What people are saying
Mixed reception: praised for concept and visuals, but criticized for bugs and performance.
Many players praise the game's concept, visuals, and potential, with some calling it a unique blend of Minecraft and space automation. One player says it has "fantastic boss fights" and "neat" mechanics, while another calls it "a lovely game" with great visuals. [1][16]
However, numerous players report severe bugs, performance issues, and a clunky early-access feel. One player states it is riddled with bugs issues and performance issues, and another says it feels super janky and unfinished. Some also allege the developer is unresponsive or focused on other projects. [18][23][31]

After playing now for about 40 hours i would not advise anyone to buy this game this game should not have left beta as it is riddled with bugs issues and performance issues. After going to the Dev and having conversation and conversation with him over issues and bugs my perception is that this game was released to get back money for the time invested and very little will ever change. He has moved on to other projects and the answers i was getting for bugs is just don't do what…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a really unpolished and amateurish experience, and I can't recommend it in its current state. Some of the ideas involving automation are neat, but most of the first several hours involves very little actual automation. This would be alright if the rest of the game was anything to write home about, but it is not. Mediocre Minecraft-clone voxel-smashing, subpar combat against a couple of poorly-designed enemies, and a setpiece boss fight where a giant tree creature stands in place and…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game grabbed me from the start. it has logic, Survival(albeit a small amount), crafting, gathering, building, rocketships, and fantastic boss fights! yes the bosses are big ol giants, and they don't chase after you to try and end you, but the ways to kill them so far(only killed 2) are about the neatest i've seen in a game yet! i wont spoil it, But the second boss fight had me gawking at the screen thinking THIS IS SO KEWL!!!!!!! yes it looks like minecraft, even plays a little like it…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →very early access, i asked the developer in the discord for something and it was on steam in about an hour. huge thank you.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This dev really dislikes his customers..... check out the way he replies to some people on his other games. Time for a job change. Would be great if they actually developed a game, put it in early access, and followed up with updates to make their games better. But check out the trash they keep cranking out... I was excited about this game and at first saw a lot of feedback and ideas being taken into consideration by the dev. But then, like the others, 1.0 is released and on to the next beep…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is just sad. The developer seems to be trying to create rip off games with some space inspiration in outerverse. Yes, they added their own concepts but it feels more like it's a Minecraft modpack. The game they are currently working on just looks like a janky modded robot version of ark survival. At least make it less obvious as far as ark goes. You've got a good concept going, just keep adding your own creativity to this game. And sorry to bring your reviews down again. Thanks dev(s) for…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I made it as far as the 8th step in the tutorial (about 2.5 hrs played) before giving up. Perhaps it gets better, but it was like pulling teeth to get that far, so I gave up. On my first cave dive I was killed by lava three times in a row (lava isn't red in this game and it kills you from a distance. I thought I was being killed by the mobs I was fighting. Nope, standing too close to a liquid). You'll need 20/20 vision to play this game. Text is small and the inventory icons for collected…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The concept looks good. I was very interested but right from the start it felt super janky and unfinished. Looks and plays like another EA game pushed out to "1.0" too early.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not Recommended at the current stage, if you're in it for Automation. coming from Factorio, Satisfactory, Dyson Sphere, and many other niches automation game.. I do found the idea of this Minecraft-ish + Automation interesting. but it's turn out this is far from enjoyable experience at the moment. I haven't progress to far, only until I unlock Iron Ingot Automation. I spent some time try to learn each logic block (Translocator, Tublock, Action Button, Action Wire) and try to automated my…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game left early access, but it still feels quite clunky. Animations for mining are really low effort(just shows the block shrinking), lots of graphical bugs, gameplay tutorial is a bit confusing. Overall I wasn't able to enjoy it enough to get to the automation part. In my view the game has potential, but it needs more work. Unfortunately, it seems like the dev is focused on their upcoming title. So I don't recommend at this time.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Water doesn't flow, leaves don't fall and fire doesn't trully burn. World and quality wise this is below vanila Minecraft. On top of that, there are some UI issues and bugs, like notifications spamming and light from torches not working correctly. As to factory elements, quality and progression appears to be below standalone 'industrial' minecraft mods and significantly below various 'modpack' based challenges. I'm very interested in starmade-like planets and overal space theme, so I plan to…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Full of displaying bugs, lagging as hell, real UX problems (ex: can't place blocks over/nextto activable ones since it's the same key for the 2 actions placing & activating), etc... Sadly, I can't get a refund
