A lot of the puzzles are very simple but unintuitive, because it's not clear which parts of the interface you can and can't interact with. Speech bubbles last entirely too long, so you're sitting around waiting for them to finish so you can actually get back to what you're doing. Using items from your inventory feels clunky too, because there's…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Apart from its cool visual design, Life of Delta is a mediocre point-and-click adventure game. It starts off on the wrong foot, with clunky movement and interaction. Without much story, it is hard to stay interested. Extremely basic solutions to shallow, linear puzzles mean not much thought is required. And only the flash-style puzzles offer a modicum of challenge, and yet they can be rather boring too. Despite its low price, Life of Delta needed more than a pretty veneer to make it worth…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Awesome chill game with beautiful art. Minigames make me turn on my brain, which is good. Can't wait to play some more
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really wanted to like this game. It's full of bugs; it's the worst kind of pixel hunting; it's short. Got it on super-sale and still requested a return. There's no autosave. Save manually. Save often. That is such a throwback in the worst way. Game crashed on me, and I came back to see, whoops, there's nothing, now. You have to start over. I sprinted through the game back toward where I was and the game actually stopped accepting input. I knew what to do and how to do it, the game…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I am confused... are we playing the same game? I saw many people complain about the lack of story, the easy puzzles, boring dialogue, and I was on the edge of my seat, ready to throw my keyboard in indignation and demand a refund! As a point-and-click-fan I am just as picky as anyone! Sorry, but... this game is awesome! Yes, it's short (get it during sales), yes - the beeping robot noises are annoying and would've preferred voice-acting (I bet the developers too) , yes - the controls were a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Collection of puzzles combined with nice looking visuals Unfortunately no story, no gameplay outside of puzzles, no adventure, no dialogs (1 joke does not count) Sadly not worth the money, if you like aesthetics get it on sale.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Buggy, boring, overpriced game. Puzzles are either kindergarten basic or rip your hair out frustrating. Pointless story. Worth $5 max not $20.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I was genuinely looking forward to this game when I first saw the trailer, then when it was actually released I was in financial difficulties and couldn't buy it. Now I finally got it on -75% sale over two years later, and after finishing the game (my playtime includes several occasions where I got stuck for extended periods, and the game is easily beatable in under 2h), I'm sad to say I found it barely even worth the 4.99€ I paid for it. I tend to play adventure games less for the puzzles and…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unfortunately, I didn't like the game in many aspects. I am Slovak and a lover of classic adventure games, so I decided to support the game. The music is nice, the backgrounds are the best in the game, but the animations are boring, lazy, slow. NPCs are very static. Adventure puzzles are not difficult, they are very linear and you know exactly what to do and what will happen next. Sometimes you can get stuck, but only for a while. There are many mini-games that are fun but simple at the same…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really enjoyed my time with Life of Delta. A very chilled out game with some fantastic art work and fun puzzles. The puzzles have a good variety to them and a good challenge. It took me around 4 hours to complete and I enjoyed it from start to finish. Well worth checking out! I'm looking forward to seeing what Airo games come up with next!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →its a cute game, but its really underwhelming. awful movement, and waful ui design, you can two click close the game. also no voice acting but instead a super annoying voice synth thing. most of the puzzles are ok, but its just not as smooth as other puzzle games. also you cant skip dialogues, if theres not even a voice actor why do i have to wait for the game and cant skip it? the writing has the millienial problem of being just references, its a quick dirty trick for writing but it just makes…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →short, easy, and simple collection of individual puzzles. not much of a story. very nice artwork though.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A very charming puzzle adventure ! You are a little robot and your mission is: to rescue your friend, who has saved you, when you were about to end in the scrap. Now he has been taken and of course, you will do everything to get him out. Your way is dangerous and full of obstacles. The puzzles are all well designed, some more challenging, some easier, but we have a good variety. The first one is maybe a bit hard, but here the developer gave a skip chance - in case, you are not up to put…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game was fine.. Some really tough puzzles and some relatively easy ones, (depending on your level of puzzle solving). It is no Grim Fandango but enjoyable nonetheless. The ending hints there may be a follow up game either as DLC or standalone.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very nice game. Beautiful environments and characters. The game could have been longer, but as a break it was more than enough. Sometimes there are also some small bugs, but it's nothing terrible. I definitely recommend the game ;)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Well, basically you complete missions/quests to advance to the next story. You need to find items and use them at specific locations. Some of the items must be crafted before use. When the story progresses, you'll make friends and help them. There are also enemies to defeat using stealth mechanics. Sometimes you have to act fast or you die (continue from a specific checkpoint). Overall, I can say that the game is quite entertaining. The story and challenges are good and quite balanced.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Well, the game looked promising on video and screenshots, but it just doesn't play well. I don't mean technical issues, but the gameplay itself is pretty lame. Boring and naive conversations, sometimes illogical choices and solutions, crappy drawing, almost linear side-scrolling progression (and that's a point-and-clicker!). And of course - the price! Really?
