37 of 37 · most liked firstA very addictive and enjoyable match 3 game that requires some strategy and thinking in places. Gameplay Video https://youtu.be/oNdLwqw2njg 🤔Overall Impressions🤔 Jewel Match Twilight 3 is very addictive and bags of fun to play. The game is a perfect time killer and even though levels can take twenty minutes to complete, you can save at any point and the game will continue where you left off; Perfect for dipping in and out of without worrying about time constraints. Even on the normal…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a great take on the classic match 3 game. They really upped the ante by making the player go back and forth between rooms, find a key in one room then go back to a previous room and finish it off. It's like a puzzle. The focus is not on matching a certain number of a specific color match item but matching stuff in order to get special items to fall off the bottom of the board, which can be difficult at times. Sometimes there are chained tiles that have to be matched first to remove…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Played this relaxing, spacing-out Match-3. After doing 120 levels+... The game told me that I can "Relax" and "for now". Good idea. I mean... It's only been three games... :D................... (Thanks you!!! :> :) )
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like this. It's got everything that a typical match-3 type game has, but there's so much more going on. You really have to work out a strategy for achieving success on each level by choosing where to start and then using the various power-ups to assist you. You can get good at it, but it still tests you and you never quite feel that you've mastered it, even when you can complete most levels on high difficulty in one attempt. I am not so good at the bonus games or speed levels which I found…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's different from the past few Jewel Match games that I've played. And that's a good thing. It takes a few minutes to adjust to, but once you figure out a strategy, it's quite fun to play.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nice sequel to the Palais Imperial game. Spooky in a cartoonish "Spooky Scary Skeletons" sort of way. It has a lot of the mechanics of the first game. You know, match three four or five, get the goodies and power ups to the bottom or sides of the screen. Pretty much Palais Imperial with a spooky theme. Still, worth it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →29 October 2023: Haven't found a game published by Grey Alien yet that I didn't like! Suricate Software is on my list of favorite match 3 devs which includes Playcademy (Runefall 1 & 2 and Silver Tale) and MD Studio (Cave Quest 1 & 2). All the Jewel Match games are great and very addictive. Longest session played in JMT3 was 10+ hours. I just couldn't stop playing! I like playing relaxed with strategy rather than timed or moves for speed. Unfortunately there are three Steam achievements that…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game isn't too bad. It's got a few different ways to play, which is nice; amount of moves or times. and a few great gimmicks, but some of the levels make you rely on blind luck rather than skill or foresight. It takes way too long to earn enough coins to buy anything in the shop, too. This gets five out of ten stolen cheese wheels; if you find it on sale, grab it up, but it's not my go-to game for match-03.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →(Note: although I only have a few hours in this on Steam, I've played it before on another platform and easily spent 30+ hours on it.) I have played a LOT of match-3 games and the Jewel Match franchise is at the top. I'm glad to see them coming to Steam. These are pure match-3 games - barely even a semblance of a plot, just games and minigames - but they are extremely well done. The tiles are beautiful, the boards are big but not as enormous as in something like Runefall 2, and the powerups and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Jewel Match Twilight 3 may be a fun match 3 game but it will NOT launch!!! It black screens and says out of range. AVOID!!! You can solve the issue by editing a file named C:\Users\*yourPCusername*\AppData\Roaming\Jewel Match Twilight3 Edition Collector_Steam\usersdat.tsp Edit it with any text editor. Check for the line WINDOWED_MODE=0 And replace it with WINDOWED_MODE=1 Save the file and start the game. It will run in windowed mode.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Another great game in the Jewel Match series...challenging at times but mostly pretty chill! Graphics and audio are top notch as always. If you like Match 3 you can't go wrong with this game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very relaxing to waste a little bit of time.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love these games, I always buy when on special offer and always buy the collectors edition as they are such good value for money. you have the main game then bonus games. that means there are so many games to play in one game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like this installment of the Jewel Match Twilight M3 series the best because the first map is relatively uncomplicated and the levels can be gotten through quickly (there are around 75-100 tiles to clear per level in most cases). However, completing the game is more work than it looks, because the 2nd map, albeit only half as long as the 1st one, features levels which are 3-4x bigger and making progress suddenly slows to snail's pace upon reaching the 2nd map. At least 65% of my total…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you enjoy challenging Match-3 games, I think you will enjoy this one. I'm a casual player and I enjoy challenges. I was able to play in relaxed mode, but still had to work at figuring out some of the bonus games, particularly the gem levels. As far as negatives, the HOG and jigsaw puzzles were finicky to deal with, not recognizing the mouse clicks consistently. Overall, I've really enjoyed working through all the levels and bonus levels.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nice Filler, it´s ok.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I feel like the blocks actively hate you, because nothing I need drops anywhere near where I need them, and matching pieces near the spots I need just makes things worse. *sighs* Sadly, not for me.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's good but nothing entirely unique.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Horrible: the bonus chapters are crashing the whole time, can`t make any progress.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it great game but stuck on level 26
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →[url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/43083373/]Clever games curator review: 5/10. This desktop Match-3 game is a bit different from the standard mobile match-3 games. No ads and no micro transactions are one welcome change. And having much larger levels (and correspondingly more moves) was an interesting change of pace. Since the game doesn’t rely on selling you items, there’s also no sprinkling of absurdly hard levels, either. Indeed, even on hard difficulty I was able to finish almost…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →love me some match 3
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →https://youtu.be/T4O9NcrI1yE Imagining the player who needs 90+ more levels after the hundreds similar ones from the past games doesn't seem likely.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unique fun game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game needs more love, I think. It's probably the best Match-3 game I've ever played. Very creative and interesting levels, and lots to do.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Wholesome and fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Challenging and fun. A bit addictive. I like that there are no micro-transactions associated with these games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →.nice visual appearance -- icons are fairly easy to distinguish .adjustable difficulty -- suitable for casual / mindless OR challenge-loving players .refined game mechanism .a lot of stages -- normal, extra puzzle, extended, bonus, I personally also found it enjoyable in the intermediate processes of building wallpapers. The atmosphere and appearance of those environments and buildings are quite fascinating.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have come back to Jewel Match Twilight 3 with the advent of another Halloween. I find the game just so atmospheric for this time of the year. I've actually already finished the game (including the extra levels) once, so this visit to the Twilight zone (not to be confused with the TV series) is just for fun and giggles. It's engaging enough to deserve another run through. I'm also leaving this review in the hope that it will encourage the developers to perhaps make a Jewel Match Twilight 4.…
