Try to find out who you are and what is happening in the world. Once you begin to understand and the next chapter should start - the game ends. Still, while obviously a sequel was planned, the game has a better ending than many other stories (or games). Just do not expect…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →At first, all we can see is darkness. Endless darkness... We wake up without knowing what's happening, remembering absolutely nothing, and slowly realize that some kind of apocalypse has happened. The man who finds us in terrible shape, rescues us, and takes us back to the place where he lives with his family (actually a caravan) is Rod Atkinson. And he won me over within the first few minutes. He's the kind of man who notices immediately if he uses a slightly harsh or rude word while talking…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you like point and click adventures and are looking for a mature story with quite an intriguing mix of dystopian elements and scifi 'Dead Synchronicity' might be right for you. The mysterious story kept me playing and the puzzles are mostly well implemented. For sure it is not an adventure that sacrifices Gameplay for the sake of the story. If you love traditional adventure games you'll probably not complain about that if not you probably will. Completing this game will likely take around 6…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Do not buy it. You get to this huge cliffhanger, and you're like, "Oh man, I can't wait to see how this all wraps up!" Except... you never will. The developers just straight-up abandoned the game. No sequel, no closure, nada. So yeah, "Dead Synchronicity" is a ride, but it leaves you hanging with zero payoff. Unless you’re cool with never knowing how the story ends, you might want to skip this one. Total bummer.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Rating: Neutral This is a difficult game to recommend or not. The story pulls you in and you can feel the hopelessness of the new world. It's dreary and a lot of unfairness. However, the game ends abruptly after a huge buildup. There's a lot of answers I was looking forward to and nothing. I guess the game kinda hints at Michael dissolving before the world could possibly be saved and that's why the game ends without a conclusion. The game isn't "bad", the artstyle is great and there's some…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →What there is, is really good, however the game is unfinished and ends abruptly, without any real resolution.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First of all, be warned - it was meant to be an episodic series, it ends after a few hours with sort of a cliff hanger for the next episode that would never come. The atmosphere and characters are way too dark, grim and bleak, even considering it's a Daedalic game. The story and world building are not very coherent. Also the sudden flashbacks are very annoying, especially since most of them contribute nothing to the story. If you're looking for a post-apocalyptic narrative game, there are…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Average and forgettable, but worst of all, its an incomplete episode 1 of an abandoned series. don't bother
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Heya folks, here's a 1st short featuring Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow Comes Today by Fictiorama Studios and Daedalic Entertainment. I have 3 parts featuring this game planned. The game also turned 10 years old in April. #deadsynchronicity #videogames #indiegames #adventuregames #shorts

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Overall I liked this game pretty well. The story is interesting and I enjoy post apocalyptic settings. It is a decent length for adventure games, it took me around 8 hours to finish. The puzzles are ok, though there are a few that bugged me a little bit, one item you pick up its a shard of broken glass and trying to use it to slice things he kept giving dialog that made it seem fragile and prone to break, but then it ends up being used to dig a hole which feels way more likely to shatter or…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I am 32 years old. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An adventure game not for the faint of heart: experience mindshifts and time warps, deal with pimps and their "merchandise", disfigure faces to the point of unrecognition, do what you gotta do to get the job done. This one is dirty. This comes with some of the best achievements to showcase. Also has some inspiring trashy psychedelic rock tunes flowing through it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCwj-Ibczpg&list=RDvCwj-Ibczpg&start_radio=1 Worth more than the dollar fifty I paid.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The beginning felt extremely cringy and the cutscene felt worthless and redundant, since it for some reason blends ''intense action music'' with characters we don't know and things we do not understand. Still, it gets much and much better later, has a lot of amazing references to great horror movies and a nice ending... if only it wasn't a cliffhanger for the nonexistent sequel.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →More of this please. :(
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Considering I didn't even pay a whole dollar for this game I don't think it's fair to criticize it harshly buuuuut... it's pretty mid. Some problems I had with it are: unresolved ending due to abandonment of the sequel, pretty silly item puzzles (many times the solution was very stupid), lots of lore dumping (not the cool kind) and it was overall a bit boring. Still, there were some pluses to my experience: it was cheap, I enjoyed character art, and got a Steam foil card out of it so I'm pretty…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pros: - Interesting story. Cons: - Puzzles that lead nowhere, some puzzles can't be solved and are simply meaningles headache; - No ending.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nice game. Great atmosphere, decent graphics, bold sound acting, interesting and adequate puzzles. The ending is not very satisfying, but it's a matter of taste.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Восстанавливаем свою памчять на руинах земного общества. Все здорово, но ругают за внезапную концовку.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The style of the game is unique and interesting, and voice acting is great, but the story is left unfinished. And there is a very small chance for sequel (this game was released in 2015)... I'm glad I bought the game heavily discounted, full price is too much.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I thoroughly enjoyed this story. There are some very convoluted puzzle pieces to work out, at times. But there are Steam guides in the Workshop overlay that are very good. Overall, I was satisfied with what I got out of it. I can't remember what I paid, but seeing that I never buy anything unless it's on sale, I'm sure it was a reasonable price. I know they had planned to add more to the story, but I wasn't left unhappy with how it was dropped. Maybe one day they will decide to finish…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Amazing game! Ends a bit abruptly but absolutly it when discounted. i got it for 99c
