Let’s start with the “physics.” Its literally like garry's mod within a mod fake physics simulator. You know what’s fun? When steel behaves like wet noodles and cables snap the moment you thought you're building a half-decent bridge. The game pretends to know what “statics and dynamics” mean. And you know what’s real fun? You span…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game has horribly clunky UI, and games of this type (frankly, any piece of software that requires constant stream of input of widely ranged or very specific commands from user) live or die by user-friendliness of their control methods.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I wanted to give this game a chance, to play the interesting bridge game I saw NerdCubed play all those years ago. I can't even get past the launcher. I can select my resolution, click "Start Game", then the mouse cursor disappears and nothing happens. Checking the Discussions, this seems to be a long-standing issue. Don't get this game, not even on sale. It's just a waste of money. I don't want a game I can't even play in my account, so I'm going to refund this and buy Poly Bridge instead.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Would be a nicer bridge building game if, say, for example, the bridges didn't have sudden total failures from settling at the start of the simulation or even just collapse despite having no stress during the middle of a test. Rage-inducing to say the least, especially when your bridge should be totally fine from an engineering standpoint. Reinstalled it today feeling like making a play-through and remembered rather quickly why I never completed it in the first place.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →really too hard game
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Confused UI, Non-Tutorial
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a game about physics and the physics are wrong 0/10 So it becomes a game about frustration, and the frustration is very real 10/10
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →We spent 6 weeks last Summer doing my dissertation reserch in the remote forests of Madagascar and THIS was the one game that kept us sane for all that time when we had no wifi, plumbing, permanent electricity, good food, any sorts of comforts. 10/10 would play while stranded in the middle of no where again.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nice graphics, but terrible UI. Which is okay, if it weren't for the horrible inconsistencies in the simulation runs. The stress levels appear to be really random sometimes... rebuilding the bridge in the exact same way can give very different results. I've played the game 3 hours total before uninstalling out of frustration, so therefore I would say this game is worth it if you can get it for 3 euros.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Get polybridge instead.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bridge Project is a bridge building game that fails to be fun in every regard. The physics are inconsistent, the challenges are ridiculously difficult, and the overall experience is flat-out frustrating. The only reason I played this game as long as I have was to get the achievements. Looking back, I regret every second I spent playing this game. Don't even buy this game on sale, or download it if it becomes FREE. Just, look the other way...
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A pretty addictive bridge builder with a bit too many flaws that the developers have had more than enough time to sort out. The actual levels are just about what you expect in most respects, including difficulty. The early levels are very simple and just put in the game for people who are new to bridge builders to get a hang of it. The levels after that start to get a bit harder, but far from actually being hard. Then once you pass that starting barrier you start getting to the point where…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've had Bridge Project for a very long time, although for many reasons my gameplay time within the game is not very high. I have to say that this is one of the most annoying Bridge Builder games I've ever played. The largest flaw out of all of them is the physics. They are completely unrealistic (Despite seeing "Realistic physics" in the trailer for the game as I write this review) and you run into many problems such as bridges not closing properly, different stresses on symetrical bridges…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →15.99 for this big steaming turd of a game? it's not worth 15p
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →jack? is that you?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Avoid this game at any price. I have a GTX 1660Ti and I had trouble at ANY quality setting getting the pointer to where I wanted it to go. I also couldn't undo more than 3-4 moves (had to start level over basically). Frustration simulator. You will uninstall within 10 minutes.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's holarious how inconsistent can be this game simulations. Beside that sometimes fails when successfully reaching the vechicle the other part of the soil, or when just barly reach the other part, but it accept it even if the bridge fully collapse, it's just randomly different the simulations. Sometimes collapse, sometimes not. Even the simulation speed also metters. This is just the simulation part. There's even cases when you start the simulation, just the bridge spawns, there's no traffic…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I bought this game on sale I wish I didn't, it is terrible. The controls alone almost make this game unplayable. Would never say someone should get this game, unless you get it for free.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun and troll game !
