The thing that got me to quit was, in two hotels I built, all of the sudden guests get stuck in a queue in reception so no one checks-in, you can't make any money, go into massive debt, and then the game is pretty much unplayable. For example I try to place a generator, and it ends up moving a completely different object. The electricity mechanic wasn't even in the tutorial. The controls are also very weird.
