It’s like no, you’ve just conditioned yourself to see action moments as the only valid thing.

Marvel's back!**** *actually, before watching Captain America you should watch that six-hour Disney+ series **and also The Eternals, and try to stay awake this time ***and some old Hulk movie, not sure which one ****critics say it's...fine.
neutral · AI labelView post →Dr. Doom should kill all of the Eternals in the first 15 seconds of the movie, to establish his power level, and to close the loop on all that
neutral · AI labelView post →I’m still convinced I saw a different version of Eternals than everyone else because that movie is good
positive · AI labelView post →a large part of my dislike of the ETERNALS movie was the decision to ignore Kirby's always-incredible costume designs
negative · AI labelView post →Currently decommissioning the pc that helped me build music for Amid Evil + DLC, Prodeus + DLC, DOOM Eternals DLC's, the Iron Lung film score, DOOM + DOOM II's OST, Heretic + Hexen OST, Nightmare Reaper, Tokyo Underground Killer, and Wrath. I think it needs to be shadow boxed.
neutral · AI labelView post →I am convinced half of Marvel’s current problems would’ve been avoided by making Eternals a TV show and Ms Marvel a film.
neutral · AI labelView post →Well... I have just watched Shang-Chi and so have now seen every MCU film. I am glad I left this one until last so I wasn't left with the bad taste of something like The Eternals in my mouth. This one was pretty good.
negative · AI labelView post →The Eternals is the most underrated film in MCU. I can see why it didn’t resonate with people but it has a high rewatch ability factor
positive · AI labelView post →People really wanted Olivia Wilde to be a bad director. They REALLY were gleeful when it looked like DWD was going to be bad. There wasn’t as much animosity toward Greta Gerwig, but there was a lot of scoffing about her taking a Barbie movie. People were delighted when Eternals bombed for Chloe Zhao
neutral · AI labelView post →Full reviews for #TheFantasticFour are still embargoed for a few hours. I'm VERY positive 👍 It's the most 'different' Marvel movie probably since "ETERNALS" in terms of 'get out of our comfort zone' and probably a more confident swing; mostly in how it commits to NOT really being a "fight movie"
neutral · AI labelView post →I love the movie The Eternals and The Acolyte for that reason. There's more emotion in them.
positive · AI labelView post →I am not surprised at all by the “hate” the gays have for Wicked For Good. Criticisms is one thing, but man, some of these comments. Yeah we get it the second act isn’t as great. I think the movie is excellent so this will join the Eternals as my movies people hate i guess.
positive · AI labelView post →Just saw a bunch of people defending The Eternals, saying it is actually a good movie. Which I think is a good time to put down social media and start doing some work.
neutral · AI labelView post →"What If?" is trying very hard to make us remember the events of the Eternals movie, which is to say, to make us misremember the Eternals movie as having had anything you could really think of as events.
neutral · AI labelView post →Kumail Nanjiani is a comedian and actor. He was in Silicon Valley and more recently he got shredded for Marvel's Eternals. He's pretty funny.
neutral · AI labelView post →Saw some recent comments about Eternals and look, it's not everyone's cup of tea. But Chloé Zhao made an incredible looking movie with great performances and expertly managed a big ensemble cast. She should be directing at least one of the next Avengers movies.
positive · AI labelView post →‘Captain America: Brave New World’ has the MCU’s lowest Cinemascore ever. cross-posted from: https://feddit.uk/post/24627458 > > While there are some “hard number” metrics to cite when it comes to how a movie is received, Rotten Tomatoes, Metacritic, IMDB, there’s one that gets circled back to more than others when it comes to audience reception: Cinemascore. > > > >This usually measures what’s a “crowd pleaser,” skewing higher in terms of blockbusters a lot of the time as it tries to measure…
neutral · AI labelView post →the MCU really blew it by not going Full Kirby on the Eternals movie
negative · AI labelView post →THE ETERNALS was a perfectly fine Marvel movie. Nothing more, nothing less.
neutral · AI labelView post →It was the culmination of a joke on Twitter where Eternals fans on Twitter told me I should see the movie before making jokes about it… so I did and reported back that I was the only person in the cinema. They got even madder at me!