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unfortunately can't tell anything about this game except, it looks good and might be interesting, but is very not optimized and pretty heavy on hardware resources. Can't remember when last time a game lagged or showed so much slowness. It is unplayable for me.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I had very high hopes for this game when it was announced in Steam. Minecraft in space, cubic world, space travel, etc. Unfortunately it is very resource hungry and I can barely play it on all-Low and optimised for performance. My hardware is not potato, it's the Unreal engine eating all of it and demanding more. Tool tips and knowledge base both need some improvements - it's not clear which goes where. For some reason I spawned inside water in my first forest planet. The auto-cave-finder…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So far the game has been incredibly stable and easy to run. The style is visually similar to other block based voxel games but def has an awesome engineering side to it as well. Having played Space Engineers, Minecraft and Boundless this feels like a combo of all three (minus the multiplayer). I'm thoroughly enjoying it. If this is early access I can't wait for what comes. Also in the time since purchase and being in the Discord i've seen minor bugs reported and fixed and updated away in…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game has a great concept. Sadly, I still need to give a negative review. Why? Two main reasons: 1.) The game itself. Its very poorly polished, the entire game needs some perfomance boost, its a single powerpoint presentation. 2.) The dev doesnt give a ♥♥♥♥. Look into the discussion board. Dev wants the players to post their problems there, and if someone asks for help, the dev simply replies with "Your pc doesnt met the requierments" and "You can refund." Didnt just happen to me, it…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →game play / idea - 10/10 - i had issues with lag - i tweaked the settings a lot .... - rendering issues, for example iron seemed to appear on the surface and if i look a better it will disappear.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →DON'T BUY IT! jut a Big scam plus i think it mine bitcoin because after closed the game it continue to run at 25% of my CPU
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →After some time with this game this is what i think. 1.BLOOM and LIGHTING THE BLOOM is overdone and ridiculous!!!It looks like a maxed preset slapped onto the game with no control asserted in determining what suitable world bloom is. THE LIGHTING has a single beam that at times is shooting through an opening{even reported underground}like a massive blast beam and at these times looks NOTHING like normal world lighting. Also The Bloom has been stated as working as intended by the developer in…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is just a re-skinned minecraft that you are forced to play solo. The story so far is ok. But will need alot of work, it is boring to play solo.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't leave a lot of reviews, but this game has a lot of promise and I hope it really takes off. I loved Fortresscraft and have tried numerous games to fill that need to build machines that feed more machines. This game is giving me the tools to build them from scratch, or use pre-loaded templates while I figure out how the mechanics work. I also love having bosses to fight that need actual builds to destroy, instead of hacking at it with a sword. I'm on boss #3, but am too busy trying…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Too buggy to play at the moment. I had tons of texture bugs that stopped me from mining. The golem enemies chase and one shot you and the first titan didn't do anything. Not sure if I was just unlucky with bugs but, it was unplayable for me.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good game it just needs a few bug patches and multiplayer
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Just very poorly made. Like a student hobby
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →After playing this game for 1.4 hrs while it has already been launched, I miss the old times in Minecraft with friends... This game is way too clunky to be launched already. I got stuck at a quest because apparently you can build a block in all kinds of way (which was not explained anywhere) and after that I got stuck again with the schematic projector because it was not working as explained in the quest, so I've given up to try figuring it out. I want to play a game for the game, not to spend…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Slop, a sole developer with 5+ active projects. Its clear he just half bakes stuff looking for cash grabs. Will be be removing from library and blacklisting the dev.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is crap, lol...
