positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So I've never reviewed a game or VN as of yet on Steam, but I can't think of a better one to make my first. The fact that this was going to explore Yuri romance was all I really needed to be interested in this VN and the previews, description and nursing school setting was adequate enough to make me want to buy it. The price may seem a bit much, but trust me when I say, it's worth every penny. However, since you don't know me enough to just take my word for it, allow me to clarify. Before I get…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Where do I even start with this game? If you a fan of novels with a good story, you might want to pass this up. As you can probably see, Nurse Love Addiction unsubtly hints at taking a darker turn in the endings, and as a lot of people here in comments have said, it hurt their feelings and made them sad. I am not one of those people. I am very mindful of fiction I try to consume, so when I saw this novel, I decided to give it a pass, since all the romance options seemed immoral and…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its Nurse Yuri. Do I have to explain any further?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If your mind is lost somewhere down in the metaphorical gutter of sexual innuendo, you probably looked at this game and figured it'd make fine fap fodder. A game about Nurses (who are oft oversexualised in games) and the promise of Nudity in the Tags might lead one to believe that this game is just another Eroge that's been "censored for steam." However, Nurse Love Addiction is so, so much more than that. It is, in fact, a genius excercise in subversity. With no nudity to speak of and romance…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →[url=https://azusantiara.com/2016/08/02/nurse-love-addiction-review/]Click here for full review with images etc Developed by KOGADO STUDIO and published by Degica on steam. Nurse Love Addiction or 白衣性愛情依存症 [Hakuisei Aijou Izonshou] in Japanese. Looks like your typical “cute girls doing cute things” yuri visual novel filled with moe and romance. It also has the touch of mystery and plot twist which really surprised me as I did not expect them at all. Nurse Love addiction has a total of 9…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game made me feel like i was dissociating EDIT: I feel like i should say this because it's listed NOWHERE on the store page and i went in 100% blind not knowing any of this. NURSE LOVE ADDICTION HAS LOTS OF THEMES OF INCEST, AS WELL AS CANNIBALISM, NECROPHILIA, ABUSE, ETC IN THE BAD ENDS. For me, this was INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. I was taken aback at how horrible it was, because I assumed this game was just a cute gl visual novel about nurses. The order you're meant to play the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First off this is NOT a game, It is a very crapy writen story book, no animation, the voice is in ????? so you must not only flip thru page by page (Several times before you even get a new picture tolook at) you need to read the subtitles. This is by far the worst money I have ever spent. For the most part you can kinda of judge a game by the price, a $40.00 game is normally a fairly decent, if not good game. Like I said if you are looking for a "Game" to playlook elsewhere. This thing sucks…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game's name (which is incidentally just about the worst I've ever heard) and marketing suggest it is a yuri title. It isn't. Some other reviews and the Steam tags have suggested it contains elements of horror. It doesn't. I mention these facts, not as criticisms, but simply to advise that if romance, titillation and/or a scary atmosphere are what you're after, you'll be disappointed. Personally I'd done my homework and bought it because it wasn't a yuri VN, however it wasn't quite as…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game is really wild. i went in expecting some sweet fluffy yuri and while there's lots of that sometimes you gotta wade through the crazy to get to it. 10/10 tho its legit funny and surprisingly heartfelt and completely off the rails
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First things first, solid yuri romance, 4 characters to romance all fully voiced and with their own unique personalities. The paths eventually taken in some of these chracters (3/4) tends to get pretty trippy and sometimes downright disturbing (especially in the bad ends). To any yuri or VN fans who aren't afraid of getting beat over the head with a pile of crazy, this game is one of the best i've played and you owe it to yourself to play it as well.