unlabelledView post →Happy Cirno Sunday! The current vibe is thinking about Ion Fury! ngl Ion Fury was certified tough 😤 the game was an awesome throwback to FPS games of the 90's, and it used the same game engine as Duke Nukem 3D! It was super fun! I hope you have a wonderful day, I send love and positivity your way 💛☺️
unlabelledView post →So this would ban the first Duke Nukem 3d game. As the aliens are sex trafficking women.
unlabelledView post →Prodeus has some custom maps that are awesome recreations of classic FPS levels! This level is a recreation of Hollywood from Duke Nukem 3D, and it's cool to see how faithfully recreated the level is in this game! Hollywood is an amazing level, and it's super fun to play through it in this game!
unlabelledView post →in 1993 a 17 year old kid played Wolfenstein 3d and really said "huh, can i make this?". So he made a similar engine for his game called Ken's Labyrinth. Later on the continued improvements to the engine led to Duke Nukem 3D, BLOOD, and Powerslave/Exhumed (PC)
unlabelledView post →After three years of development, the fifth episode of The AMC Squad is out! A fully standalone, free Duke Nukem 3D fangame, set after the death of Duke. It is utterly enormous - like 'large JRPG' scale - with like 15+ playable characters, RPG and management mechanics. Only one more episode to go.

unlabelledView post →What's a little hidden connection between Duke Nukem 3D and Star Trek? This: Trek Trivia. A wee shareware game designed in 1988 by George Broussard of Apogee and Duke Nukem 3D fame.
unlabelledView post →This track is called "Access"! Ion Fury was an awesome game! It was a modern game (released in 2019), and it used the Build Engine, which was used for games like Duke Nukem 3D and Shadow Warrior! It made the engine feel modern, and was a ton of action and crazy moments! It was a really fun game!
unlabelledView post →I remember when I was a kid, I was mesmerized by the midi music that would play on the keyword ANTAGONIST video game site on AOL. I’d later find out it was a track (Water World) from Duke Nukem 3D during my many repeated playthroughs in 97. Rest in peace.

unlabelledView post →Duke Nukem 3D. I actually got this game in a 2-pack with Quake at Best Buy back in the day, and was definitely more drawn to Duke at first; it just had so much personality and cheesy charm and clever design in comparison, and it actually took me a while to warm up to Quake.
unlabelledView post →I had fun putting together a little homage to Doom, as if I were kitbashing a game mod from scraps of 90s FPS classics like Doom, Duke Nukem 3D, Heretic, and Blood.
unlabelledView post →Duke Nukem Forever was intended to be the series' fourth main game after Duke Nukem 3D, but ended up spending well over a decade in development hell due to the fact that developer 3D Realms wanted the game's playtime to last forever.
unlabelledView post →I've decided that after I have finished Duke Nukem 3D, I might as well try playing through an obscure game designed for 486 machines, Quiver by ESD Games in 1997. The game is kind of interesting so far and not only you need keys to progress but three globe items to go to the next level. #DOSGaming
unlabelledView post →The Last Exterminator is an very Duke Nukem 3D inspired Retro FPS, no release date yet but I am very eagerly awaiting the full game, as the demo was very impressive and showcased a lot of clever level design, tight gunplay, great sense of humour, and an extremely cool protagonist.
unlabelledView post →Here's something I'm noticing about younger people playing Duke Nukem 3D, usually their first Build engine game - they don't go around using stuff much. Most never once flip a light switch the entire game. I haven't played an AAA FPS in a long time, are they just not interactive these days or smth?
unlabelledView post →Somehow only in the Year of Our Luigi 2025 I've learned that the retail Atomic Edition of "Duke Nukem 3D" has a damn disc check at the start of the game, and will just insta-quit if the CD is not in the drive! 😯

unlabelledView post →I had fun putting together a little homage to Doom, as if I were kitbashing a game mod from scraps of 90s FPS classics like Doom, Duke Nukem 3D, Heretic, and Blood. As for the scorpion elements, it's an addition on my part.

unlabelledView post →He was one of the most brilliant minds behind video game soundtracks... :( Besides Doom, Duke Nukem 3D is also one of his notable works. My condolences to his friends, family and fans of his work.
unlabelledView post →It's really funny how Duke Nukem 3D is seen as this like hard rock heavy metal kickass game when the main theme is basically the only song in the entire egame that sounds like that
unlabelledView post →You can just ignore it. Duke Nukem's last genuinely good game was Duke Nukem 3d, everything afterwards never went any higher than mediocre at best.
unlabelledView post →It's wild how Duke Nukem 3D is the best video game ever and also only like half its levels are good. The rest of the games in existence have really dropped the ball.

unlabelledView post →My first PC was also an Amstrad. Apart from academic work, I used it for Duke Nukem 3D. The only computer game I ever played. I was totally addicted. I got right to the end (in the days when you could). I switched it off and said, 'no. Life is too short' and I've never played one since.
