60 of 67 · most liked firstTL;DR: Joggernauts is worth it in both single-player and multiplayer modes. Making a co-op game that works well as a single-player game is admirable and for that reason alone you should play it, especially if you like games like BIT.TRIP RUNNER. Anyway, here's the ♥♥♥♥ nobody's gonna read: Joggernauts is a weird ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ beast. It occupies the space between a social party game and highly competitive game. It's an answer to the question "What if someone added multiplayer to BIT.TRIP RUNNER or…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of my favorite platform games. Up to four players, I played being two, it's a continuous runner crazy game. It's very fun and the progression is adequate. It has many maps, a lot of characters and other alternatives of playing. The visual and the sound are captivating. I highly recommend it to play with friends and laugh, especially if you increase the speed of the game :P Uno de mis juegos de plataformas preferido. De hasta cuatro jugadores, en mi experiencia jugado a dos, resulta…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I haven't tried to play it with more people yet, but single player is fun if challenging. Single player feels a lot like a more frantic Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, which is a rare experience in gaming. The concepts are simple, and the level design ramps up nicely to accomodate a learning curve. The presentation is lovely. While there's a lot happening on screen at any given moment, it never distracts from the clearly defined bright colors needed to play the game. My only real complain ist…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In a nutshell: Joggernauts is FUN! Both entertaining and challenging, it is difficult yet rewarding, and always a good time. It has a magnetic quality that I will struggle to define... it draws new players in and soon they are enraptured, caught up in the simple joys and victories to be found within this game. NB This game is best played with friends! And it is local co-op only. But it does feature a single-player mode that suffices quite well if you can't wrangle your friends into picking up…

We made Joggernauts, the co-op alien conga line game where you have to switch to survive. Oh! And I helped create NESpectre, the massively multi-haunted Nintendo. #gamedev

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is fun and charming and soul-crushingly, friendship-destroyingly hard. Put it in you.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Having lots of fun with this party platformer! Great with friends but I actually have a lot of fun with the single player mode. Highly recommened, with kids and older friends alike. Oh and it's pretty darn challeneging!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game looks cute, but it will destroy your soul. Super fun to play with friends Joggernauts is basically Katamari in the streets, Dark Souls in the sheets.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Says it is Multiplayer, but it is just local Co-op.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a great game. Out of the box, I found the single player mode to be more difficult than multiplayer. Adjusting the modifiers on the map view helped to make solo game play more enjoyable. Multi-player mode is were this game really shines. I introduced it to few friends and the four of us ended up playing for over an hour huddled around my MacBook Air with a bunch of controllers plugged in. I'm looking forward to playing this again with more people. A few helpful tips, the level where you…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Funny with friends 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →3/10 its like Bit.Trip Runner, but harder honestly, its too stressful to be fun you control 2 people that can jump and swap places as you nonstop run to the right well the game gets more complex + local co-op + you can adjust speeds and give yourself more or less hearts to change how hard the game is. - 15$ would be a decent 1$, 2$ phone app based on game % i think the game only has 50 level
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I absolutely adore this game! Soundtrack is bangin', levels are slammin', and the voice clips are adorable ♡ This game may test your friendship, but if it can't survive a few levels of Joggernauts, are you really friends?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For the first half hour, you'll be questioning whether you have the brain capacity to play Joggernauts. If you stick with it though, it all clicks in to place. A total blast, especially with four people - it's the rare game where playing the same 15 seconds of a level over and over doesn't get boring, it actually gets more fun. "We've almost got it! That was so close!" Definitely recommend it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not enough people know that our game Joggernauts came with a companion official music video: youtu.be/Of2M-5F9OXs?...
unlabelledView post →Joggernauts is a game we made where you jog around inside the guts of an alien whale thingy and sometimes other places.
unlabelledView post →this game is fast, makes me a bit furious, and the joggernauts are all a great family however, it feels incomplete 4/10 - vin diesel
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really wanted this to be good... but it just isn't. It's really hard right from the beginning and is really frustrating having to restart the level just because you missed one trophy. The placements of the trophies seem so weird and random that it's almost like it's forcing you to replay the levels multiple times.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Max players=Max confusion
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is awesome! It has the kind of co-op craziness that makes you want to kill your friends. The gameplay is super smooth, and the art style is really cute.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have no regrets about prototyping Joggernauts gameplay in a web based game engine as my iteration wait time was zero.
unlabelledView post →Hello to this list! I was the lead developer for Joggernauts (co-op party game), and I was a gameplay and networking developer for Totally Reliable Delivery Service (4 player open world), and I am currently working on a new multiplayer game of some sort that I can't talk about yet!
