Trial and Error is not interesting. Also, I know the messages at the end of each level are meant to be funny, but they fail. They don't hit the right snark notes, and just end up as mean/irritating.

The basic game play is easily explained: You control one or more moons with gravity and rockets, all the while trying to collect enough materials to finish the level. If you manage to collect the three gold clumps while you're already at it you'll get a 'perfect' on the level. The level design is really diverse and the challenges range from accidentally perfected on the first try to a dozen resets and still no luck. The only thing…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A super fun and beautifully designed game. Definitely very addicting, and for completion-ists who need to get all the gold it has some pretty great challenges. Every planet has a unique power so there is lots of variety. I was never bored and never felt like I was solving the same puzzle twice. The snarky in-game comments are pretty great too. I found myself messing up on purpose towards the beginning just see what it would say. Hehe. Definitely can’t wait for the level editor. With the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great puzzle game, and I only scratched the surface! Very pleased with this one, the sound is great, the humor hits the spot, and the physics puzzles are challenging.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →LOVE this game. It's seemingly simple but becomes amazingly more complex as you play more. I play a ton of puzzle games and have never played one like this. There's a lot of innovative and fun game mechanics here that fit really well with the space theme. Some of the levels are really challenging and fun to try and beat. The music and art is also really beautiful and relaxing. Actually makes me feel like I'm in space lol.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you love space and want a better idea of how it works, or just like solid and pretty puzzle games, Luna’s Wandering Stars has a lot to offer. Its difficulty spikes may prove to be a sticking point for some players, but the developers’ presentation and accomplishment is no less impressive.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun little puzzler with a lot of different mechanics. More details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7D6UvHrKhqg
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A lot of trial and error. There's no moment where a puzzle "clicks", it's more a matter of I needed to drag my mouse a tiny bit less/more the next time.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Production values pretty low (yay for the default Unity launch dialog of mild annoyance). The powers changing per stage tries to be interesting, but mostly makes it feel unfocused; I got to Earth and then pretty much gave up. Mostly it's the narrator that utterly ruins it. I wouldn't mind a snarky narrator if they had any sense of style, and if it were reflected in the rest of the aesthetic, if the rest were also sillier. But no, the main play is halfway between serious and relaxing, and could…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Luna's Wandering Stars is complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that has no appeal whatsoever to anyone who has half a braincell. Looking at the horrible steam page made me want reimbursment for all the mental damage, but buying it almost gave me cancer. AVOID
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is a great example of an "easy to play, hard to master"-type of game. The game is quite forgiving in some ways. Getting the blue comets is mostly easy, there's an instant restart button and a Speed Up button so that you can quickly pick up where you left off. Also, there's always two levels open, so if you get stuck on one level, you can just go to the other open level and continue. But then there's the gold comets, which require both puzzle-solving and dexterity to get. If you…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I rather like this game. The developers made a very clean game with lovely graphics and smooth gameplay. I haven't quite finished Mercury yet, but I've enjoyed the challenges put forth in this game. While not necessarily difficult, getting all three of the yellow asteroids/moons offers an extra bit of fun worth attempting. Furthermore, they seemed willing to work late on a Friday evening to help with a setup-related problem. I find that quite commendable.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not since Portal has playing with physics been so fun and charming.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Master the powers of bull****. Throw s*** like rock and collect stuff. Watch out for gravity. Overall balls in your face type of game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not for me, there's not much to the puzzles beyond trial and error and the interface feels quite janky
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It looks good, and some of the puzzles are even quite interesting indeed, but at $10 this is hideously overpriced. You'd probably be able to get the same experience by buying a mobile game with similar mechanics.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A supbar experience. Snarky and cringe-worthy commentary for a game of orbits that you can play on NASA's website for free.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game seems deliberately aggravating. Gameplay is decent, though not remarkable, graphics are okay. What gets me, and why I'm not recommending the game, is the taglines on level success or failure, as well as the tutorial, tend to be snarky, rude and unhelpful. I'm playing this game to relax, not take ♥♥♥♥ from devs who don't seem to have worked too hard to put together anything truly novel. The 'narrator' will crow at your failures and suggest that you go back to get more 'asteroids' (star…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game is a no. Its better left to the mobile game market, because that's what the play style is. I'll probably still try and get all the dumb achevements, but don't be like me. Be smart, avoid.