neutral · AI labelView post →Rewatching Eternals while I work. Every time I watch it I’m so confused why the film didn’t work for so many people. It’s great! Easily in my favourite top Marvel movies
positive · AI labelView post →I was gonna ask what MCU's obsession with Tønsberg is, because it's the 4th time i hear that name in a Marvel movie. But someone told me that Stan Lee appearently really liked that town, and that's super cute (Watching Eternals)
neutral · AI labelView post →Eternals is one of my favorite MCU movie
positive · AI labelView post →So CAPTAIN AMERICA: BRAVE NEW WORLD requiring some understanding of a 17-year-old HULK movie *and* a Disney+ series *and* ETERNALS, one of the least-watched of all the MCU movies, feels like bad business. end/
neutral · AI labelView post →Rewatched it again and I refuse to let anyone tell me Eternals is a bad film. It’s one of the best MCU films by far and is one of the few to just strive to be interesting and not the same shit.
positive · AI labelView post →Just watching The Eternals, and I owe Kumail Nanjiani an apology, as he's a) great in this and b) should have been our point of view character. Whole film should have started with the Bollywood section then flashed back to everything else
positive · AI labelView post →This is some cherry picking... This is how fake news spreads, by being deliberately deceitful. I'm just going to copy paste this list that can easily be found on Reddit that has over 30 entries. Avengers: The Kang Dynasty Inhumans (movie) Gotg spin offs Runaways (movie) Iron man 4 Ghost Rider (show) Damage Control (show) Captain Britain and the Black Knight (show) New warriors (show) Most Wanted (show) Warriors three Okoye (show) Eternals (show) Hawkeye (movie) The incredible…

neutral · AI labelView post →Love that the new Nolan film has Space Marines (they're Stormcast Eternals really but yinz aren't ready for that conversation). Hell yeah.
neutral · AI labelView post →share a movie you’ll always defend 🖤 Eternals
positive · AI labelView post →Finally figured out why Cap 4 appealed to me, it’s continuing the lore of a 17 year old Hulk movie and the Eternals movie everyone wants to forget about. Basically a Steve Englehart joint.
neutral · AI labelView post →We waited over 10,000 years for the first ETERNALS movie, I can wait a few more for ETERNALS 2
neutral · AI labelView post →It was so funny when they made a movie called “Eternals” and then 4 of the 10 new superheroes died in the movie. A movie, again, called “Eternals”
neutral · AI labelView post →You know, the Wachowskis would've made an incredible Eternals movie.
neutral · AI labelView post →‘CAPTAIN AMERICA: BRAVE NEW WORLD’ began its pre-sales on Friday at the domestic box office. The film is currently performing 1.4x better than ‘THE MARVELS’ and is on par with ‘ETERNALS’ (via Luiz_Fernando_J | Twitter/X)
neutral · AI labelView post →I watched Eternals (2021) yesterday and now that I've had time to think about it I'm actually even more worked up about it being the (now second) lowest rated MCU movie. People have bodies in that movie! Their costumes aren't always cgi! People fuck in that movie! People are gay in that movie!
positive · AI labelView post →My Trash Tuesday is that Eternals was a perfectly good movie that suffered from being shoehorned into the MCU and would have been an awesome 6-episode D+ series
neutral · AI labelView post →I’m one of the only people who saw Eternals in a movie theatre
neutral · AI labelView post →The more the merrier. Idc if im made fun of for it, I adore Marvel and DC stuff and, outside of Eternals, have had a good time with every movie in the MCU. Happy DCU is starting strong :3
positive · AI labelView post →Sophie Turner has had a decent run of mid-tier high budget movies (the jennifer lawrence xmen movies) and I think is the new live action Lara Croft? Robb Stark was in that show about the bodyguard who banged the president while calling her "mum" the entire time? I hear that was good? And he has pivoted that into even more pseudo-spy dramas? Kit was one of the less offensive things about Marvel's Eternals. Allegedly. Nobody watched it. But I think it is also important to remember how a lot of…
neutral · AI labelView post →I knew this movie was clipped once Ryan Coogler said imma make my own Vampire Hunter movie. From the moment Ali was teased in Eternals they had a ticking clock and they ran out of time to pull it off. It is what it is.