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Short adventure game with a very basic premise, a non-existent narrative, uncharismatic characters, and a shallow world. Even the detailed visuals, easily the strongest feature, end up working against the gameplay by making puzzle interactions almost invisible. 2.6/10
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Purchased game because I wanted the artbook, ended up playing through game. Good: -Great Artstyle: Painterly visuals -Fun Easy Puzzles: Not as hard as Myst. Does a great job using visuals and symbols to hint the player what to do next. -Cute little story: Straightforward, doesn't need to be an epic. Bad: -Rare visual glitches: 1 count of a character's bodyparts overlapping incorrectly, clicking puzzle parts repeatedly can cause them to glitch out. -Ending: Nice but ends on a cliffhanger.…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Such a cute game with an amazing artwork and fun puzzles. It had an interesting ending so I hope we will see the sequel.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The story is fine and the puzzles are accessible but not too challenging. It only took me about 4 hours to beat. I cannot recommend for $20. Get it for $5.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Was not like the demo. Could not access inventory. The controls section didn't list how to open inventory. So I left the game to look online it said to try buttons I already tried. Then when I went back to the game to try anyway I had to start over the intro cut scene was unstoppable.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A lot of fun! The world is interesting and engaging. I obviously haven't spent too much time with it yet so I'll update more when I get further, but for now, thumbs up!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got this in a bundle for about 5 bucks or so. I really can't see anything wrong with it for this price. the only thing that annoyed me were the Dogfood puzzles. Other than that it's a very wholesome little adventure game with nice riddles. Don't mind the playtime. I fell asleep and forgot to turn my PC off, it doesn't take that long to beat.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've started playing the cutest robot game called Life of Delta that I was given to review. It's a lovely little puzzle game even if the puzzles left me stumped in places.
unlabelledView post →Fantastic game that left me feeling relaxed and happy. This point-and-click truly has it all, from a slow-paced and chilled experience to an innocent Ghibli charm that will make you care about the characters you encounter. One of the standout features of this game is the exceptional art style and world-building. The art-driven atmosphere immerses you in a beautifully crafted world. The developers have seamlessly merged old-school vibes with new aesthetics, creating the world you want to…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really like the art style of the game, the soundtrack is nice. Its story is not too complicated to follow through the game. The environment of the world in the game is interesting. I'm not a puzzler but the puzzles are okay for me, it still takes time for me to figure it out, some of the puzzles are also surprisingly challenging lol Thumbs up from me, recommended
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →very cute atmospheric puzzle game, love the voice acting
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I haven't played much of the game yet. About 1.5 hours total but would totally recommend the game. The artwork is phenomenal and the story is well produced, although the intro video is rather lacking story line. Overall, great relaxing puzzle story game. This is my real review. I would be brutally honest but I have nothing to really complain about. Love it!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really disappointing. I got the game because I found the game's art really beautiful and I love robot stories. But while the art style is truly wonderful, the game itself sadly feels quite unpolished and unfinished. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3615211102 The game would have clearly benefited from more development time before release. It is quite surprising how big the gap is between the game's art and the rest of the game. It feels more like a skeleton missing the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I honestly LOVED the premise of Life of Delta, it reminds me of the Far Series a little bit with its graphical choices, the story reminded me a little bit of Abe's Odyssey/Exodus. It's got a lot going for it but you know what else it's got? Bugs. This is one of those games that requires pixel-perfect clicking under time-sensitive conditions and it caused more than a few game overs/deaths for me. Now it's not the end of the world to be caught out in games, if anything it inspires you to…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →holy cliffhanger?? there better be a sequel... Idk what people are talking about this game being a problem or not making sense, there were like 3 things I struggled with? And even then once I figured them out they made sense that's just like.. how puzzle games work, all the actual puzzles are pretty straight forward figuring out what to do is just part of them. The only things I really had an issue with was some stuff is really slow and if you have to restart a section you have to…

