unlabelledView post →An introduction to this project: we're a small game studio based in South Louisiana. Our first release NORCO (2022) is a sci-fi graphic adventure set in the New Orleans suburbs. Gameplay resembles Hideo Kojima's Snatcher or a modernized MacVenture such as Deja Vu.

A neo-western furry puzzle/point-n-click/VN game, inspired by games like NORCO/Disco. 🐎 devilsgulch.itch.io/xxxrodeo-demo 🐎
unlabelledView post →If you want to play a game for this moment, give NORCO a shot. It's a narrative game about what happens when the world turns to systems that encourage us to dehumanize each other, like crypto or AI or corporate feudalism (it's actual cyberpunk!!). It's only two years old but it has aged like wine
unlabelledView post →I started a playlist of ambient loops from NORCO, featuring music, sound, and artwork from the game. I'll continue to add to it over the next few weeks for those who would like background sounds and visuals from the game. Link below.
unlabelledView post →NORCO is an excellent game that you ought to play if you haven’t yet, and I’m thrilled to see this from them.
unlabelledView post →Up now on our Patreon: vegetation progress for the New Game (still working out the name), featuring a new track by NORCO sound designer fmAura. Thank you to our supporters!
unlabelledView post →I impulsively decided to try out Norco last night and ended up playing through half the game. It's a dystopian, narrative-driven point and click, the pixel art style is GORGEOUS & the writing, humour and music are 10/10. I haven't stopped thinking about it so I think I'm going to finish it today!
unlabelledView post →Platinum 🏆299🏆 was Norco 🚀 I absolutely adored this game; it was everything a point and click adventure should be. Pensive, funny, melancholy, and completely eccentric. I was hooked from start to finish and so glad I gave this gem a try. Top Platinum screenshot too 🤭
unlabelledView post →Like NORCO? Like Disco Elysium? I did, too, which is why it was so exciting to publish INTERSTATE 35, a game about the complicated business of going home.

unlabelledView post →Evening rebroadcast: the NORCO physical release is now available to pre-order through Lost In Cult. You can get the base game or a special edition limited run with prints, a slipcase, a booklet, and more. Both options feature custom artwork by @esanchezill.bsky.social.
unlabelledView post →Had the chance to play NORCO myself on a Steam Deck and can confirm it runs well. We added features to make things more comfortable, like using buttons to quickly cycle through selectables, and supporting both dpad & joystick for cursor control. There are a number of font options available as well.
unlabelledView post →Finished Norco last night and man, what a beautiful game 😭 I completely adored the overall mood throughout. Somehow it manages to be SO funny and comforting while also extremely dark, gritty and unsettling? Really looking forward to seeing what @geographyofrobots.bsky.social cook up next
unlabelledView post →"I don’t think we give enough credit to weirdness in games as a source of mystery and power." New essay up on @essaydaily.bsky.social's advent calendar today on the video game NORCO from @geographyofrobots.bsky.social and advocating for weirdness (minor spoilers): www.essaydaily.org/2025/12/dec-...
unlabelledView post →I’m not buying anything in the steam sale but if I were here are some things I would purchase! NORCO- a beautiful sci fi point and click game set in Louisiana. Act 1 is free and the whole thing is $5 SKALD: Against the Black Priory- an rpg with dice rolling and a lot of beautiful, dark pixel art.
unlabelledView post →I love and have bought Norco, Pentiment, and every other story focused videogame out there, and I still think it's worth focusing on Disco Elysium's legacy because this upcoming game is gonna be directly handing cash to the guys who stole the IP, literary critique notwithstanding
unlabelledView post →NORCO is a really special game! Lotta little moments that stick with you for years. Some wonderful artwork. Commits completely to a sense of place. Can’t to see this new project
unlabelledView post →the pixel art in NORCO was absolutely jaw dropping, there were several points in the game where I had to stop playing and just marvel at it, especially near the end
unlabelledView post →I've bought NORCO three times, most recently the PS5 edition from @lostincult.co.uk, because it's such a great example of a game firing on all cylinders. I look at these and find myself nostalgic for a five year old game. "Oh, I remember where I was in that scene, and that scene, and that scene."
unlabelledView post →NORCO has earned our Badge of Approval! We are particularly proud of this one, as we were able to identify a game-breaking bug during our testing. Together with Lost In Cult and Geography of Robots we made sure it won't sneak onto the physical release.
unlabelledView post →Incredible game, a steal at this price. If digital games were a thing I could put on a shelf, I would put NORCO next to Kentucky Route Zero, Disco Elysium, Phoenix Springs... And if you have much familiarity with southern Louisiana it's really gonna hit.
unlabelledView post →I want to give Norco its flowers, that game deserved so much more.
unlabelledView post →Massively honoured to have been asked to work on the Norco booklet here. A special game of alienation and meaning in the modern word. Even more beautiful and relevant today than it already was on release. And talking to @geographyofrobots.bsky.social was a total delight.
unlabelledView post →Today’s work soundtrack! - From @geographyofrobots.bsky.social’s NORCO! Incidentally a very good adventure game if you’ve not played it yet! #NORCO #AdventureGames #IndieGames #Music #Gaming
unlabelledView post →Finished Norco yesterday. Fucking incredible game. Point and click with some of the best, most clever and insane dialogue around… reminded me of Disco Elysium in a lot of ways. Absolutely loved it. 9.5/10 Amazing recommendation by @scatterbuggg.bsky.social melltith ar eich cartref
unlabelledView post →Norco was a very good game
unlabelledView post →Played Norco by @geographyofrobots.bsky.social for @pixelexplorersclub.bsky.social Game Club. It was an interesting and layered experience. I had seen it be recommended as a similar vibe to KRZ and yep, they are "of the same cloth" Happy to finally play it, It had some scenes I really loved.
unlabelledView post →Absolutely beautiful new physical game launch. We've been desperate to do something with NORCO and @geographyofrobots.bsky.social since 2022 😁 A true cult classic!
unlabelledView post →Once again thinking about Norco, the third game of that set for me.
unlabelledView post →Norco was so good! I replayed it recently and got curious what the devs were up to... Turns out they've been posting quite a bit on Patreon about their next game (3D, "an industrial sprawl wetland investigation game", working title "Sulfur Coast"): www.patreon.com/c/geographyo...