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This story takes place across a three-year period where you, Asuka Osachi are training to become a nurse. Along the way you may find love with someone you meet. The four potential love interests are your teacher, Kaede Ohara, your two classmates Itsuki Amatou and Sakuya Takeda, or your younger sister (and fellow nurse trainee) Nao. Your choices determine who you end up with, if any of them, and whether it will be a short-term thing (bad ending) or happily ever after. There are also some heavy…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →"It's an anime yuri visual novel themed on relationship and growth! ヽ(=´▽`=)ノ" Intro Nurse Love Addiction. This game is a visual novel produced by KOGADO STUDIO and published by Degica Games. KOGADO STUDIO has mainly presented works with the theme of the Yuri(Lily) genre that is also known as girls' love and focuses on the romantic orientation aspects of the relationship. It's not that hard to find Yuri games on Steam these days, but it was pretty fresh and exciting when this game was first…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →thsi game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ disgusting. they seriously need to have warnings about the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up ♥♥♥♥ they do in this game. its way overpriced for how ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up it is
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I definitely enjoyed this visual novel. While visual novels are generally not literary masterpieces (and this one is certainly not), the writing in Nurse Love Addiction is generally good, the plot is suitably lengthy, and the scenario and plot twists turn into an entertaining, emotional rollercoaster. This story is "yuri" in the sense that the it is about girls that fall in love with each other, but 'love' itself is explored in this visual novel in a emotional and literary manner. Some…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I wouldn't pay full price for this game. The longest part of the story is the common route BEFORE the actual romancing happens. The individual character routes are all pretty short and repetitive. The game was beautiful and the voice acting was great though. But don't pay full price for this.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have never been someone interested in being a nurse, but after this... I still don't.... But that's not the point. This game gives you a window on how it is to be a nurse... a bit, but most importantly it gives a great plot about yuri. After playing "Kindred Spirits on the Roof", months later I was excited to play another similar game. This game, quenched that thirst. While it's not as whole some as KSotR, the relationship between the characters made my heart flutter and quiver in joy. I…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is the greatest VN I've ever read, It's very long, has lot's of twists and turns, the art is adorable, the voice acting is wonderful, and the writing is excellent!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Went into this expecting a cute lesbian love-story. Walked out disturbed and mentally scarred for life. 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The greatest game I've ever played.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So I have literally just finished all of the routes in this game, and I’m happy to say it does not disappoint in the slightest, which is very relieving considering I checked this games store page every day from the moment it appeared on steam to the day it was released. Needless to say I hope to see more of Kogado’s games appear on steam in the future. From a technical standpoint the game is beautiful, with a wonderfully detailed art-style and many gorgeous pictures, each character is unique…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Perhaps due to running or perhaps due to other reasons, my entire body is hot and I am incredibly thirsty.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →What appears to be a wholesome visual novel with a twist, definitely worth giving it a try just for the story itself.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Wonderful yuri story with more than just a few hours worth of gameplay. -It's taken me the better part of two days to explore all the avenues this story has to offer. I say story but it is infact several very different stories depending on your choices, which makes it a joy to explore them all as they practically feel like several good VN games wrapped up in one. Music is very lovely, it's fully voiced througout (japanese), and art is Wonderful. Highly recommended if you'd like a very good…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →"Unique", "Bittersweet love", "Unexpected plot twists" - Nothing on the store page suggested the David Cage-style dumpster fire that this game's story turned out to be. What I expected was a cutesy, LiS coming of age story or a slice of life thing, not... Whatever this is. Other reviewers described more succinctly all the 180-degree tonal shifts in the narrative, so I'll only add that this game is falsely advertised for the sake of shock value.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's fun when I'm trying to do a "best known for" reference for a game developer and only two of of their roughly hundred games have been released outside of Japan. And those games are Power Dolls and Nurse Love Addiction.