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →no thanks i'll stick with minecraft and creativerse
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love the game, i think its amazing and smart. Taking minecraft to the next level. Unfortunately the developer is an idiot.. I cant honestly think of a nicer way to put it. I was having issues with FPS drop when breaking blocks. So i asked for any tips. When posting my specs i get a response of "Not sure about AMD". Then some helpful information about changing voxel render distance and stuff. But then straight after "if it doesn't run well for you you can submit a refund request." Hmmm yes…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Imagine the game like if the Minecraft Developers actually gave a ♥♥♥♥ 11/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First impression: What's the point of tools if I can break everything with my hands? Why does my hand look like its coming from the ground? Item images (in inventory/hotbar) look terrible Animations for tools are terrible Art work for tools is terrible Not a fan of all the settings in once page (if that makes sense) Why do I have to farm 3 carrots if I want to eat one? Mf I'm hungry Water floats in mid air? Not a fan of the block highlight (should be toggle-able) If you were able to change…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it is viewed as a minecraft copy but hears what i think it has a lot of its one personality to be based on minecraft but still be its own game if you are a fan of minecraft space and logistics then definitely download this game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game has a lot of potential. It definitely shows its Early Access status; there are awkward parts, performance efficiencies that could be improved, the occasional bug. However the dev is actively patching (daily so far) and quickly resolved a game-breaking bug I encountered after I reached out in Discord. To describe it briefly, it's a little like Minecraft. If you imagine Minecraft worlds with very limited size. Actual gravity. No ceiling. No bedrock. That encourages the creation of automated…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →bug fixes and multiplayer would make it alot better
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Abandonware unfortunately; No hold to keep jumping/attacking; No character body/shadows
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i cant evan play it pluse its just not fun
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So i bought this game in January, It runs poorly as the specs on the Recommend/Minimum where misleading. When i said it was chopping and inconsistent FPS. The dev blamed my hardware then white knights blamed my ignorance and said "Thats early access, Get used to it" I have been buying and playing early access titles for 7 years and this is the first experience i have ever had when the specs didn't honestly outline actual requirements. So that is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Icarus said on its storpage it needed a…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So after 13 Hours into the game, i have to say its realy cool!! The automation can be pretty complex but you´ll learn by doing pretty fast, the graphics look great, the space awesome and the creatures still kind of cute. Of course there are some bugs here and there but hey, the game is pretty new and the developer is working realy hard and active. If you encounter a bug, report it and you get an answer super fast! - Beautifull / Awesome / Cute Graphics - Blueprints help to learn automation -…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A lovely game, and some great visuals! I could only ask for some sort of multiplayer support, as it feels vaguely desolate at times.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Essentially a Minecraft clone but on bad acid
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So far this game has been great! Of course there's some lagging but as it's early access that doesn't bother me at all. I'm kind of a "casual" gamer and I'm very interested in space, so I really appreciate that there's a simplified crafting mode. Sometimes with space games it all gets to be too complicated. Can't wait to see how it develops! Edited to add that the dev is very active on discord and has already patched an issue I had!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game has such unique aspects to it, the boss fights are great and so are the visuals. I would recommend buying this game if you're looking for a beautiful, fun and interesting adventure game. 11/10!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Placing blocks in schematic preview is a massive pain. I get it's trying to teach, but you can't place blocks unless you have the rotation correct, but sometimes you cannot get into the angle you need to place it. Needs a preview and keys to rotate, or just a way to have it auto rotate since the game knows the correct rotation. It's also impossible to place blocks behind another preview block since it thinks you are aiming at the one in front of it. This was already a problem on the very…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The idea of the game is promising. Though, i am asking a refund for it. The development stage is way too early. Nothing seem to work properly, too many bugs, some mechanics seems to not have been fleshed out completely yet, and many things are confusing UI wise. The most breaking bug is as follow : each time i load my save, the voxels are randomised & duplicated. my thoughts about the ideas in this title : I like the cubic minecrafty feel about this title, with cubic planets. Though, once…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is great. though It is still Early access and because of that has a few bugs here and there, but this game has great promiss. Get this game, for the price it really is a great play. I can't do it justice with this review. Its simply complicated. Uniquely ordinary. Grossly Beautiful. Repulsively Addicting. You just got to try it for yourself.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →played when it was in beta and it is a very good and unique game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i can't even make a new game
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The gravity system in this game is really innovative: each celestial body is cubic in shape, and unless you turn gravity changes off, moving to a different side of the planet will change the gravity orientation. You'll really want to use that gravity button on Warpolynx planets, though, because the gravity orientation is different in each chamber! No rhyme or reason to it, which really adds to the challenge! At least you do get some sort of indicator of how close to the core you are... You're…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →very entertaining for such a small game. kind of comes out of nowhere. and it is by no means anything really groundbreaking, but the mechanics that it does put its focus into (automation and travel) they make it very easily accessible in a very easy to understand format. if the combat ai was more fine tuned and the combat felt less clunky, i would say that this game accomplishes exactly what its trying to do. given some more time, now that has come out of early access, maybe this game could…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I do not remember how much I covered in the video, but here are some more notes that I missed if I did not say them all. This game has no controller support features in the in-game menu. There is no drowning when you are underwater for a long time and after reaching an "air pocket" you are returned to a safe "section" when underwater still. It does have a current when you are in the water so that rather interesting. When you are making ingots from the ores you have to make them outside of…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →At the time of writing I can say this game is far too buggy in its current state. This game feels like a Minecraft mod in a completely new game engine. Sadly as of right now it does not feel as smooth as the Minecraft experience. Here is a small list of some of the things I've encountered. -Block randomly disappear when mining them (unsure if intended) -Crafting items feels unresponsive/delayed -Blocks/Terrain/Water pop in and out randomly -Game "hitching" when launching/travelling in rockets…