neutral · AI labelView post →When it comes to historical epics, I can’t find any evidence of any big budget historical film other than Disney’s live-action MULAN being made by a woman. Disney/Marvel has a better track record overall, with The Marvels, Eternals, Frozen 2, and Captain Marvel, but that’s 5 out of about 100.
neutral · AI labelView post →Tron. It ends with tossing out the one before and letting Jared Leto get his stink all over it. Marvel Cinematic Universe should have stopped sometime before Phase 4 (Eternals, Black Widow, Wakanda Forever, Multiverse of Madness). The Matrix should have ended at 1. The Jason Bourne movies should have ended when Jason Bourne's story was concluded, without extending it to Aaron Cross's story, played by Jeremy Renner.
neutral · AI labelView post →does he think that the Eternals movie really happened?
neutral · AI labelView post →I did like it more than I thought I'd enjoy what was in essence a sequel to a 17-year-old HULK movie. Also, I never did finish watching ETERNALS which plays into this film, too, to a small extent. But the ol' Expositron was hard at work, making sure everyone was caught up enough and it was fine.
neutral · AI labelView post →Marvel has announced an Eternals spin-off movie based around the adventures of Kingo, the fan favorite character. (Source: tinyurl.com/yzks2wxh)
neutral · AI labelView post →I feel so vindicated right now. She's a fan girl nerd herself and I'm glad Chloe Zhao directed Eternals and you can tell her fingerprints were all over it so fuck Film Twitter and snobs saying otherwise.
positive · AI labelView post →The dour, depressed Sersi we got instead of *this* Sersi was the biggest letdown for me with the ETERNALS movie.
negative · AI labelView post →Eternals Director Chloé Zhao Knows Why the Movie Failed. >“Eternals prepared me for Hamnet because it’s world-building,” Zhao told Vanity Fair while promoting her new film. “Before that, I had only done films that existed in the real world. I also learned what to do and not to do — what’s realistic and what isn’t.” She elaborated, “Eternals had, like, an unlimited amount of money and resources. And here [in Hamnet] we have one street corner that we can afford, to [stand in for] Stratford….…
neutral · AI labelView post →I liked the Eternals film. Not going to "defend" it cause nobody's on trial here. Not going to justify it because I don't have to. Just letting you know that the combination of sounds and colors in this thing entered my brain and made it think "Yeah this is enjoyable."
positive · AI labelView post →His first suit was built in a cave, with a box of scraps. LOL. In the MCU, adamantium was created when the Celestial was killed at the end of the Eternals, and vibranium is highly controlled by Wakanda. In both the comics and movies, the Iron Man suit is a highly complex combination of different alloys, Iron is just in the name.
neutral · AI labelView post →The Eternals was a good movie. It deserved better.
positive · AI labelView post →‘ETERNALS’ director Chloé Zhao says the film had an “unlimited amount of money and resources.” “Eternals didn’t have a lot of limitations and that is actually quite dangerous.” (via www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/st...)
neutral · AI labelView post →You wanna know a wild bit of trivia about me? This isn't my first film novelization! I wrote a novelization for the Eternals movie for Marvel Press. Then the pandemic happened and the movie didn't do well and nobody picked up the rights and now Marvel press doesn't exist. But Goat is coming out!
neutral · AI labelView post →Here's a fun piece of trivia about me: I got paid to write a novelization of the Marvel film "The Eternals" that as far as I know has never seen print.
neutral · AI labelView post →Film Twitter keeps trying to insist that Chloé Zhao hated working on Eternals and is embarrassed by it cause Marvel mistreated her or whatever. Meanwhile she keeps saying she's proud of the movie. I don't even like this movie but I'm not hear saying she hates it too. Lol
neutral · AI labelView post →Got my Superman tickets for tonight. First superhero movie in theaters since The Eternals. [Pause for laughter]

neutral · AI labelView post →Eternals is still awesome and needs more love. It's still a great movie after almost five years. Chloe Zhao made a damn great masterpiece.