unlabelledView post →A (short) adventure game with beautiful art, diverse puzzles, and a few of the standard pitfalls of the genre. tl;dr: If you like puzzle games, buy it on sale, and don't hesitate to look at at a guide if you're stuck - odds are there's a stick too small on the screen to see that you need for the solution. Life of Delta is a creative little romp with surprisingly good art. A straightforward story gives you purpose, and reason to lead your little robot friend across the dystopian wastes.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm a longtime fan of the puzzle genre, after I experienced nearly 10 puzzles, I found the puzzles very interesting, the graphics surreal like the future of human destruction, where only artificial intelligence robots exist.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very nicely made puzzle game, brought me back good old memories playing these types of games back in the day. I would definitely recommend it. Hopefully there will be more from the developer in the future.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →From the story line to the puzzle crafting and art work -- this is a little gem!! Looking forward to more work from this developer!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I would recommend buying this pleasant point and click game but only when it is on sale because though charming it's a very short game with simple puzzles. I got it at 33% off at £11.39 and I am glad I only paid that, it's not worth a full £16.99 in my opinion. The art design is nice, the story and characters are sweet and the music is good. The plot is as basic as it comes and the dialogue is quirky but the jokes are vanilla AF. It's a no brainer buy if you like charming point and clicks…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Games need to be age rated. Games with violence, gore, psychologically traumatizing content, and, of course, sex are clearly identified. Obviously more as a enticement than a warning. But where is the warning for the "utterly childish" games? Which brings me to Life of Delta. Not a bad little game in its way. Superficial story. Simplistic characters. Pretty easy puzzles. The difficulty lies not in their logic, but in that the developers give little hint as to how to actually work the puzzle.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Found this cool point-and-click game. Characters are neat, puzzles varied but a bit tough sometimes. Art's awesome! Finding all items is a bit of challenge, but overall, it's a fun ride. Thumbs up from me so far.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Life of Delta has a good go at what it wants to be. Its not your usual point-and-click adventure with heavy dialogues, but well produced journey through various puzzle games and interesting environments. I would just wish to know what happened to the group at the end of the game, but i guess where one story ends, another starts. 8/10, Recommended
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Was not long enough game play, finished in 8 hours. Did have some great puzzles.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Life of Delta is a lovely game in a fictitious environment, where you embark on an adventure as Delta, looking for his friend Joe. Visually beautiful game offers puzzles of various difficulty, enhances your logical thinking and gives you starwars/dune/wall-e vibes all along! Witty and thoughtful dialogues guide you through the game. After solving all puzzles you rejoin with Joe and then, leave with a saved friend to desert wasteland - my question - will there be some sequel? The story ending…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →'Life of Delta' proved to be a very enjoyable experience, diverging from the traditional norms of point-and-click adventure games. With its mechanics it reminded me more of modern classics like Machinarium and Samorost, which is a nice departure from the dialogue heavy titles of the 1990s. The game's atmosphere serves as a well-designed backdrop, drawing the player into the various palette of mini-games. Thumbs up from me.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like this game. Art of this game is so beautiful, a robot's end world. Beside that, the puzzles are quite challenging. You should focus and use all IQs to solve it. Wonderful game!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great looking game, challenging puzzles, but still manageable. Enjoyed it!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I enjoyed the puzzles, but as others have stated, the interface can be frustrating and the game is way too short for the price. Buy it in a bundle or on a Steam sale.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really nice game! Bought another in their library.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Easy going and relaxing “point and click” game. Especially for the long cozy evenings. Extremely detailed high-quality visuals. Lack of iOS version. iPadOS format would have been very much appreciated.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got this game recommended and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great vibe. Some puzzles were a bit hard but still fun to play. Definitely one of the best looking point-and-click games I've seen in a while.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very nice Story and very nice graphics. Story is far to short, cloud have been at least the double. Intro does not realty explain why there is/was a war. Puzzles are not too difficult. Overall still very nice.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I enjoyed playing this interesting adventure game quite a bit. It has its little flaws, but overall it is a very enjoyable experience. As far as point-and-click adventure games go, this one has been fun and challenging. RATING: 8/10 + GREAT VISUAL!! + fun mini-games + unique atmosphere + interesting characters + voice acting - sometimes too complicated puzzles for me
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is an enjoyable puzzle game but the story and ending was terrible. I was expecting more. Ending hints about a second game or DLC but that is unfair because it felt like the game is not finished at all. Still I enjoyed the art.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I adore the artsyle but otherwise its just meh. Puzzles can be fun but are more often then not clunky, finding and using items can require pixel hunting, the story feels like a chain of unrelated events (That said I find it funny Delta's first instinct once in the city is to molotov a cop car), and the ending is kind of sudden and seems like it just wants you to get a sequel. Overall worth the 2 dollars I spent during the fall sale but I wouldn't buy it for much more.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Minigames: The Minigame. The art style, animations, and backgrounds are tops. I actually like the sounds characters make, they have different personalities rather than the same "indie quacks". The puzzles are fairly basic, some of the mini-games are annoying but doable. The main problem is the interface- it's just not as polished as a modern point-n-click adventure should be.