unlabelledView post →I've played it with two other people and it's just as dangerous as Mario Party
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Joggernauts for $3 is such a steal! Super-fantastic game to play local co-op with 1-3 friends!
unlabelledView post →This is one of my favorites, I would love it if there was a second one!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Played it with 3 friends. We have laughed, cried and argued! 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Joggernauts is an unusual console ported 2D hybrid endless runner, platformer and Dance Dance Revolution ripoff rhythm game. As usual, this is a case of doing something new for the sake of it without any consideration as to whether the end result will be worthwhile (it wasn't). Gameplay consists of running endlessly to the right while co-ordinating little platformer characters of various colours. Platforming characters must hit the right targets and collect the right gems at the right time,…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hello! Joggernauts, Totally Reliable Delivery Service, and the current NDA game I am working on are all Unity! I have done gameplay, UI, networking, and console port work. Would love to be on the list.
unlabelledView post →Deleted my save with only one remaining trophy to get, so I deleted the game
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →should add more players, too easy
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Excellent co-op play, full of laughs and hilarity.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really fun, game although it was very frustrating solo, but from what I understand it was made to be co-op, so it's understandable. My real hours in this game are around the 10 hour mark for all achievements. It was frustrating at time, and I wanted to get it over with, but that's on me. I recommend this platformer to anyone who HAS friends they can play this game with. Alone, it is not that enganging imo, although I would still recommend it because it's a well made game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is great, a little bit of confusion on setup when trying to first connect with friends far away, but once you get it up and running it's a boat load of fun. Staying in sync with your friends and trying to come up with new strategies keeps this game from getting boring. It's the perfect game for a party. My main criticism is that for 15$ I would expect actual online co-op rather than using Steam remote play, as Steam remote play introduces lag, and even worse, input lag of up to about…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →reflexes and precision of a hummingbird on ritalin needed and therefore it felt as effortless as learning to skip on a treadmill. paracetamol should be supplied with
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game was non stop laughs but it nearly gave me a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ aneurysm from how stressful it is
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Can be very demanding. Great game with only two buttons !
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a fun game to test your cooperative skills with teammates. Can get very challenging at times especially with 3-4 players. When everyone is making their switches and jumps the game is very satisfying. Note to developers: Not sure if the jumps and switches are timed to the music (sure feels like it), but if they are it would be very helpful to have a timing/bar indicator along the x-axis, to help assists the players. I know it would turn the game more into a rhythm game, but I think…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A great multiplayer game to play with friends that also serves well as a single player game. I had lots of fun playing the different levels and trying to overcome the chalenges they present. The game teaches you different techniques throughout the levels, so you'll always be learning new ways to better yourself. I also loved the nice soundtrack it has, which isgood, because I hear alot of it when I keep restarting levels.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not sure it's worth $15, but me and a friend had some good laughs for about an hour. Pretty basic in gameplay.. maybe it gets more interesting as you go deeper in the game?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →https://youtu.be/8ldpDlIA4dQ Professional highly skilled players will have a lot less fun than a group of uncoordinated ones barely able to function.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Joggernauts is a colorful and energetic cooperative platformer developed by Space Mace and published by Graffiti Games that turns the simple act of running and jumping into an exercise in chaos, rhythm, and communication. At first glance, it appears like an accessible, family-friendly auto-runner, but beneath its bright exterior lies a deceptively demanding challenge. Released in 2018, the game was designed with local multiplayer in mind, focusing on teamwork and split-second coordination…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →terrible controls, kids couldn't play.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →CO-OP GAME WITHOUT ONLINE IS A CHEESE BURGER WITH OUT CHEESE !!!!!!!!!!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →my brain is broken now
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it really depends on who you play it with lmao
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Definitely worth playing at least once. However, the game gets very hard way too fast. Introducing concepts that even experienced gamers will have some difficulty with when they first come across them.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a really fun and challenging game. I haven't yet played it with a friend, but it sure seems like a whole different experience. Online co-op would be nice but I can see how lag would be a huge issue. The game is on the shorter side so you might want to wait for a sale.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is how you lose friends :/
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →good to play with your family.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good game. smooth graphic and trippy soundtrack
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Holy moly this game is chaotic. Every time we played this as 4 we laughed so hard at the constant screw ups we made. Don't be fooled by its look, this game is HARD, especially if you are playing as 4. You have to both have good reflexes and coordination. The game is extremely simple, you just have two buttons, but it'll melt your brain. Amazing game. If you have a couple of friend to play it with, try it, it won't disappoint.
