I keep trying to play Stardew Valley to relax only to get stressed out by planning the days for maximum farm efficiency and worrying about getting all the chores packed into the days. It's a more stressful game to me than Elden Ring or any survival horror game

Elden Ring is, the best game ever made, not a question about it, however in march 2026, oasis bought out 13.7% of kodokawa who owns FromSoftware, this makes oasis the largest share holder of kodokawa, oasis's biggest focus is "pushing for changes to boost shareholder returns", one of thier most shocking propositions was to nintendo in 2013, in which they proposed and idea for nintendo to go mobile and push things such as 99c micro transactions to "make mario jump higher", this is exactly what…

I still think it would be really funny if they did an Elden Ring musou game like Hyrule Warriors. Playing as Malenia, Radahn, Godrick, etc. trying to seize shards of the Elden Ring in the wake of the Shattering would be fun, and give more opportunities to expand on that time period narratively.

When you see the negative reviews from people like me with hundreds and thousands of hours of playtime, that's your signal that something happened. Something went wrong. Elden Ring is a masterpiece of a game with excellent story telling and visuals. It's a piece of art that I intend to continue to share with as many people as I can because good art deserves to be seen. So why the negative. FromSoftwares parent company recently had a shift in power via a stock buy from a company who has shown…

Disclaimer: For most people, I actually would recommend the game. But, for me personally, the more time passes the more flaws I see in the game, and my ultimate opinion on it is that it contains an all-time great game, but also a lot of junk that was never a problem in FromSoft's older titles. Obviously the visual art is masterful. Obviously the music is some of the best ever to grace a video game. Obviously getting a big stick to beat your enemies' asses with while you roll around like a…

Elden Ring is a fantastic role-playing game and arguably the biggest and most challenging Dark Souls. The vast open world invites the player to countless explorations where there is much to discover. It's incredibly rewarding to uncover secret paths and new areas. Overall, it's the best game in the series and in the genre of role-playing games.

i dreamed of never touching any soul related games ever. I know they are difficult and drives people nuts. I saw kai cenat's marathon, and i hated the potfriends meme and emote. but one day, someone gave it to me, and I had to accept it. it was then, i have accepted my fate to become the elden lord. 130+ hours later, i finished the DLC, and I must say, I was 3+ years late to the hype. I am now a soul game addict.

I got Elden Ring as a Christmas present from my big brother, which was a pretty bold choice since it was my first souls-like. At first it felt like the game was personally offended by my existence, and I died… a lot. Like, A LOT. I’m pretty sure some bosses knew me on a first-name basis. Somehow I crawled through everything, and now I’ve beaten New Game +8, collected basically everything, and yeah… the game is super easy. Totally relaxing experience. 10/10 Best game I've ever played. Not even close. Miyazaki built something that doesn't feel like a game sometimes. The world is connected in a way that makes you feel like you're discovering something real. You walk into a new area and the atmosphere alone tells you what happened there before you read a single item description. The lore is scattered everywhere and when you finally piece it together it hits harder than any story that was just handed to you. You start in Limgrave thinking…

After playing it this much, I can easily say it’s one of my favorite games of all time. The world, exploration, bosses, builds, there’s just so much to this game, and I never got tired of coming back to it. Let me start off be saying this game is phenomenal. Elden Ring is nothing short of a masterpiece. From the moment you step into the lands between, the game captivates you with its vast, mysterious open world that rewards curiosity and exploration at every turn. The art style and immersive atmosphere of a usual Fromsoftware game combined with a extremely massive world makes for one hell of an experience. Elden Ring is obviously not a bad game. With such an overwhelmingly positive reception, it is clear that it works incredibly well for a lot of people. But taste is subjective, and after 73 hours and several attempts to get properly into it, I think I can fairly say that this game is not for me. I enjoyed the Dark Souls games in the past, but at some point I think I grew tired of this style of gameplay. Elden Ring takes that formula and expands it into a huge open world, which is both its…

I started Elden Ring confident. I ended it questioning my life choices. This game teaches valuable lessons like: Patience Humility How to retrieve 200,000 runes from the worst possible location Every boss fight goes like this: Attempt 1: “Okay, I’m learning the moves.” Attempt 12: “This is actually fair.” Attempt 37: “I understand nothing.” Attempt 58: “I have become speed.” The enemies don’t just defeat you. They disrespect you. They combo you. They delay their…

I knew I had to get it since I love FromSoftware figures and statues, so it's a must have for every fan. before I played elden ring, I had a small wee wee, no friends, no social activities, depression and absolutely no will to live. none of these things have changed, but the game is pretty good. jokes aside, the game is almost as close to perfect as it gets and includes most of the things I’ve been looking for in a game for a long time. snowy areas feel a bit rushed and the game occasionally repeats itself. but considering the sheer size of the open world, that’s completely understandable.…
