaws, the game itself is still a great business simulation game that requires strategic thinking. I agree with some of the reviews here that mentioned about the lack of tutorial in game, so here are some beginner tips: - If you need…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a lazy thing to just acquire a game that is ages old and then just slap it onto a store delivering to modern systems without any optimizations and adjustments. This game is stretched to a horrible ratio, there is no fix. The game also crashes randomly and rather often in Windows 10, no matter what compatibility settings one tries. Original was a gem. Re-using an original without any work but expectations to make money is NOT a gem. Do not buy. Not worth it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you wan't your clicks to take effect, you must move your mouse just after clicking. So annoying and makes the game unplayable. FIX IT!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Played this game as a kid and had a blast. I decided to give it a go again. Why do I not recommend it? - Can't change resolution - Can't get the game into windowed mode (tried using Borderless Gaming, DxWnd, dgVoodoo) - The emulation is just poor Avoid. The fond memories you have of this game are better than this piece of work.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So...I had a hell of a time recording this game for some reason. The game is SUPER Complicated. So don't pick this up unless you are bored with your 4x games and need something to micromanage harder. Voice over is competent but invasive as the dude will interrupt you doing the thing he asked you to do, to TELL YOU TO DO THE THING. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1YpjgjWzRE
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I know the game is great, but this version doesn't run properly on a modern PC. I was counting on this being a remastered version, but it's just the old game technically ported. So you can start it only to be stuck with 800*600 resolution and a lagging mouse. Disappointing.

Pizza Connection is peak old-school tycoon chaos—deep systems, ruthless competition, and recipes more dangerous than gangsters. If you survived this game, spreadsheets fear you. 🍕💼🔥 Follow my curator page for more greasy empires, mob-managed businesses, and classics that taught us capitalism hurts. 🍕🕶️💣 https://store.steampowered.com/curator/42602807-Osiris-Reviews/
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I loved this game back in 2000s, but I have to admit it aged horrible. The gameplay feels even for a tycoon game just too slow; the UI is very user unfriendly (too many buttons for too few info) and after all there is just not enought to do. Yeah. Maybe get it in sale for a little bit nostalgia, at least it works (beside few graphic glitches), which is cool. But somehow it just dont enternains me any more... maybe I grow old?!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First of all it still works fine in 2017 i just add to start the game only real prob his the starting menu when you set up your character its kind of glitchy slow but once the game his started evrything works fine, for the game well its still has hard has i remeberd it to be when i was a kid, if you like bisness games and having alot of headgrasping to do its a great one to have in your collection, lets just say this one his not for kids, theres so much little things you can twik and manage,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This review is a reminder for future me in case he tries to buy this game for the third time. The game does not work. Once you run it, it will only give you a black screen and ctd. You can't even get into the main menu. Yes there are some community fix on the forum but it doesn't guarantee it will work later on. Please, for the love of God future me, stay away from this game. Save your money. Steam will probably not give you a third refund
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i'm streaming PIZZA CONNECTION 2 in like 8 hours. that game looks quite funny
unlabelledView post →OK, they have rights to sell the game but they don`t have rights to fix this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game ! Game is old and doesnt have possibility to change resolution and is full of bugs! Some examples: - Errand boys dont want to work, most of them time they come to work for 1-2 hours and then they go home... -Your thugs dont restore their health in HQ -Your thugs have terrible aim -Skill points dont do nothing -Random Crashes -Enemy AI is very Low -AI doesnt expands their warehouses -AI doesnt attack your…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →- Opened a restaurant. - Sold the most disgusting pizza with crabs, lobsters, oysters, roaches, termites and a damn whole rattle-snake as topping. - Immediately have a gangster kick all customers out, spray-paint and savage my store - Store foreclosed. 10/10, look what they did to my boy
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's always fun to watch the opponent's pizzeria explode. Or just top pizzas with tuna only.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game itself is great, but you don't have any configuration options and that leads into poor gameplay on newer systems. Laggy, clunky, bad..
