The last time I believed a too-good-to-be-true game that promised a lot of modding potential... Bonelab happened... but tomorrow we'll find out if there's sauce here

unlabelledView post →Shocked to see that there was no custom BONELAB feed, so I took the liberty of making one myself. Despite my gripes with the game, BONELAB is such an incredible and revolutionary title, and one of my personal favourites. Figured I'd share some neat BONELAB screenshots. #BONELAB
unlabelledView post →Sr. Eng on Bonelab until recently, previously Oculus+FB+Reddit+Crunchyroll. I guess my career has serviced weebs, nerds, and gamers. So clearly my next move is to move to Japan and work on a game with some Friends. Also involved w/ Basis (github.com/dooly123/Bas...), a nifty little VR framework.

unlabelledView post →Hello, maybe I can find people and improve my feed by introducing myself a little. I love to draw, game and make videos. I love playing and talking about: Phighting Cult of the Lamb Outlast Bonelab Detroit Become Human Murder Drones Lackadaisy And have a good rest of your day. :)
unlabelledView post →I need people to play Beat Saber with! (Also someone that can help me set up my avatar correctly for that game.) And Bonelab! Who plays those games?
unlabelledView post →Can some one PLEASE ADD SPLATOON WEAPONS to VR games Bonelab Blade and sorcery H3VR Literally any game I don’t care
unlabelledView post →You know what's fucked up is every single time I've played Bonelab I've been within 6 feet of a real crowbar that's identical marking-wise to game one and I still marvel about how good the one in that game feels

unlabelledView post →Still holding out hope for a good VR sandbox mode in S&Box... it'd be nice to have "VR Gmod" but without the limitations of being as small as Bonelab/Boneworks, or a 20 year old game engine.

unlabelledView post →That sucks. I was wondering if platforms like the marrow engine from Bonelab or whatever Ubisoft used for the Assassin's Creed would be the best starting point to create a Tomb Raider VR game. Anyways, the VR market looks so grim lately :C
unlabelledView post →I woke up 3 hours before work to give it a try (5am my time) and I echo your thoughts! It feels like there's actually enough game here at the moment to warrant early access (grr Bonelab) and the openness with the dev tools makes me think this has a solid chance of standing the test of time. 🤞
unlabelledView post →I already play those 2 alot- kinda getting tired of it (Also BONELAB is litteraly my fav game, cant get enough of it. I miss modding though, unity is a little shit in linux)
unlabelledView post →I lot of people credit Baldur's Gate 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 for cracking their eggs. Those two games certainly obliterated the egg entirely for me, but the one that cracked it? Bonelab VR The instant the game put me in the Fast avatar body and I saw myself as a girl was a moment I will NEVER forget
unlabelledView post →Bonelab is not a great game in itself, but it IS essentially gmod in VR, so that by default gives it a lot of potential replay value :)c
unlabelledView post →I know this may sound disappointing to some of you, but I am running out of general Bonelab video ideas & want to try & change what videos I make for this game for once. Of course, this doesn't affect Bonelab weapon reload videos as I will continue to do them.
unlabelledView post →no clue what was I going with this Game: Bonelab (Steam) Device: Quest 3S (Streamed via Steam Link)
unlabelledView post →This stuff comes from so many places and in many forms. Even in the game BoneLab, you have a tool which lets you change your body. Challenges require you to become strong, become fast, become big, become small... You literally inhabit other body forms and use their strengths to supplement your own.
unlabelledView post →Blade & Sorcery. Never before have I played a VR game, nay, ANY GAME AT ALL that so accurately sates my primal urge to be an absolute lunatic. BONELAB has nothing on this masterpiece (exept B&S's modding community can sometimes be dicks to us questies, rarely.) Peak gaming. #bladeandsorcery

unlabelledView post →3. Boneworks is I think probably the quintessential VR game, and has a standard that even Bonelab couldn't hold up to. Still waiting for something to come along and replace it, although I'm not sure if anything ever will.
unlabelledView post →Mirrors Edge has some fantastic chase levels. Portal is entirely linear. Most of BoneLab is in linear levels, if you'd count VR as an FPS? Hot take, the outpost level of the starship troopers game. The rest of the game was not good, but the outpost defence, amazing.
unlabelledView post →It's really weird that after BoneLab I haven't heard /anything/ about big VR releases. Neos got replaced but as far as big ~game~ releases I've not seen... anything. It could just be that I'm not seeing it, but beyond Resonite and VRChat what does VR have going on these days? /genq
unlabelledView post →From my Linux VR experience: If the game is in Unity, it tends to run pretty well. If it isn’, oof ouch my eyes. This affects Alyx, but also the Steam Home. Bonelab and Boneworks run pretty fuckin smooth tho. Anyways I hope that they address it cuz I prefer to have a Windows free househol.