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In a word, this game is tedious. I'm not saying it's a bad game, but it ramps up the difficulty quite fast and will severely anger you. It reminds me of those rage inducing games that youtubers play in a way. I know if someone was recording my reactions to failing over and over, it would probably be entertaining. I do like this game. I have no idea why, since all it does is raise my blood pressure. I guess I'm just a sucker for punishment. Graphics: Nothing special, but they look nice and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game itself is not bad, but the passive-aggressive messages at the end of a level are intolerable.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game with interesting teasing facts and varying gameplay. Gameplay is skill based, includes velocity and associated applied physics like mass influence. Depending on the planet you set a starting velocity, have a targetable speed boost, or shoot (further planets feature different skills still) each providing a very unique touch to gameplay in the same environment. You influence an asteroid to gain mass and dodge obstacles in space. Each level starts with a narrator/moderator text box…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you like these kinds of gravity-based puzzle games, then you might like this...not for me.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's not as much fun as I expected - Mercury was fun, but it just gets really hard after that. And the new features added with each planet seem to make it harder, not easier.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →While the representatives that I met at PAXSouth were nice and the game has a good concept. The controls are clunky and slow, and on some planets down right rage inducing and nigh unplayable. This game looks pretty but that's about it. Skip it, don't waste your money.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First I must preface that I was a kickstarter backer, and I have just got the game for steam, so I haven't had a chance to play much. Luna's wandering stars is a game that essentially takes the idea our space craft use of slinging around gravity fields to better reach other areas, but instead of tiny metal objects, it uses celestial bodies, and instead of 20 pages of chaos and apocalyptic destruction, you gain points and complete the level goals. Also it lies to you about moons, frequently. The…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is an interesting concept. You "fire" a moon along your chosen trajectory with your specified power and it will move according to the laws of inertia and gravity. Your aim is to collide the moon with asteroids until you gather a target amount of mass; you're supposed to be aiming for the gold asteroids to score points which lead to rewards of new levels etc. Some of the asteroids are stuck in space, others also move. There are other mechanics too: power your moon by rockets, control…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a simple tablet-like physics puzzle game. Fling the little moon on the right orbital trajectory to hit the other objects to complete each level. This really feels like a mobile port. Production values are low (for some reason the options screen wouldn't go away, while I could play, that was a silly kind of bug they should have caught and fixed). $14.50 is a far too high price for a mobile-esque shovelware 2D physics game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Luna is an okay game. There's some snark when you lose, and some pre-level comments blatantly tell you how to get a perfect (why?). After the first planet though, it'll come down to a lot of trial and error to get more gold (which looks more like swiss cheese) to open more planets. It's not bad, and it's not great. I wouldn't drag my friends to play it, but it killed some time at least.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Neat little physics simulator, edutainment!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm not interested in a game that negs me for failing a level.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →a very fun physics game that will both relax and enrage you, not necassarily at the same time nor in that order.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is a blast to play! I loved how real physics played into the mechanics. The levels could be difficult at times, but it only added to the rewarding feeling of completing it and advancing. From the first planet's simple momentum powers to shooting lasers and changing gravity itself, the game continues to surprise you at each new stage and teaches you some physics along the way. My little brother, who is 14, would love a game like this and I plan to get him a copy!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nice music that's way too overbearing for a puzzle game. Tutorial text interface is a ♥♥♥♥ to the player for no good reason. Really made me not interested in progressing.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The good: It's short The bad: I don't like any of the puzzles. It boils down to trial and error. The planet gimics are all meh. The music is not my thing. Lastly the A.I cortana or Navi thing is just a pain with cringe dialog. I do not recommend this especially for $10
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A good game for me, who is in favour of the relaxation games. However, this game is very difficult, and there is some bugs in the game, such as when you are playing "shooting" game (By laser), you might be see the golden comets run away from you while you are playing the level that a lot of comets line up and waiting for shoot. As a Chinese player, I'm hoping for official Chinese, but please don't use the tools such as Google translation. It won't be accurate. p.s. I bought this game while it…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like when everytime i stuff up a level the Chat log always saves me at the end with something encouraging like ":C" or "Not Everyone gets it on the first try, Oh wait, they do"
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Didn't sustain my interest unfortunately. Its not that bad.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game's not too bad but can get boring quickly. Also the Venus levels require insane amounts of clicking, probably better suited for a mobile game than a PC one.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a bit shallow, and the basic mechanics aren't rewarding enough to make up for it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is an excellent physics/puzzle game based on gravity. Each of the 9 planets (Pluto is included...) has a different gameplay so you can't get bored and timing is also essential in most levels. If you are looking for a good challenge, try to 100% the game !
