Class of '09 is an American comedic video game series consisting of three visual novels and a puzzle video game. The series was developed and written by Max "SBN3" Field, who also voices several of the male characters, and published by Wrath Club for personal computers. positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Yes, this is my only way to understand American culture. Except for Family Guy. 是的,这是我了解美国文化的唯一途径。恶搞之家除外。
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Honestly not that far off from my experience (actual class of 09) Bloomed in highschool, so every guy suddenly wanted to f me, every teacher looked for way too long, or claimed my clothes were distracting (for him or the male students, never got an answer) and everyone is smoking weed and trying not to get knocked up. Oh wait I'm supposed to be reviewing the game. Yeah it's class of 09. They hit the nail on the head. Honestly wish I had my own ride or die like Jecka tho.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Killed myself to get out of a concert after lying about being a white nationalist to my photography teacher peak game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →bullied a nerd till he killed everyone, got raped and strangled by a 30 year old gym teacher and hung myself in 3 hours fun game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →played this game so I could understand an ounce of the struggles that women go through every day (6'5 btw) but while playing, out of shock for how horribly the men in this game treat young women, I accidentally knocked over my matcha and spilled it all over my feminist literature! Thankfully it didn't get on my signed Laufey vinyls!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game makes me feel extra blessed for not being American and having witnessed almost no pedophilic incidents at high school.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i expected some light humour but i got myself a true amierican experience basically every man in that game is a pedophile and every woman is suicidal and fatherless
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →man this is literally the nonexistence of you and me but even more suicide inducing
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →very family friendly, drug-free, nazi-free, pedo-free, absolutely no suicide, and lastly, wholesome endings!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game got me addicted to several prescription drugs, 10/10, was worth going to rehab for
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →if you think SA and pedophilia is the funniest thing in the world play this, it's like if fear and hunger/berserk fans made a visual novel. unfortunately the song on the menu screen is hard so it gets a positive review. when pyrocynical makes a 6 hour video about this game i'll change my review to a negative one.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →teen suicide, self harm, necrophilia, murder, a school shooting, pedophilia, this game is horrible (but its actually kinda good, funny, yk?)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Played through all of the endings, and I can’t say I’d recommend it. It got repetitive very fast, and at some point I found myself skipping through the same dialogue just to try and get a different ending. Some parts were funny, and the clips I saw online were funny too, but overall the experience was just meh. The characters being voiced over was a nice touch, but it was a shame most of them were one dimensional and, simply put, felt like basic stereotypes in the end. Mostly it was just the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →99 percent of this game's humor is "lol these teenagers are victims of pedophile and rape" or "lol nicole killed herself ". Like- in order to move on with the story you have to force the MC to be okay with a dude she knows raping a girl while she was passed out at a party. If you say "no i dont fw that" you have like zero other options to go on with the game. I lowkey wish i didnt spend 10 dollars on this game its not even worth that. I say this as someone who finds dark humor funny, this game…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the only game ive ever played to feature a white supremacy route. absolutely amazing. nicole and jecka should totally kiss too
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i love everything that is wrong with this game. it’s one of the weirdest, funniest and most unhinged games i’ve played. there’s so much dark humour, insane dialogue, questionable choices and goofy characters. nicole is genuinely such an iconic character. she’s absolutely terrible but that’s exactly what makes her so funny. watching her reject every guy and just completely not care abt anyone is honestly one of my favourite parts of the game. i also rlly loved all the different endings and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Class of '09 is a hilarious parody of American culture, with each character taking typical stereotypes and cranking them up to the extreme. Yes, the humor is extremely edgy, but its intentional. Its not trying to appeal to the edgelords who might play it, but rather mocking them just like it mocks everyone else. Just like Nicole, it hates everyone equally. Overall its a hilarious experience as long as you know not to take it seriously.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Weirdly observant and critical of society for a game that feels so unserious, but in a good way.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played this game based on the memes but it gave me insight on what it feels like to be a women ig in a way i feel i can grow from this to be a better person and you can too this game is lowkey really good and very well made and id say theres like 2 good endings
