In the Main Menu hit the 2nd Option then when your in the Options menu scroll to the bottom and hit the last choice to English to enable english language.

You will find many sentences cut off midway because the boxes arent big enough and no scroll down. It is a shame really, I do enjoy it and I think that if it was moddable it couldve become something much greater. When your team is in a match, you control the draft and can make some small makro decisions. the concept was interresting, however the game itself disappointed me.