unlabelledView post →i love say gex. 10/10.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →DON'T just be fooled by the art and the simple summary "Experience the story of... discover love, medicine, and adulthood." There's another review on the internet that says that "Psychological Horror" is a recommended tag for this VN. Let that sink in for a minute. Knowing that, if you're still down for this VN, then yes, I would recommend you to get it just for the art and music. The story is divided into 2 arcs. The first is very sweet and fluffy and typical romance. The second one takes a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game would make Gen Urobochi proud. At first this seem like a very cute yuri game, and it is for the most part. Until you get to the character specific routes and the bad endings, then the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ quotient hit the fans. If you really don't want to see any grotesque stuff and just want to enjoy the yuri then for the love of god don't get the bad endings or you'll really regret it. If you don't mind stuff like cheating, sexual abuse, necrophilia, and cannibalism then go ahead and enjoy…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Addiction follows the same mystery-focused formula as Syndrome. The main characters, bar one, are medical students as opposed to the actual nurses of the predecessor. This does function to tone down the medical terms that made the first game a slog, but in exchange lowers the overall maturity. Many mysteries of the game feel contrived because the characters fail to communicate properly, as opposed to being a connected conspiracy. It is difficult not to compare the familiar-yet-stranger antics…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →嘘だよ。 It's not what it seems. This line, repeated throughout the visual novel, is a pretty fitting description of the game itself. Whatever the game seems like to you before playing will be different from how it seems after you're done. Unexpected plot developments changed my entire outlook on the game on more than one occasion, and it was a truly enjoyable read. The presentation as a whole was good. The soundtrack didn't particularly stand out, but it certainly wasn't bad and it did its job.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →trust me, it's not a yuri VN
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Did the little sister's route. Hahahahaha oh man, buy this game. You won't regret it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As far as emotion goes, that was one helluva rollercoaster. It started off so lazy, I myself felt like a jellyfish. But boom! This game doesn't let you off easy. Be prepared for some mind blasts going your way guys. You're gonna enjoy this, and regret that you enjoyed it that much.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've just finished doing the playthroughs for all 4 girls, and I have to say, this was one of the best VN's I've played in some time. Each story ending is facinating, unique and thorughly human. I have to be honest, and without giving any spoilers - some of those endings are *DARK*! I mean damn... the Itsuki bad ending is just... omg... This VN had me smiling, had me crying (esp. the Sakurya and Nao storylines), had me laughing, had me never wanting to get away from my computer! I had to see…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'll start with the big con: Translation standard is not up to par. Compared with Mangagamer's Yurirei (Kindred Spirits) and SonoHana (A Kiss for the Petals), it's not even close. In almost every scene this game has voice clips spilling over into multiple text boxes, general spelling and grammar errors (fixed now in a language patch), awkward phrases everywhere (the worst of both the literal and liberal translation worlds). The bonus seiyuu messages are not subbed. The medical glossary was…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I waited half a year, and all I got was this lousy After School Ending. It's an entertaining experience. Essentially and exactly what it says on the tin; an anime visual novel with a female protagonist attempting to become a nurse. All the characters are interesting enough. The music fits fine. There's nothing to complain about when it comes to the art. The overall product is fun for what it is, and precisely what it claims to be. I'm just underwhelmed I got such an anti-climatic ending on…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Mindblowing Thought it was going to be very lighthearted romance, but there's so many plot twists I couldn't get a moment to breathe?! It took me 6~7 hours to get to the dramatic parts though, it starts very slowly. Note: my Steam time is inaccurate, it took 10~11 hours to play 2 routes with their respective good and bad endings.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is one of the best games of played, it is however the first time I have played this type of game where I get to choose who I end up with. I love the fact that the story changes depending on which character you pick, I have only completed the teacher and the little sister so far. I will probably write a more in depth review once I have completed the other 2 characters but for now I just wanted to say that this game was definitely worth it and I can not wait to complete it. 😁
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Started off nicely with all the existential questions someone would have entering college. What do you want to do with your life and why? Why be a nurse? Each character having their own reason made it interesting for maybe the first two hours. But then it drags on with a lot of filler dialogue where no character or plot development happens. I think this would be better if it cut down on the silly "whos boobs are bigger" situations that are basically weaboo fanservice. Some reviews, and my…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Beautiful art, nice bg music, lovable girls, oh yeah and lots of lesbian nurses- what more could you want in a VN?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The first half of this game is so boring, that the second half of this game doesn't make up for it. I geninuely almost quit playing five times through the first three chapters because nothing happens in them. Except the most annoying form of foreshadowing where characters keep going "Oh if only you knew" and such. Way too much of the most interesting character traits and dynamics are hidden behind the final reveals of the story and honestly huge parts of the second chapter are literally…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So I just finished reading NLA and all I'm left with is shock and not the good kind. This is due to the game's nonsensical plot twists and endings (both good and bad), which happens after getting through tediously standard SoL interactions that can take up to 8 hours. Many people who've also played this claim that the bad endings are the only reasons someone would not have enjoyed it, but I disagree. The characters were all pretty one-dimensional and one of them, Kaede, is barely seen in the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Yuri, the purest form of love. Disappointing that I was born neither cute nor a girl.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I was sick at home. I played this game trying to feel better. Now I feel even sicker. I knew there were bad endings, but how bad could bad endings of such a cute looking game be? Well, for that please try it out. You can get bad endings just by following common sense.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →no way a bad game but this game left a very bad taste in my mouth... i should have take the "psychological horror" tag more seriously before i bought it...