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →When this game as released there wasn't much competition for bridge builders on steam. Nowadays there are more than a handful of quality bridge builders to choose from, and many are better than this one. That being said, the game is quite enjoyable(if not a bit dated), so if you can pick it up at a discounted it's worth a look.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pretty terrible really. UI- horrible Graphics- horrible Replayability- horrible Game- horrible cant recommend it and i got it free in a humble bundle. Much better bridge building games that are free on the mobile, at £15.99 the developer should be locked up for theft
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really low quality bridge building game, this game should be under 5€
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bridge project. This seems interesting at a glace at a stable properly designed bridge building game with beautiful graphics and a proper physics system designed to allow the player to overcome the grand obstacle of building a bridge and will allow you create a masterpiece over the river, canal or canyon, of you're choice. Oh wait no, not even close. The game has a host of stability issues and fails to run on even good computer set ups. The game also suffers from quite random physics bugs that…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is very boring
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I made a simple wooden bridge to check out the feel of the game and it exploded into the air. Plus, the game seems to lack simple editing controls such as moving joints or deleting pieces without multiple clicks.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So bridge project, is it fun: yes Is it flawed: yes, the pyshics seems to be cpu bount of fps bount so if you have a good gaming pc. than the wind will blow away everything. this is indeed a game breaking bug. you can underclock you cpu to reduce the strenght. but non the less this bug should be fixed. Is the game worth buying: depends, if you have a average pc than ya you will not run into the bug. its imo a good enough game for a few hours of relaxing fun. if you have a good gaming pc with a…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got this game in a random crate from hrkgame.com so I didn't choose to buy it. Since the price is €20 I wouldn't buy it for that price. I recommend the game, but not for that price.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My Grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him, 'If you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you have to stop immediately.'. Tears welled up in his eyes when he realized what exactly was at stake. He gave it up immediately. Three years later he died of lung cancer. It was really sad and destroyed me. My mother said to me- 'Don't ever smoke. Please don't put your family through what your Grandfather put us through." I agreed. At 23, I have…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is an oddly satisfying game to play around with...Like when you finish the first couple levels, it starts to get harder and harder to the point if you're not a architect then you will fail. Pros -Challaging, fun, and...educational? -Nice easy graphics (runs fast) -Not repetative -Good sounds -Something to pass the time while having a good time doing so Cons -Frustration will happen with this game My thoughts... Good game when wanting something to either teach you the basics of…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its got potential... however controls leave much to be desired. The hardest part of this game is making it put the pieces where you want them. It is very clunky and inaccurate. Camera angles are also somewhat challenging.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Controls are among the worse, and for some reason this little game eats up the processing power of a cutting edge graphics game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Refund Project! Since revisiting this game i began to realize why nobody talks about Bridge Project which is because its horrible confusing UI Design and most notably Physics engine is AWFULLY BROKEN to a point it is impossible to complete. I should also mention game's quality is literally Mobile Game doo-doo and i'm probably only reviewer who notices a stolen Train model/flipped asset which was ripped from older poor quality Trainz Simulator games. I wish i knew better to not buy it or…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Today, we marked a significant milestone in Mamaroneck with the completion of the Waverly Avenue Bridge Project. This $5 million initiative, supported by Westchester County, New York State, and local partners, is a game-changer for flood mitigation and community safety in the Village of Mamaroneck.
unlabelledView post →This game is dreadful. You can play the exact same bridge multiple times and different things will break every time. If your PC is too quick, the wind is too powerful and it actually makes levels more difficult to beat. Basically, it's gotten harder since it came out. I'm not much of a physicist, but it's easy to see that the physics are bogus. The controls are frustrating. Selecting the items you want is frustrating. It's often easier to rebuild an entire section of the bridge rather than…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Oh boy, this is bad! Even the UI is bad! How do you even delete a cable??
