  @Fragglemuppet Fry up some shallots sliced along the grain in a mix of oil and salted butter to raise the smoking point. Throw the green beans in the frying pan for a minute or two, shaking to prevent sticking. Pour a little bit of water on the pan, then apply a lid to steam. A couple of minutes is all it takes.   Fun fact. There's a whole coffee shop game inside Bad Buggy. Walk through the staff door at Spill the Beans and run a shift. Orders, patience meters, a donut fryer you will absolutely burn things in. Ghost does not help.

  The NBA Cup doesn’t mean anything apart from being a cup it’s too early to have stakes. I enjoy watching Louisville eat the Bush’s Baked Boca Bowl of Beans as much as the next guy, but that was the reward from having a winning season just as much as winning the bowl game.