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Loved playing this game despite occasional crashes in Win 10. However, after getting to Rio stage, it now crashes within minutes of starting. Can't get it to work at all... what a shame, I was really enjoying it :-(
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is also known as Fast Food Tycoon 2 and Pizza Syndicate, but the game is exactly as I remember playing back in the day and just as fun!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game makes me still hungry even after all these years. Pure nostalgia! :D
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Lot of bugs. Please fix this!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Selling this game is a straight up scam. Don't buy. It's most likely going to crash on you or having major texture problems making the game unplayable. Refunded.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a very dated business simulator/tycoon game where you manage and furnish restaurants, prepare dishes and so on. Build a financially successful restaurant empire! Suspiciously, in-game there's an Activision splash screen and the intro title is "fast food tycoon 2", but on Steam it says it's published by Assemble Entertainment and they call the game Pizza 2 Connection. That weirdness aside, this game is just too dated. 4:3 stretched aspect ratio assaults your eyes with a very low…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Due to some issues, this game is unplayeable. Everything is one click behind until you move your mouse. It was a fun game and if they could fix this issue it'd likely be a good game once more.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really loved the first part of the series so i tried now (>20 years later) the second one. But the quality of the emulation is a bit frustrating. I don't care about the graphics but i.e. the keyboard input is strange. If a key was pressed the change becomes visible after the next key-press-event. So you end up by pressing the arrow-keys to make your changes visible. also the concept is a bit strange, it seems to be impossible to lose the game because every pizza-design is a bestseller. and…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Oh my days! The worst possible follow up from Pizza Tycoon 1 (renamed Pizza Connection on steam). It's rediculously difficult to learn, offers no manual, very limited descriptive text, sometimes translated to english, sometimes in german. It crashes on Windows 10, but it does feature a 5 minute auto-save. Quite frankly, its a massively down play form the original from back in te 90's. Too dumbed down for its own good. Maybe they'll correct it all with Pizza Connection 3 but thats a lot of…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Peak capitalism simulator. You open a pizza joint, watch your competitors steal your customers and spiral into an existential crisis over whether pineapple belongs on pizza. It doesn't. Your AI rivals will gaslight you by copying your recipes and somehow doing better with them, which is genuinely personal. The graphics are vintage in a "this did not age well" way and the UI will make you question your life choices more than the actual game does. The management mechanics are fun enough to keep…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pizza Connection 2 is a deep and unapologetically old-school business simulation that places players in control of every aspect of building a pizza empire, from humble beginnings to international dominance. Originally released in the early 2000s and later reintroduced to modern audiences by Assemble Entertainment, the game embraces complexity, micromanagement, and dark humor in equal measure. Rather than streamlining systems for accessibility, it leans into dense mechanics and layered…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played the ♥♥♥♥ out of this back in the day. It's mostly management of the Pizzarias and some mob stuff. There's also this fun Pizza editor. It's all good and stuff, but it's still the old game and not a remaster. Besides the low resolution there's only a few problems, the game has some small delay sometimes and some little graphics glitches. It's worth it in the bundle, but I'm not sure it's good for people that don't have a strong nostalgia feeling for it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Interesting take on tycoon genre.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unresponsive and clunky UI make this game very unenjoyable. This game constantly reminds the player that game design has come a long way. There are no graphic settings (e.g. modern resolutions) to speak of and therefore it's very hard to look at without an old cathode ray monitor. The art style is still charming and the game's humor is also a plus. But even if you feel nostalgia for this game, just spend the money on something else - like an actual pizza.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →10/10 shrimps !
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →CLASSIC Margarita pizza, when the third part is Hawaiian pizza, you have to go back to this masterpiece.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great management game. Graphic isnt as good as the third one obviously, but overally this is better and has more detail and fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Yes! Simple yet addicting game from almost forgotten times. Its as enjoyable as I remembered only now I am able to play on the go with the SteamDeck and upscale with FSR (looks good btw)...oh and now I also know all the tricks of the game after years of practice 🤫
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game was a big part of my childhood. I poured many hours into this game mostly in russia on freeplay mode. Imagine if roller coaster tycoon actively encouraged you to cause as much mayhem as possible. it's a perfect mix of restaurant sim with gangster sim that nobody's really properly replicated since. The negative reviews will tell you ad nauseum about the numerous glitches in the game and they're correct on this point. what these reviewers won't tell you though is that a large proportion…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For someone who somehow got to this game, reads this review and doesn't know game - it's really good tycoon, with good graphics, not that buggy economy system and decent enemy AI allowing you to have fun and fight at least for hour or so against dangerous enemy per map. Much better than Pizza Connection 3. There is decent pizza making simulator, VERY fun crime system, demolishing enemy's furniture, kidnapping people, setting up bombs, planting roaches and list goes on... IMO drawing style of…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Spent countless hours playing this game when i was young. And i still do after so many years :D great game! Nostalgically bought this during lockdown.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I rarely review games after so little game play but this really was very poor. The menus are anti-intuitive and looking at the game you have no idea what is happening and why. Why are all my staff leaving at 4 p.m. ? Isn't there an evening trade ? What pizzas do my customers like ? Where is my money being generated ? Can I add furnishings to my store ? How ? The main problem is that the starting tutorial is very poor and abandons you very early. The greatest poor design point was…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I bought this for nostalgic reasons, but I must admit that 2020 the game is no longer fun to play for me.. The controls are not very intuitive and the game is kinda "lame". I liked the game a lot when I went to elementary school. Working on Linux via SteamPlay with small FPS drops.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Positives: + Designing pizzas! + Be the pizza mafia: It's still fun to sabotage other pizza joints with your goons! Send punks, bugs, rats. You can even kidnap your competitor's staff, arrange shootouts, and blow up their buildings. + Option for the citizens to speak the local language. Negatives: - Performance issues: Delays in typing and mouse clicks. - Graphic glitches: Pieces of furniture get stuck in place as you move them around. - It takes too long to save manually. Thank you auto-save!…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I purchased this game when it was on sale and I can't even justify buying it at $2.99! It's very slow to load, the tutorial instructions don't match the UI. For example, it kept telling me to click on a certain icon but there was no such icon. After the tutorial, there's really no further instructions on what to do next so you're just kind of staring at your screen with no idea what you're doing. 0/10 would not recommend.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This barely ran on my computer...I can play Skyrim with graphics at max...Win 10. UI is slow, the tutorial covers up key areas for pizza creation, you can't drag ingredients, have to click a bunch of times to cover it...eh, I love the idea, but the game is frustrating to play.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →When I Woke Up I awoke to find myself transformed into a small but burly Italian man who ran a shop that made delicious pizza. A mob, impressed by how well my family managed the business, offered to protect me and bring greater wealth. I refused. In retaliation, they planted a car bomb in our Standard Vanguard family vehicle. My wife, son, and daughter were engulfed in flames instantly. It’s tragic. But I still love making pizza.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is nice and funn.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In love with this game since 20 years ago as a teenager. Now in my late 30-ish still addicted lol~~~
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game is so good I can play it for hours.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is fun, but this game crashes, you are somehow always behind one keystroke action so when you type, your stuff gets garbled, and is basically unplayable on my windows 10. I don't discourage the game though, the game seems like it's really fun, but this isn't really fit for sale as it is.
