unlabelledView post →DON'T BREATHE 3 is in the works. Fede Alvarez revealed at Beyond Fest over the weekend that "there's a screenplay for Don't Breathe 3." The best part? Jane Levy & Stephen Lang will return. Sounds like a proper sequel to the first film!
unlabelledView post →Picking a random film from my collection to show off for no real reason! Day #359 "Don't Breathe" (Fede Álvarez/2016) Tremendous sophomore feature from Fede Álvarez with Stephen Lang as a blind man with some dark secrets. Great film, check it out!

unlabelledView post →Modern horror movie nomenclature is so boring & generic. Don't Breathe, Speak No Evil, Never Let Go, Hold Your Breath, Imaginary, etc. Bring back the days of horror movies being titled, like, Crazed Vampires From The Ouija Board and Mistress Demon Ghost & The Horny Witches.
unlabelledView post →#NowWatching DON'T BREATHE 2 (2021). Director: Rodo Sayagues. Stephen Lang, Madelyn Grace. Continuing a breathless double feature with first-time watch of sequel. Lang is compelling, but I never felt the need for more. Not as well-received, but bring on the fisticuffs & action mayhem. #filmsky 📽

unlabelledView post →And yeah, I think the complaint that the cast isn't made up of 40 year old chain smokers is pointless. This is clearly a movie about how The Kids Have No Future so of course the cast is made up of young people... (Problem is that's just DON'T BREATHE again.)

unlabelledView post →I mean, it's not the worst movie I've ever seen, don't get it twisted, but having just seen it, I still wanna slap Don't Breathe 2 *so freaking hard.*
unlabelledView post →I would sacrifice both Don't Breathe movies in a heartbeat - without having even seen the second Don't Breathe movie - if it would mean that we could get another Mia Evil Dead movie. It feels profoundly unfair that we didn't dive back into *that* particular universe.
unlabelledView post →shit i would trade DON'T BREATHE too i loved that movie until I didn't
unlabelledView post →I'd certainly trade every Fede Alvarez movie after DON'T BREATHE for another Mia Evil Dead.

unlabelledView post →You're just hitting all my top picks. Don't Breathe is currently our lowest ranked movie we've watched for the podcast and Lights Out might be one of my picks for this project. The Conjuring movies are fluff, but the fact that they reify real life scammers is an issue for me too.

unlabelledView post →Man, I fuckin love Romulus. Yeah, the call backs are obnoxious, but it's the purest horror movie in the series since the OG. Don't Breathe felt like a fairly original concept, or at least an interesting flip of Wait Until Dark, and I thought his Evil Dead movie is the series' best outside of ED2
unlabelledView post →98. Don't Breathe 2 (2021) - mine Bought a 2-pack of this and the first film. This one does not work at all because it positions the blind man as the protagonist despite the audience knowing he's disgusting. Watching a little girl defend him is grotesque. boxd.it/byKxcl #100HorrorMoviesIn92Days

unlabelledView post →Review: Don't Breathe (2025) 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⚫ In a way, it's a home invasion movie from the other perspective. Haven't held my breath this much during a movie since The Descent. Having to be quiet as a viewer makes the cat-and-mouse of it so much more tense. Still borderline on being a horror movie.

unlabelledView post →I'm watching Don't Breathe 2 and it's unfortunately gone down the M3gan 2.0 route of trying to make the villain of the first film the hero. But at least with M3gan she was just a poorly programmed doll and not a man who rapes people with a dirty turkey baster full of cum.

unlabelledView post →Don't Breathe 2 (2021) 4/10 🤫🤫🤫🤫💀💀💀💀💀💀 The sequel shifts perspectives and follows Norman as he takes down a crew of organ trafficking meth cooks, a ridiculous story that feels more like a John Wick Caine spinoff than a sequel. I wish it had followed Rocky from where we left off in the first film.