unlabelledView post →NORCO, one of my favourite games from the past few years, is 60% off on Steam right now, frankly a steal. $6 for such a moody, beautiful point & click? A STEAL. store.steampowered.com/app/1221250/...
unlabelledView post →NORCO is a text-based point & click adventure that immerses the player in the sinking suburbs and industrial swamplands of an increasingly surreal and distorted South Louisiana. This game is making me feel so many things. It's so God damn beautiful.
unlabelledView post →I have taught Norco in every semester I've offered the Decolonial Game Design course. It has one of the clearest visions of the past, present, and near future of the United States. It also does a supreme, consistent job of the "creepy stare + jump scare" in a way that'll haunt your dreams.
unlabelledView post →Does anyone have any point & click adventure game recommendations that are macOS compatible? Finished the brilliant The Drifter and probably gonna dive further into Norco next, but open to suggestions for similar ones
unlabelledView post →This game comes out tomorrow. It is my favorite game to release since NORCO. Maybe there will come a day, months or years from now when I stop thinking about it. doubtful
unlabelledView post →finished Norco. very good game
unlabelledView post →NORCO was so, so good If you've ever enjoyed a point and click or narrative game, or just really love a great, deep, weird depiction of a place, go play NORCO
unlabelledView post →unequivocally correct take! Norco is a magnificent game
unlabelledView post →adding my own 2¢ about Norco... I finally played it earlier this year, and I'm glad I waited as long as I did (but not longer) it's an incredible game that came for my throat in ways I did not anticipate
unlabelledView post →NORCO will forever have a place in my heart. I'm definitely looking forward to your next game. 🙏
unlabelledView post →it's extremely funny and telling that a bunch of players can compare my game to Norco but I have no idea how to convince Steam to show my game to people who own Norco as a recommendation

unlabelledView post →Finally got around to playing Norco yesterday, can’t remember the last time a game was so clearly made with love for its setting. Making me really miss New Orleans.

unlabelledView post →Got to work with @geographyofrobots.bsky.social @lostincult.co.uk and @toadsanime.lostincult.co.uk on the NORCO EDITIONS release, it's beautiful. NORCO is not just a game, it's like a fever dream in the swamp. A slow burn that will light your chest up. Proud to have helped it take physical form.
unlabelledView post →I'm playing Norco and enjoying it a lot. It reminds me of games I've never played. It oozes atmosphere. It's available on Game Pass until May 15.