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I just finished Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow Comes Today, and I have to say this game is a gem. The story drops you into a completely broken world where reality itself is basically falling apart. People are getting a mysterious disease that makes them slowly disappear, time is behaving like it forgot how to do its job, and everyone keeps talking about something called “dead synchronicity”… which sounds about as comforting as a dentist appointment during an earthquake. You play as Michael, a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The Great Wave wiped everything out. People are getting sick with an illness that melts their bodies and minds “the Dissolved Ones.” You play as Michael, a “blankhead,” a man with no memory that woke up in a refugee camp run by the military. As you explore, you learn the world has been corrupted by the government and time itself is broken. You keep having visions along the way. As you explore, you uncover some intense stories, and you meet Dr. Richard, a scientist you help to discover the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →got incredible atmosphere, character design and art style. The only one negative is the ending, i can't say that the ending was bad cos it had none the story just stopped abruptly and that was it. Am i missing something like a dlc or a siguel?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a point and click adventure game with crazy ass item logic. Hate those

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a point and click horror game with dark and gore atmosphere. I Wish There Was A Sequel. Story – 8/10 Graphics – 6/10 Sound – 7/10 Gameplay – 7/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →<Minor spoiler> ---{ Graphics }--- ☐ You forget what reality is ☐ Beautiful ☐ Good ☑ Decent (I really love the art style, but I've to rank this lower because the resolution is so low for a game released in 2015. If anything, I was expected a full HD graphic tbh, because sh*t that are far away is hard to see with such low resolution. Example like the Priest's death, I missed him so many time because his body blend with the f*cking background before using guide for help) ☐ Bad ☐ Don‘t look too…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The storyline was good until a certain point. The play is slow but made so much slower because of how you travel. Once you've traveled to a location, instead of quickly moving back to a previous point, the character meanders from one place to the next. You spend too much time waiting for him to walk around once you've indicated you want to leave the area. It's a challenging game because it's not really intuitive. The triggers do not always work so you may have to enter and exit an area a few…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →nice visuals, too bad that it ends on a cliffhanger with no sequel
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →dark and pretty disturbing adventure with a really interesting atmosphere the story is strange in a good way and the art style fits the whole depressing world really well
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Interesting premise, sadly with an abrupt end.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I give up trying to play my playthrough got stuck but I'm watching a walkthrough instead and I'm stuck in the beginning still where giving cans to kids to distract mother is not working dialogue is stuck without giving me any prompts to progress story. Story this is amazing investing game will update if I get to beat it!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of the better adventure games. Some combinations not logical, like it's normal in these games. But most of the time it was okay.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →well that was a great experience
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really, really liked the game. I love quests and the theme of mass ♥♥♥♥♥♥-up-ness. Awesome visual style! The Main Character is quite attractive) Definitely recommend!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Oh. psychologically difficult game. the horrors of war are not on paper but in reality. After it I didn’t sleep well for a week. I had nightmares and couldn't sleep. It is better not to play for the weak-hearted. no seriously don't play!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →What a trip! I had to get used to the graphic style at first, but then I really liked it. The German dubbing is really well done and the atmosphere of the game is great. I haven't played anything like this in a long time. The story is very mature and does without the humor that is often typical of the genre. It deals with some really difficult topics. I didn't like the ending very much, as it reveals a completely confusing plot a few minutes before the end and leaves many questions unanswered.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is maybe the darkest game I ever played, and it is rather disturbing, but if that does not bother you, play this game from a great developer. The achievements are interesting and all tell a referral story.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow Comes Today delivers a bleak and unsettling take on the traditional point-and-click adventure, combining familiar puzzle mechanics with a world shaped by catastrophe, disease, authoritarianism, and temporal distortion. Developed by Fictiorama Studios and published by Daedalic Entertainment, it places storytelling and atmosphere ahead of mechanical complexity. Rather than presenting the apocalypse as an excuse for action, the game explores what happens to ordinary…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Quite interesting story cut short by out of nowhere ending. Why would you buy half-product? Puzzles and riddles are logical most of the time, with some exceptions which could have been forgiven if only the game was finished and kept plot on the same level as first part.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A disturbing dystopia with frequent ‘white noise’ disturbances during gameplay and most of the achievements earned by performing nonsensical actions. I suppose a dystopia should not be pleasant to play (suffer as the protagonist suffer), and in that case they kind of nailed it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It took me all of five, tedious and poorly written minutes to regret this purchase.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I had to look up a guide almost straight away because the puzzles make no sense
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good story line, nice mysterious tone, loved how it showed the dark side of humanity in a desperate time. But wayyyy too much useless dialogue. the voice acting was good but also very slow, making the npc interactions dreadful. A lot of the story could've been explained way more concisely. Should either limit the puzzle to one zone at a time, or have a way to fast travel after unlocking all areas as there is a lot of backtracking.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really liked the story, but after I finished Act 4 and saw the ending, I was left with mixed feelings the ending was too abrupt, confusing, and not entirely clear 8\10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Please make the second part, how much money do you need for this? I will give everything
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →dark but compelling story. some of the flashy scenes hurt my eyes but nothing too bad. don't play if you are in a heavy head space.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A quest in a post-apocalyptic setting, with an interesting storyline presented through dialogues and a protagonist with amnesia. The main drawback is the lack of hints.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is short and enjoyable to play. It has some chill moments and a strong atmosphere which makes the game interesting to play. However, the ending feels odd and unfinished, which makes it a bit unsatisfying. But overall, the game is really good.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its just... Soulles. A story is such a weird ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Super cool story I am waiting for the sequel. I totally recommend.
