I wish there was a little bit more to it as every game feels the same but play against a friend and it comes into it's own. So saying all that and it's still recommended especially at sale prices

Yes it's soccer, no it's not Fifa and definitely not a serious soccer game. No penalty cards here for kicking the other team to the ground. You even get points and fame for it. So by the time you do unlock them, you'll be completely burnt out and won't want to play anymore. Like myself. I still need to unlock 15 teams. Won't happen. So I give this a thumbs down. :)

AI always knows where the ball is going to land when you get a throw in. The AI will intercept these all the time. This is on armature skill level. These will probably never get fixed. Really simple and clunky movement, but that makes those funny moments. This has nothing to do with fifa so stay away if you looking smooth and realistic football experience. Unexplained super moves - that lighting rod always hits me no matter who summoned it. Goalie is unable to pass the ball, just kicks it straight to the opponent. Can never pass to the middle guy in formation, ball is always passed twice as far to another player if i try. No indicator of who your next selected player will be.

You can invite a friend and see him in the lobby mode but if you start the game he is kinda gone. He is able to watch but not able to play himself. There are plenty of teams including countries and various gimmicks like zombies, etc. Aside from basic moves you get silly powerups to wreck havoc on the opposing team. Resembles Super Shot Soccer from PS1 era, basically Shaolin Soccer the game. A nice choice for a simple coop fun that anyone can pick up, play and have fun.