unlabelledView post →does anyone know how to get Bonelab to run with ALVR or WiVRn? i bought the game a while back but i can't actually play it because of this screen of doom (i'm on linux)
unlabelledView post →I did play Bonelab and was honestly kind of let down by it, it somehow feels like more of a tech demo than the first game...
unlabelledView post →Sneak peek of my next video game weapon reloads in Bonelab!
unlabelledView post →Theres a VR game called “Bonelab” that lets you change between different bodies/avatars. Theres strong, fast, small, but theres also the ‘heavy’ model which is pretty unmatched i feel. Fat can, and should, definitely be involved in power fantasies
unlabelledView post →Did the 30 minute trial of Ghost Town on Quest 3, and wow it’s a great game. Amazing visuals, amazing voice acting, amazing animation, genuinely a great VR story game. Keep in mind I hate story/puzzle games and prefer stuff like Bonelab. 9/10 just from the demo #ghosttown #ghosttownvr #vr #quest3
unlabelledView post →AND THATS ALSO AN OPTION IN BONELAB THAT MAKES EVEN DUMBER THAT PEOPLE ALWAYS RUNS AWAY IN HORROR FROM THE WEAKEST ENEMY IN THE GAME
unlabelledView post →Bro in fucking sick and tired of the never ending #BONELAB mindset, the one if "Not making advanced shit eith the sdk as it will break next patch" Like bitch thats EVERY OTHER GAME WITH USER GENERATED CONTENT. Now SHUT THE FUCK UP. Just DEAL WITH IT.
unlabelledView post →Yes! This can be really profound. Like in Bonelab, where you're literally changing body to be strong, or short, or fast, or tall... It's not just a game mechanic. It makes a statement about our concept of the self.
unlabelledView post →Having an issue where Bonelab keeps crashing on me saying I have no memory for the game despite me still having plenty of space for it #vr
unlabelledView post →Man for a game that as far as I can tell heavily marketed its mod support the mods, mod tools, what modders can do with the tools is incredible basic simple and boring in Bonelab. Barely anything looks all that intresting to try imo. #blutoid #mods #gamemods #VRgames #bonelab #boneworks

unlabelledView post →Also hi randos oomfs and moots For those who don't know, I'm an artist (in both music and drawing) a wannabe vtuber, and well a story writer ig I am working on a couple of things, a Mod for a vr game called Bonelab, and I want to work on a dream game called Neon Revolt feel free to ask about them!
unlabelledView post →I really hope BoneLAB has cross buy because I can't use the SDK anymore without the files from the game on my PC (This post was made by an idiot questie)
unlabelledView post →I highly recommend the Assassin's Creed Nexus VR game as a Meta Quest 3 exclusive. However, since all you have is Quest 2, you should try Swarm or Bonelab.
unlabelledView post →I'm an FPS guy & mostly play VAIL, Bonelab, and Battlefield 2042, but I can also play other game genres such as music (Beat Saber & Synth Riders) and adventure (Asgard's Wrath 2) games.
unlabelledView post →April 1st 2023 I announced that I was planning a Guild Wars 2 fan game called Kick the Bangar, which is basically Kick the Buddy but the Buddy is Bangar. I was serious at the time, but plans have since changed, and I'm waiting for custom NPC support in Bonelab so I don't have to code my own game.
unlabelledView post →Contractors, Bonelab, Project Wingman, Into the Radius Hell fucking even VR Chat But nope It's been "Here's me playing the latest AAA game in streaming mode on my couch" and "HURR HURR LOOK DEMEO WORKS" Cool dude awesome really showing off the tech
unlabelledView post →I wanna play shoot bangs again so more Bonelab Tuesday and more Kaiju Lesbians game Thursday.
unlabelledView post →Finally got two new VR games so quick thoughts. Newtons playground: basically knock off Bonelab without a story just a fun sandbox with some mobile game monitization thrown in 5/10 Haymaker: fun Arena sandbox fighter seemingly no monitization so much better for 15 bucks 8/10 All on Quest3
unlabelledView post →Try maybe porting a model to another game? Im sure there's a game you'd love to port ya sona into, i mean there's me with Bonelab, so ye :3
unlabelledView post →Bonelab is a cool game
unlabelledView post →Even if we look only at the top VR games, how different is that list from what it was 6 years ago? Gorilla Tag, Blade & Sorcery, Beat Saber, HL: Alyx, H3, Rec Room (RIP this sucks), Bonelab, Phasmo, Skyrim, Pavlov, NMS, Superhot, Job Sim. Into the Raidus 2 (2024) is the newest game under Popular.
unlabelledView post →Unrelated to my car: if anyone gives me 35 I will look at the old beta build of #BONELAB that’s out there (It uses Oculus PC DRM, I only own the game on Steam.)
unlabelledView post →Sometimes the odd game like Of Lies And Rain still comes out for PC VR, but even Bonelab had to release on Quest. Almost every Steam title is on Quest now, and developed for it as the lowest common denominator.
unlabelledView post →I'm getting a 100% save file in Bonelab cuz the fuck you mean. The campaign nose dives so fucking hard like holy shiiiit The modding portion of this game better be worth it
unlabelledView post →did some thinking I played 12-20hrs of VRChat, VTOL VR, Derail Valley, fine Bonelab (FPS game and slight anxiety inducing), where you have to look at your hands more than anything else, was funky and constantly moving in a virtual space...
unlabelledView post →example recently, Bonelab, a VR sibling game to Boneworks (a bit like GMod is to Half-Life) absolutely awful to play seated
