Maybe half a dozen meaningful objects, timers everywhere and a whole 20 seconds of guitar that is looped indefinitely as the 'music'. In 90 minutes I'd pretty much seen all the game had to offer.

After 3 hours of gameplay my junkyard is empty and there is nothing to do anymore except going to the other places just to collect 10 pieces of junk on 3 other maps. In the mobile version all the junk piles and pieces are being reset all the time so there is always something to do. In the PC version you just run out of junk and you run a empty junkyard. Hopefully when it comes out of early access they will fix these. Some parts of the game are fun while others are very tedious. If you do not mind bugs or a game that you have to grind out money and exp on then go for it other wise I would wait a while.

Game only uses 1 save file or else I could load old save and continue. ALMOST all new games let you manually save multiple saves in case this happens. I mentioned all my problems under their discussion section under bugs and no response at all. In the state this games in I won't recommend unless the game is on sale for 80-90% off.

Once you clear what you can in the start, you have to wait 30 minutes for like 10 items you can sort and be done with in a couple minutes. I even left the game running for a couple hours yesterday and it was just a waste of time.

The cleaning is tedious, the painting is only slightly less tedious, so skip that nonsense and just go straight to assembling cars.

Also, for a junkyard, there is not enough junk coming in and the part where you can go out to collect junk yourself is not fun.

Still light on some things but I am hoping that will change as time goes by and they can add more areas and features. So far the only bug I have run into is a item duplication bug when changing from an area outside of the junkyard and back.

Instead of having a tool belt with different tools to use on the fly, you have to carry things to the "preperation" zone to use tools on it and than 2 feet further to the "assembly" zone to finish it. I am surprised the reviews are mixed and not all positive. The whole point of early access is to see the game during development and experience the changes. The game is great, it would be more fun with extra trash bags appearing when you return back to the yard. The renewable process and searching is a lot of fun.

Game does need a bit more economic polish (mixed trash too valuable, no incentive to break down trash). Needs some polish ("Metal" trash piles useless, don't get the point or value of the collectors that come by and sell to you. It would be nice if this could be changed as well as the sliding when visiting the woods section. It is early days so I'm sure any problems will be ironed out, it is still an addictive game to play especially if you like to work to get all the upgrades in a game.
