unlabelledView post →Crawlers out: not sure how it's not an immediate lawsuit from the producers of Infested. A dozen compositional lifts, same premise, same setting, shower scene, etc. Worse, but almost the same movie.
unlabelledView post →Anyway! Sebastien Vanicek hasn't made his great horror movie yet, but it's coming. There's so much skill and style in INFESTED and EVIL DEAD BURN, that I just have to believe someone's going to hand him the right script someday and he's gonna take it to the got-dang moon.

An entertaining movie that's... um... *infested* with exactly what you expect, and filled with many moments that make you cringe, shudder, or jump. Not recommended for those with arachnophobia, but heartily recommended for weirdos like me that are excited to be horrified/terrified 😂 🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️ #movie #Horror #HorrorMovie #spiders #infested @horror…

unlabelledView post →I love a good spider film. I think the last one I really enjoyed was Sébastien Vaniček's Infested!
unlabelledView post →I didnt love Infested but im down for whatever he does next (in his defense i dont find spiders that scary but i bet if you do that movie is relentless)
unlabelledView post →A great example of a very good guest spot is the Australian horror/cricket/parenting pod Spooko, who had Dr Kelly Zimmerman from @bugsneedheroes.bsky.social on to dissect the role of giant spiders as villains in the movie Infested. Kept the energy and added an expert analysis relevant to the episode
unlabelledView post →Evil Dead Burn: 👍 Relentless in the most wonderful way. Thank you Sam Raimi for hiring French director, Sébastien Vaniček best known for horror film Infested (2023). This didn't disappoint. It had a French horror movie feel much like MARTYRS & INSIDE.
unlabelledView post →Before I get around to Evil Dead Burn I am watching Sébastien Vanicek's previous film Infested from 2023. A French spider horror. Weirdly have not watched a spider movie yet for animal month. #Animal #Horrorsky
unlabelledView post →I love the film Infested by the same director, that was a great one!
unlabelledView post →Wait, he made INFESTED? That movie was good; what happened here?
unlabelledView post →Saw a new trailer for a US horror movie called Crawlers that I assumed was a remake but apparently has no connection‚ but looks like a full rip off of story/style of Infested
unlabelledView post →Have you watched Infested yet? Spider movie the very hot French director of Burn made a few years back?
unlabelledView post →this movie has such good comic relief! I love it between this and Infested I think I might have a new favorite horror director
unlabelledView post →Great, relentless pacing. The director has done only one other feature film, the French "Infested" (2023), also practically non-stop.
unlabelledView post →What's sad is I thought Vanicek's previous film Infested was good. A white knuckler.
unlabelledView post →Watched recently: Infested (Vermines) by Sébastien Vaniček. The spidey scares are effective enough to even turn someone like me (who thinks that spiders are kinda cute) into a part-time arachnophobe. The terror is truly palpable; some incredible cool shots complete a well made horror film. 7/10
unlabelledView post →No wait why is that movie Crawlers that’s coming out literally just American Infested
unlabelledView post →The trailer felt like a remake of the French spider horror film Infested. Concept, lifted shots and everything. Very squirmy and effective film that one!
unlabelledView post →Have you seen a French film called "Infested" (or "Vermines")? Can highly recommend it! (Similar premise to this one, but came out in 2023).

unlabelledView post →The pacing is terrible, too many minutes are wasted on characters screaming and crying about irrelevant things. The soundtrack was probably made by the director's sister and that's why it's in here at all. The main characters are annoying as hell most of the time. If you are terrified of spiders, this is your movie. Otherwise, don't bother.

These suckers will sell for as much as 20€ in very exclusive backrooms of select convenience stores in French 'burbs! Sorry, les bûrbs. Of course, you have to pay the seller and the middlemen, arrange and pay for freight, etc., but still - a euro, baby! Oh yeah! So in this desert, right. It's daytime, which we know because the sun tells us high noon and the…