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not a bad game, not a good game, definitely a game for sure. I had a (mostly) good time playing it, got all the endings, and I do actually like it. It's the white woman's South Park. That is not an insult, and it is not praise. Class of 09 is one hundred percent, a game I have played. I am sure the creator felt very intelligent and prideful when writing the dialogue.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nicole is like Andrew Tate but for women, Just buy the game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I saw some clips and it seemed really funny but honestly playing it I just felt bad for Nicole. Im sure a lot of folks would love this game but for me it was a depressing expirience. Seeing someone in such a terrible situation, who is struguling without being able to help made me feel terrible. While my choices could keep things from getting worse sometimes, it never felt like I could really help her get to a better place. I guess if you are really empathetic like me then this is not the game…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →everyone in this game is absolutely irredeemable piece of human being, 10/10 would never play again.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →if you havent played this game before, youve probably seen out of context clips of it, which makes it seem like an incredibly crazy game. anyway it is an incredibly crazy game and context makes most scenes worse
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Probably one of the most messed up games I've played, but it was simultaneously so funny. For every moment I was genuinely cringing and wincing at the disgusting creatures in this game, I was also laughing at Nicole's carefree attitude and social mastery. And tbh, even if it all feels over the top a lot of the time, you do end up caring about the main character Nicole quite a bit, whether or not you agree with her actions. If you read into the endings enough and piece together backstories, the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's even better if you pop a whole bottle of percocets before playing!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The girlies from class of 09 again I really enjoyed making these inspired from sprites from the game Very simple very fun #co09 #classof09 #fanart

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →funny game but you'd seriously only play this for a few hours as you can get tired quickly best overrepresentation of white people ever
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good game to play while eating. Best to get into it without any spoilers and with an open mind. The game goes through a bunch of diffrent serious topics without it being "deep". tho, it does hit like a train.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →if you are looking for an insane ass game with humor and sarcastic ass characters this game is for you. ive been playing for an hour or two maybe and its actually pretty fun. but anyway thats all i have to say. :P
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Class of 09 is just playing through some guy's wet dream revenge fantasy. It's so clear that the dev was one of those antisocial kids in highschool that just boiled people down to movie stereotypes and hates women vehemently because of it. I don't even care that the game is edgy, but it just pretends it's deep because every other line is about sexual assault, it's so clear this is written by some guy who thinks 'dark humor' is the funniest thing on the planet. That being said, the game isn't…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Class of 09 fanart I made last month I love this game BUT FLIPSIDE IS KILLING ME..... #classof09 #co09 #fanart
unlabelledView post →Went to gym class Got hit on by the jock Manipulated the jock into jumping off a building in front of the principal Used the threat of mind control to force some kid into doing my homework for me... Valedictorian. What the ♥♥♥♥ is this game? Also weirdly insightful and I am not sure how to feel about that, I loved every second of this game. Please make an anime series...
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The comedy here isn't gonna be for everyone but if it is for you you're in for a treat. I uses it's humour, setting and typical "American High School" tropes to tell some very interesting stories. You see the world through the eye's of a girl who nothing is going right for, deep in depression and with PTSD over seeing her father kill himself. And yet it's given this late 00's RAWR XD coat of paint to make the medicine go down easier. The characters, all tropes, speak to real truths about life…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this isnt a game, its a whole experience, i would have much more time in it but i kept getting scared i was making the wrong decisions.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →X'D I love this ♥♥♥♥! Can't find another game quite like this on Steam. Players take on the role of Nicole, Who's cynicism and sociopathiic tendencies get her and fellow classmates into all sorts of bad situations. This game has a sequel and a (Sort-Of?)Threequel I guess although in the 3rd you change Roles to Jecka(Jessica!) Nicoles I guess best friend? It's hard to say. Sometimes I feel like they hate each other but 90's Kids(Which, they ARE, BTW) are just sort of like that before…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I swear this game is way too funny, but Kylar takes the crown for how funny he is. In general though every aspect of this game is either funny, insane or diabolical and that makes it so great. Overall amazing.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got Nicole killed in my very first playthrough. I'm either too good or too bad at this game. I love it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Snoot Game is for straight people who find Class of '09 funny and constantly says, "I'm not a furry, but..."
