unlabelledView post →Netflix just released a new still from their animated film In Your Dreams which comes out sometime later this year. The film follows two siblings who journey into the wildly absurd landscape of their own dreams to ask the Sandman to grant them the perfect family. I'm intrigued!
unlabelledView post →A new animated film on Netflix dropped this weekend about two children searching their dreams to find the Sandman. It's a film that I sadly didn't think lived up to its premise and did very little for me. Anyway, here's my review of In Your Dreams.
unlabelledView post →Netflix just dropped the first trailer for In Your Dreams and revealed the film will be released on November 14th. Even though some of the jokes in this didn't make me laugh, I do admire some of the crazy visuals. Hopefully, the full film will be better than this trailer.

unlabelledView post →It makes me curious how In Your Dreams is gonna do next year cause that's another animated film coming out on Netflix that handles themes on divorce. I don't know how it'll turn out, but I'm guessing way better than Spellbound cause....yeah, that was not good.
unlabelledView post →My nephews are watching that new animated movie "In Your Dreams." I don't know how it's possible for a movie with such potential for varied visuals to be so boring looking.

unlabelledView post →If KDH hadn’t been a critically acclaimed hit on Netflix, this may have been the animated film they’d push the hardest for the Oscar. I don’t think In Your Dreams looks necessarily bad (concept has potential), but it has a lot of work to do to stand out from the pack.
unlabelledView post →I even remember at the beginning of 2025, Netflix was touting "In Your Dreams" as their big animated title of the year. While this was "Oh and we have this KPop movie, too, for those interested." I think everyone was thrown off guard by what a humongous success this would be.

unlabelledView post →In Your Dreams is an at times beautifully animated Netflix Sony Animation Studiod movie that is just missing a wee bit of that Pixar magic to knock it to the stars but in this super weak year it could land an Animated Feature Oscar nom. It’s still very good. #Oscars
unlabelledView post →There's an animated film on Netflix called, IN YOUR DREAMS about siblings who learn how to visit dream worlds. Their goal is to find The Sandman, so he'll grant them a wish. The dream sequences are surreal & whimsical. Parts of this film may actually be too scary for younger kids. I liked it.

unlabelledView post →It is sadly official: KPop Demon Hunters will be skipping cinemas altogether in the UK. Netflix has seemingly given up on qualifying this sort of film for the BAFTAs. Their Imageworks co-production this year they do have faith in, In Your Dreams, will play theatrically here - as the crew intended.

unlabelledView post →Last night I watched "In Your Dreams" on Netflix, and it's the perfect definition of a very safe animated film. Not that that is necessarily a bad thing (see Illumination), but everything in the film was done better by other films. The only risk taken is at the end with its message.

unlabelledView post →So yeah, it’s official. While I don’t think it’s THE best animated film of the year (it’s great, but not the “BEST THING EVER!!!”), if there’s one animated film that Netflix should promote at the Oscars right now, it’s gotta be Sony’s K-POP Demon Hunters. In Your Dreams is a hard pass. 5/10

I think Hulu will hold off Predator: Killer of Killers for an Emmy.

unlabelledView post →In Your Dreams was such a heartfelt and sweet film that made me tear up, specifically in the climactic scene. I recommend it heavily if you want a light hearted film whose humor doesn’t cheapen the deeper emotional plots. In more ways than not, it’s just as appealing to adults as it is to kids