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sort of like playing pool, only not!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →ENG: This is "just" Angry Birds Space without birds but with sarcastic comments (almost good as GLaDOS ;P ). Perfect mix. POL: Angry Birds Space bez świń i ptaków, ale "komentatorem", który jest prawie tak dobry jak GLaDOS. Doskonałe połączenie. Warto kupić.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i haven't had a good fun with a game since forever now i just wish i could knew the person that made this and thank them personally
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In the rugged, frontier days days of the Internet 1.0 waaaaaay back in the late 90s, one game was widely recognized in middle school computer labs across the country: Space Penguin. It was a quaint, plucky game with the simple goal of launching a penguin via slingshot into a black hole, assisted by planetary gravity along the way. My nostalgai had me thirst for a new Space Penguin for the modern age, and that's when I found Luna's Wandering Stars. While the first world, Mercury, gave me the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Almost a good game, some cool concepts, but the difficulty scaling is all over the place. One level will feel completely free and then the next one will feel nearly impossible with no rhyme or reason to it. It just ends up being frustrating.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sounds fun, relaxing, and even educational, doesn't it? Ha ha, no, it's none of that. It's just infuriating, with its guess-and-check gameplay and extreme precision requirements, and frequent comments belittling you for your inevitable failures. What the hell was the dev thinking?
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's not super polished, but at 90% off its an interesting enough casual distraction for that price.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not worth the purchase. There's better free games out there
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The puzzles are cool - reasonably challenging. The "com log" narrator is too much of a ♥♥♥♥ . If you make a "perfect" run possibility, don't snark me for retrying until I get it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Luna's Wandering Stars is a well made and absolutely entertaining and addicting simulation game. At first I was afraid it was another frustrating production which demands on a player perfect up-to-pixel shots, but I was so wrong. The game is actually super fun. First of all, it is beautifully made. Planets, moons, backrounds... everything. This and a calm lovely soundtrack make the game pleasant to play. Solar System is the place of the game's action. There are 9, erm, 8 planets + Pluto (poor…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really quirky physics puzzle game. The developers' passion for physics shows.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Stupid. I used my mac to play the game. At level 2 of the first planet it crashed! I can not do anything! It does not go to the next level when you pass the level. So, if you want to play just the first two level and get pissedoff, go ahead and buy.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →slightly less ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Gravity Badgers
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Updated review: to restart a level, press space! This game is a lot of fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Luna's Wandering Stars offers an incredibly compelling gaming experience that delivers visceral satisfaction. Ostensibly a simple puzzler, the straightforward gameplay belies layers of nuance and subtlety. This is the kind of game that tempts you with the promise of a quick round, but ends up immersing you for hours on end as you discover more mechanics, novel challenges, and neverending innovation. The kaleidoscope of features never ends up overwhelming, however, as the game carries itself…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Physics puzzle game. On the good side, there's a variety of different gameplay modes, one per planet, and some of each planet's levels are entertaining and memorable. The physics is precise and deterministic, so you're not fighting the physics engine. On the bad side, 15 levels per planet absolutely outstays its welcome and it just feels like a grind. The flavour text is absolute dreck. The music is generic, not particularly spacey, and gets on your nerves after the umpteenth repetition.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun puzzle game based around gravity puzzles. Reasonably challenging without being frustrating. There is a surprising amount of variety in the level design. Unlike some other gravity puzzle games, such as Mighty Milky Way, I feel this game mixes things up with new mechanics regularly enough to keep things interesting. Progression is based around collecting up to three special objects within levels, specifically, golden asteroids. This system is likely familiar to players of many puzzle titles.…