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is by far one of the best Visual Novels I have ever seen or played. We have your awkward but relatable protagonist who is going through nursing school, and emotions! Great soundtrack, Adorable artstyle and engaging plot that makes this game practically impossible to stop playing. Th voice acting and the banter between characters will really warm your heart. My only regret is that I can only reccomend this game once on steam. The game is pretty long too, the prologue is about an hour…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Silly name for such a cute game ♥
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have a game critical bug which results in me not being able to get the good Kaede ending. I can only get the bad ending. I have posted this in the forums. I got a generic reply from the dev which did nothing. I replied to his reply stating the issue futher. I got nothing. I asked for a reply. I got nothing. I asked patiently again. I got nothing. I have been MORE than patient with him (this went for about 3 weeks). In the end, I gave the ♥♥♥♥ a piece of my mind. Simply put: IF you have the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →After finishing all the routes, I must say... bravo. I went in expecting just cuteness, and I got much more out of this. Some of the plot twists deeply affected me emotionally. If you like yuri, if you like adorable protagonists, if you like good romance, you'll find all of those here. Give it a try. ALL HAIL THE HOMOMATRIARCHY, OUR YURITOPIA
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →PEAK 100/10 I REALLY LIKE THIS GAME RRRAAAAH WHY I DIDNT PLAY SUCH A MASTERPIECE EARLIER GO PURCHASE THIS AS THE TITLE SAID I REALLY GETTING ADDICTED TO IT
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →nurse love addiction changed my life, and i'm being 100% serious about this. not to go into spoilers but the story, in the surface seems pretty simple. even with the revelations later on it doesn't seem like much, and it very well may not be, but god have i over analyzed this game to death. all the characters, itsuki especially (cough cough my bias) have tons of implied backstory and motives behind their actions that you can analyze, and if you like overthinking about plot elements this game is…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Was expecting a nurse yuri visual novel. Got depression instead. A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one. 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →MASSIVE SPOILERS Did I just... cannibalize my girlfriend?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is an excellent example of deep interpersonal relationships done right. The plot, characters, art, and music all coalesece to produce a breathtaking piece of art that hits all of the emotional sweet spots. I do not want to go too much into detail but the plot of this game caught me by surprise on how fully fleshed out it is. The story kept me on the edge of my seat, not wanting to put the game down. The game made me feel a wide range of emotions as I played through it. Each…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is by far the most touching yuri visual novel. I love the sakuya route so much that I kept replaying the mermories a few times. If you are yuri fan who are looking for a story rich in girlxgirl then this game is for you. It will make you think and wish we have more quality yuri game. Highly recommend!!!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →11/10 This game RKO'd me right in the feelz. Worth every penny spent.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Although I have played many games, this is the first time I was moved enough to leave a review - that's something. NO SPOILERS: Characters: Exellent Music: Great Pacing : good enough Art: I can live with Story: MIND BOGGLINGLY AMAZING!* I feels, oh the FEELS. _________ *depend on your choices.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First, I’ll give a note on the price. Yes, it's more expensive than your average visual novel but it's also significantly longer than your average visual novel. Also, every line by a character is voiced, even minor characters. You’re paying for something with significantly more effort and resources poured into it than your average $10 visual novel that takes a few hours to beat. Another Note for potential buyers: Even vague hints about the story can blunt the surprise this game provides.…
