unlabelledView post →They also started putting Marriage Toxin on the WSJ app, I enjoy that series a lot! Elevator pitch is "hot guy in glasses is terrible with women so his best friend helps set him up. They're all freak assassins."
unlabelledView post →116) Marriage Toxin season 1 Fun show, will probably pick up the manga here shortly. Some of the "i can't accept your feelings because im not good enough yet" stuff doesnt really hit for me (and sometimes even feels a little counter to the theme of the series) but the rest of the show hits pretty

unlabelledView post →Of the ones I'm watching, Kill Ao is the one that shouldn't be on this list. It isn't that it's horrible, but it's too similar to MARRIAGETOXIN, which in my opinion is the better show. Yuusha no Rokotsu de (whose so-called English title I refuse to use) should replace it—yes, it's utterly batshit, but it's batshit in an *interesting* way. (I'd also consider Dorohedoro better, but this list doesn't seem to be big on sequels.)

While AI-English voice translations are HORRIBLE, the animation quality for most of these new series (and/or seasons) has been remarkably strong w/ WITCH HAT ATELIER & MARRIAGE TOXIN truly standing tall among the others. Have you watched these?

unlabelledView post →Marriagetoxin surprised me in a good way. It mixes action, comedy and a bit of romance without losing sight of Hikaru's growth. The fights became a little too long later on, but I enjoyed watching him slowly open up and trust the people around him. Looking forward to season two. #anime #marriagetoxin http://myska.one/2026/07/29/marriagetoxin-review/?utm_source=mastodon&utm_medium=jetpack_social

unlabelledView post →I am catching up with last season and the start of this season. Great: - Dorohedoro S2 - Classroom Of The Elite S4 Meh: - Rooster Fighter/Niwatori Fighter - TBATE S2 There's still loads of shows I want to watch: Witch Hat Atelier. Nippon Sangoku. Four Seasons. Kanan-Sama sounds hilarious. Needy Girl Overdose. Mao. Akane banashi. Daemons Of The Shadow Realm. Ace Of Diamond S2. Liar Game. Hero's Rib. MARRIAGETOXIN. Dr Stone. And probably many more.

unlabelledView post →Marriage Toxin (Season 1) This is a series about how a handful of families run basically the entire criminal underworld in Japan and are made up of enhanced superfreaks, but luckily they're all stupid so the damage to the populous is minimal but the comedy is maximal.

unlabelledView post →Good anime, i really enjoyed, even if i dont like the type of romance between 1 boy and various girls. The fights were incredible good, and honestly i fell for Gero at the end with his shy face. The characters are very cute and interesting, really liked the dynamic, it’s wasn’t too hard. I would recommend it, even just because it’s a very fighting anime.
