No other flags in the game. No US flag, even though there are many suburbs that scream USA, no UK flag despite the Harry Potter DLC, just one single flag and it's Russian. There's a bus that looks to be a drug lab where on the floor are two sets of footprints, one behind the other. Then, on the wall are small, short handprints, and while cleaning them up the narrator says "these kids". If you can imagine what I just described, it's quite disturbing. If you can't imagine it, just know it was inappropriate and yucky.
