Probably a more accurate war game than most, in that I've spent most of my time cooking and digging and have yet to fire my rifle. A weirdly cozy experience so far.

unlabelledView post →Had a great chat with Montreal's Unreliable Narrators about The Caribou Trail, their new narrative game about the Newfoundland Regiment during the Gallipoli Campaign of WWI. So many war games are about bombastic FPSes, so I adore how the team is exploring an overlooked part of Canadian history. 🇨🇦 🎮

An important, rarely told story and the perfect example of there's much more to "war games" than FPSes.