unlabelledView post →If y’all want my opinion on Class of ‘09: The Flipside, here’s my Steam Review. I’d warn for spoilers but legit I don’t recommend even spending a single minute of your time playing this. And that’s coming from someone who loves this game series. #classof09

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →unfortunately the quirky ironic eksdee not like other vns visual novel turned out to be actually fun:( voice acting was pretty cool, every single male character pissed me off in one way or another because of how realistic they all sound lol. well maybe aside from the coach and big bro, they sound like the va was trying way too hard to make them sound like stereotypical creeps, which just caused them to sound like crude caricatures. to me at least most endings were fun and funny, because…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cynical comedy, great voice acting, but nonsensical choices Choices have consequences. That is core of gaming, even more so when the game is nothing but dialogue and choices. Which is like, why I downvote this. Sure, this ain’t a dating sim, says so right there on the box. But it sure as frick is not a rejection sim either. It is a section of story sections separated by “choices”, that may be meaningful in the mapping of what comes next but makes little sense when looking at the narrative…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't really play visual novels but after hearing about this one I just had to play it. The choices are outlandish, so over the top, and very unexpected sometimes. Very edgy humor, but I loved how extra everyone kinda is. Felt very anime but white women lmao I also like that Nicole is probably one of the smarter people in the game but she's a sociopath so she couldn't be perfect as a character.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played Class of ’09 and OMG I LOVE THIS GAME, it grabs you fast and does not slow down, every scene moves with sharp dialogue and no filler, Nicole runs the entire experience with blunt lines, fast reactions, and zero hesitation in how she responds to people, every conversation feels like it has pressure behind it because the writing never wastes space, it stays tight and direct, the choices matter in a clear way, you pick something and the scene shifts immediately, people react differently,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →THE LINES ARE JUST SOME KINDA OF PIECE OF ART GOT 2 ENDINGS OUT 15, one day i will complete the rest
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An insane western visual novel I had the pleasure of playing. I enjoyed Nicole's cynicism and sarcasm.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →gem of a game, actual gem if you arent a edgy 16-18 year old dont play it though, its just gonna come across as extraordinarily offensive
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →genuinely very funny game, the entire game pretty much goes about dark humor and stuff, if you have any SA trauma DO NOT play this game, but its a really funny visual novel and im definitely gonna get the re-up
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very unhinged, but great and funny!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This dark comedy visual novel follows Nicole, a cynical high school student, as she navigates the chaotic and cruel and absurd nature of teenage social life which existed in America during the late 2000s. The game uses branching dialogue paths to deliver its edgy humor and awkward social situations while showing exaggerated depictions of school life and relationships and authority figures. The game presents itself through early social media designs which display millennial high school…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I can't begin to explain how funny bad but amazing this game is. This game is very similar to the anime Ghost Stories Dubbed in that context. I either die from laughing or shock because of the dialogue. 1000/10 if you love dark humor.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like the voice acting and the stories, but I don't recommend it for players who are more sensitive
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →game broke my last computer, would play again.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Literally just corny and its all rapist pedophile suicide jokes
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is one of those games you wish you could play for the first time again. Don't mind me, I'll be giving myself irreversible DIY brain damage to do just that!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nicole, from "Class of 09'" (I played the game like 2 times and it was a HELL of a ride 💙🖤) [ #Classof09 #Nicole #fanart #digitalart ]
