In *Geminism*, twin sisters Kikyo and Shinku find themselves locked in a brutal ritual known as "Shi-awase", where they must fight to reclaim the missing parts of their bodies. Guided by two enigmatic men, their fates intertwine in a twisted tale of identity, survival, and blood-soaked…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Easily recommendable if you like absurd stories and don't mind reading about some dark topics ! The story is very streamlined and solid, so I would say it's very easy to get into. It's a game centered on the concept of duality, be it through the story being split between slice-of-life moments and duel scenes or how the sprites appear on the UI and all. It features two routes, each focused on one twin, and is a completely linear VN with no impactful choices ; any dialogue choice is decorative,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →5/10. Our japanese world is fulfilled with teens, and I'm not talking just about vns, but about anime industry as whole. And even in plotge we usually have the same SOL segments between teens with dialogues about food and pervy jokes. Not like this is too bad, but it's actually fresh to have something else from time to time, and I think that Geminism worthy of praise just for unusual SOL that it delivers. But still, I would like to ask anyone who high-scored it - was it really interesting to…

Definitely you could have an extraordinary experience. Stunning artwork/music. Check out our [url=store.steampowered.com/curator/36364102-Horny-Hentai-Festival/]Steam curator , [url=www.youtube.com/curatorhhf/]YouTube channel and…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I bought it on a disc last year but buying again here to support the international release! It's a miracle that this game exists at all, given the age of the creators. I really like the stories that feature twins and fighting with the darkness inside, so this is an honest recommendation. Voice actors are very good, and the translation is nice as well. Buy it! Don't let old legends die °˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖°

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Geminism: One Body. Two Minds. Zero Mercy. Slight Spoiler Review! Gotta be brutally honest from the get-go: Geminism is not what I expected it to be. If you're a longtime fan of Craftwork, this one will definitely catch you off guard—it’s not your typical Craftwork visual novel. They’ve always had a reputation for offbeat, psychological narratives, but Geminism feels like a whole different story entirely. In my opinion, Craftwork are basically the pioneers—or at the very least, one of the…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →a unique vn I think will give every long-time vn reader something to think about. It somehow manages to balance being surprisingly really funny and even wholesome at times with some grim themes that I haven't really seen taken from this angle in a vn before. It's not perfect, but the aforementioned things made it really worth it for me.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Geminism is the newest VN created by Craftwork, the devs who created the legendary visual novel Sayonara wo Oshiete (Sayooshi), and it seems like it might be in the shadow of its older sibling for the (sadly) foreseeable future. I hope time will change that. For most, this will just be a fun story they can knock out in a few days and forget. (For me, I think it may as well have changed my life.) Before we continue, for the male seiyuu fans among readers, the male leads (Awasumi and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →a perfect Alice, an imperfect Maria Geminism is, just like the protagonists of our story, atypical - It's a short, quirky, strange but most importantly captivating visual novel. From the moment I started reading I was immediately allured by the sheer unconventionality of the novel itself, both in terms of general structure and story - The visuals are great, the VA work is fantastic, carried mostly by our two male protagonists whom you might recognise from other novels, and the soundtrack is…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So, I'm marking this as not recommended but I don't think the game is all *that* bad, like, 6/10 if I'm being generous, 5/10 if I'm not. The idea of the game is more intriguing than the actual output, but it's a very short game so it's not really wasting your time either. Passes the time, just not something I'd be like "man, you have to read this!" about. I think "wasted potential" is kind of how I feel. Because the game is so short, while it doesn't waste your time as I said, it feels like…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's got a great atmosphere and great artwork. It's way of using cut-ins over character sprites most of the time allows for some intense expressions. also it has Tomokazu Sugita so thats always a plus
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The writing in this game is not for me. Every sentence is long winded and commas are used in place of periods a lot, so sentences will just keep going. I'm also not a fan of writing sound effects like "clatter, clatter, clatter" in a medium where sound can be utilized. I don't hate this game. The presentation is nice with lots of transitions and the UI is one of the best I've ever seen, but I just can't get invested in the writing.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As of writing this review the story still feel pretty inconclusive. Definitely needed a sequel.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Before figuring out theres an 18+ patch for the steam version, I already returned it and got the gog version. With that said the game is absolutely worth it. The story is incredible and you will care for the characters, the story manages well with going between deeper scenes to comedy to eroge. In my opinion 9,5/10

unlabelledView post →Oh man, I loved this story.!! It hit all the right spots for me right down to the humor. The concept, storytelling, voice acting, sprites, art, and even the UI are all great! There is no annoying incel self-insert protagonist in this one-- It follows a group of 4 people in their respective pairs, each character deeply human, unique and loveable :) Don't run in with your hand in your pants expecting something from the "H-scenes", because they are definitely meant to support the story. I also…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Geminism is like a nicely tied and packed little present. What you would expect only seeing its outside is delivered without any padding; the thematics transparing in every aspect of the game - presentation, UI, the characters and overall competent writing of an interesting, fun (as it is cruel) surreal tale of twins battlling for their liberty

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →“Geminism” reminds me a lot of a Clockup VN. Take the case of “Euphoria”! I like that VN in a certain way as I found Keisuke’s character development interesting over the course of the story, but I would be the last person to recommend it as an accurate portrayal of religious mania or sexual abuse based on sadist tendencies. The story involves those themes, but the superficial handling of most of the heavy themes comes as misleading at best, damaging at worst (provided that you take the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Geminism is a psychological horror visual novel developed by CRAFTWORK and published by Shiravune that delivers a deeply unsettling narrative centered around identity, obsession, trauma, and emotional instability. Marking the long-awaited return of the studio behind Sayonara wo Oshiete, the game immediately establishes itself as a dark and surreal experience that prioritizes atmosphere and psychological tension over traditional storytelling comfort. Rather than presenting a straightforward…