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →control is very hard and confusing ,bugs and glitch and The physic are mostly bad ,
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If only I could play this game I was able to review it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →User interface design leaves much to be desired. UI seems like something quickly thrown together over rest of it as an afterthought rather than designed to be usable. There's plenty of bridge-builder games these days so consider carefully if this is for you, there can be better designed/implemented games for a lower cost.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it pretty doodoo
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Overall, I like this game's purpose. But I do not recommend it. It's certainly playable and for a while it's rather enjoyable, but overall this game has far too many problems. These include: 1.) One of the achievements is bugged and unobtainable. 2.) The game does not run properly in resolutions higher than 1080p. 3.) The physics engine is horrible. Identical structures will have different physics reactions in back to back simulations. (We Bad Rats now...) 4.) The sound effects are abysmal…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bad UI and a little buggy, wouldn't recommend unless you get it for free.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Most exciting part of this game was writing the review. If bridge building floats your boat them good on you.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very bad game. No explanation of what each part does. I gave up trying to understand what a piston does (I am not a mechanical or civil engineer) and quit the game. The controls and UI are extremely bad as well and stuff is not explained very well.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →IF you have an idea how it should work, it will not work like than and even better it will fu*k your mind so hard that you will ask for a refund -graphics 6/10 -physics 3/10 -music anoying -sounds 7/10- best thing about this game!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →About 15 years ago, I was playing Pontifex. Buggy, but as a kid, it was fun. Fast-forward to nowadays; got Bridge Project in a humble bundle, "Hey, looks like that old game !". Started playing; same concept, same gameplay, same bugs. Wait, what ? Oh, it's the same developer... It's fun when it works as intended, but far too unpolished and buggy; deleting an element of your bridge is an exercise in frustration, the lack of fixed time-step in the engine makes the game behave wildly differently on…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As others have said, it fails at some of the most fundamental gameplay elements of a bridge building game. The game physics are horrible; the fact that two people can build the exact same bridge and one will fail spectacularly while the other doesn't break at all really speaks to the quality of the game. The UI is horrible; no one-click delete, no good way of moving nodes, deleting a node does not delete its attached beams/roadways, etc. Compare this game to something like Bridge…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very fun to play and very relaxing and different.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game I will give it a 7/10 because suspension bridge uses the wrong formula, otherwise 9/10. If the game directors fix the suspension formula I will change my review.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm not sure what happened. When I first got this game, I was fairly successful at building bridges that held. A few weeks ago I had to reinstall it, because I got a new computer, and now when I play my bridges almost always fail. Same basic designs from when I played before, but this time none of them work. Then there are the times when the bridge will just *fall apart without reason*. This game has some serious physics flaws, and what's worse is that there are no truly correct setups as one…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Frustrating and broken user interface, useless physics engine. This is a game where you spend your time trying to build designs that would work not in the real world, but only in the strange bizarro world of Bridge Project physics. If you do try to build bridges based on real-world classic designs, they will likely-as-not explode apart as soon as you build them.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →TL:DR this game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ the gamne runs awfuly and looks ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrible, it get so unbleivably repetative that it is mind rending with 64 level that are exactly the same, the worst thing is ther curser, my god its ♥♥♥♥, its less accurate than a stormtrooper and is the size of the state of nevada
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hard to control. The physic are mostly wrong.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Wow was I ashamed. Coming from someone who wants to become a Transportation Engineer, I was so ashamed of this game. I played a few levels expecting it to be interesting, but it just didn't. I do not reccomend this game at all. The graphics, and sound quality is bad, and the controls are aswell.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is the worst game ever created. It is so boring, and poly bridge is better. Do not buy.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Curator Review: Bridge Project is a building simulation-puzzle style game where you take the role of an architect tasked with building the cheapest bridge possible. Subject your bridge to the tests required and if it succeeds, you win! Sounds easy right? WRONG. This game poses a formidable challenge for those architecturally ignorant. Even if you know a great deal about architecture, the physics engine will stop you in your tracks. With inconsistent performances you never know if your bridge…
