For those unfamiliar, this game was headed by Yuri Shibamura who was responsible for Gunparade March so there’s some interesting historical value to the game: store.steampowered.com/app/2127430/...
unlabelledView post →FYI Evangelion 2 on PS2 is a spiritual successor to this, as is that Loop8 game from like a year or two ago (neither go as deep with the interpersonal relationship aspects from what I understand tho). Still gotta get around to playing it one day, it sounds wild as hell.
unlabelledView post →Same devs and overall concept as Gunparade March, the only game in this lineage that has ever gotten localized is Loop8 which sands down a lot of the friction and simplifies the systems to the game’s detriment from what I understand

unlabelledView post →Between watching friends play Little Town Hero and Loop8 there's few things I find as compelling as a video game that just seems fake: put together wrong in a way that makes the whole thing look more like an imitation made by someone only vaguely familiar with games
unlabelledView post →This game fascinates me to no end. I ended up getting the PS4 version just to get a platinum trophy Glad the archive started for this one lol #loop8 youtu.be/XdEKdMZiUvs?...
unlabelledView post →Should get back to Loop8 some day though, it was an interesting game.
unlabelledView post →Now that the Persona 3 Reload Demo is over I decided to start Persona Lite The art looks really cute and good, hoping this is just a nice and casual JRPG. This was one of the physical games I got for $10 a while back (Loop8: Summer of the Gods)
unlabelledView post →Loop8 isn't a very good game, but you can't deny that it has really good visuals. It made a lot of artistic choices, such as fixed-camera painted backgrounds and low FPS character animations. Combat is the only place the visuals fall flat.
unlabelledView post →Another reason I'm obsessing over Loop8 is because it feels like a game I could make
unlabelledView post →I didn't play Loop8, but I would see it get promoted a lot for some reason and when I looked into it I was just so shocked they could still make such a shit game that leaves you so lost and confused still in this day and age
unlabelledView post →Sometimes I'll play or even just learn about a game that's just so awful that I need to see other people experience it and this video on Loop8 is one of my favorites because the game is just so baffling and this guy does a perfect job showcasing it m.youtube.com/watch?v=74q3...
unlabelledView post →I only played Loop8 for a little while though so I can't actually vouch for its quality, but it seems like a very interesting game from the little I played so I imagine its haters are just too casual to appreciate it. But also it has the :D fox
unlabelledView post →I think Loop8 is a really interesting game actually. Is it a game that works? Welllllllllllll....
unlabelledView post →Edgey Plays Nitro Blasterz Heroines Infinite Duel - Ruili Someday I’ll say the title right for this game. For now in think we have a Loop8 situation on our hands with this character. 😬 youtu.be/fxg45epfbhs
unlabelledView post →2. Loop8: Summer of Gods I have so many thoughts about what to do for this game. It looks so bad
unlabelledView post →CONTEXT: I have a monthly game club with friends. I decided August would be Kusoge month. Friend who also watched Punchy's excellent Loop8 video suggested it, and since nobody else Knew and it looked innocuous, it won the vote. Almost everyone got Micchi'd and I got a brief hyperfixation. Oops!
unlabelledView post →Look at that badass motherfucker of a game there. That's right, I'm talking about Loop8
unlabelledView post →Ya know, when I got this notification I was like "Oh shit, is he actually gonna subject himself to Loop8?" This is way better. I've actually got the spin-off game currently in transit, so I'm waiting on that!
unlabelledView post →Ikaruga for $5 on PSN, ehh? One of many modern releases where Treasure gets royalties from! Like the Android and Switch versions, porting duties were handled by the ex-Game Arts staff at Zereo (Thexder Neo, Alice Gear Aegis CS: Concerto of Simulatrix, Tactics Ogre: Reborn, Loop8).
unlabelledView post →Loop8 is a really wild game so far. Not sure if I can call it the worst but it definitely needs some work.
unlabelledView post →I finished Loop8: Summer of the Gods last night May be the most 5/10 JRPG I've ever played. Baffling game that I only finished because gameplay was so easy I could mindlessly play while doing something else Weird ass game, I really don't recommend it
unlabelledView post →Let's just hope it's better received than the last game that took inspiration from Gunparade *looks over at Loop8 in the kusoge corner*
unlabelledView post →4 - My guilty pleasure game Loop8 I own this 3 times now and I plan to Playstation Platinum
unlabelledView post →Little Goody Two Shoes - (Streamed/Beat) -An amazing indie title with loads of style and grace. Will be getting all achievos eventually as well. Yume Nikki -DREAM DIARY- (2018 - Streamed/100%) - Not an amazing game, but a decent addition to spooky month streams. Loop8 was definitely WAY worse.
unlabelledView post →Loop8: Summer of Gods - (Streamed/Beat) - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAME. I played it for the memes, but it was still painful. My Time at Sandrock - (Started) - Hopelessly addicting, and I do plan on coming back to it and getting all the achievements. It's a great game.
unlabelledView post →Loop8 is the video game to ever exist
unlabelledView post →Omg Loop8 needs to die in a dumpster fire of sadness. Why did I even play that game to completion?? 😂
unlabelledView post →Loop8 is a much more interesting game, but it's still not a good game. Seven Pirates H is much more enjoyable, even if it's just a mediocre JRPG.
unlabelledView post →Loop8 is a game that needs a sequel to refine and polish its story and mechanics, but it'll never happen because it's such a mid game.
unlabelledView post →Despite its problems I do like Loop8 because it's a very interesting game. It has a lot of very good ideas that it just does nothing with.
unlabelledView post →Loop8 is such a fascinating game because it's a competently made game but absolutely nothing works together. Every game mechanic is orthogonal to each other. It's the closest equivalent to a B-movie.
unlabelledView post →Loop8 is a game with a lot of really good ideas with comically bad execution
unlabelledView post →I guess I'll have egg on my face in 300 years when an unpatched physical copy of like Loop8 is recovered from Steve's basement, and science will know that game existed.
unlabelledView post →Wait, in-combat conversations that actually matter? It'll actually pause and let you choose a response? I don't think I've ever heard of a game like that, really - maybe Loop8? I wish that was a mechanic that was used more often!
