The concept stays pretty fresh throughout the game, and it is satisfying to get good at the mechanic. Unfortunately, the upgrade slots you receive are very limited, and I didn't see a lot of synergy between them, so the runs might get stale pretty quickly if you don't try out new ball types. There is also no story whatsoever, so it's all purely about the gameplay. Keep that in mind if you wanna try this game out!

Pretty short learning curve but very satisfying once you have it locked down. At 8 hours in with one full run complete under my belt, I just hit a new boss I hadn't seen, which is already more than I expected from an $11 game. Highly recommend
