I now have a completely empty account. Contacted EA support and it was a nightmare experience. Got a chat-bot that didn't help with anything, forcerd it to get me an actual person, waited for a reply, missed it by a minute and then the support ticket was silently marked as resolved. You can play against bots, but they are brainless and only manage to threaten you by auto-locking on to your head with no animation and instant downing you. If you speak you might get cussed out or told to go to the kitchen (esp. when you're a female) or judged for being an ex masters/diamond player who likes to play wildcard to warm up.
