60 of 60 · most liked first3rd Update (26th February 2022) **AVOID! DO NOT BUY!** The game is broken and unplayable and has been since launch almost seven months ago. I reported a game breaking bug a month after release which made completing the second level impossible. A patch has yet to be released to fix it. On February 1st the developers said that a patch would be ready this month and it's now two days before March and there's been no update. I did happen to get past the second level because the glitch that made…

Drakhar Studio, lazy developers. It's 2021 and these issues with lack of keyboard and controls support still happen on PC.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I bought this for my kids who are 4 and under. Lucky for my kids, that I was looking for games designed for little kids. It’s pawsome! Super sick that my 4 year old daughter can play this with an unlocked frame rate and on ultra settings. I swear I don't play this, it's for my kids! Alright I play too. It gets the job done but it is a bad game. woof woof ruff ruff RUFF bark bark grrr bark bark wooif woof ;) Truth is my wife recently got herself a boyfriend, and between the insults and…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very low effort, buggy and looks like it was thrown together over a weekend. 34.99 GBP for this is a joke.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game - though myself and my daughter were looking forward to a new adventure - were both sorely let down by this title. It's like they took the very first one, and added some mechanics of the mighty pups game...and then...literally called it a day. For me plopping over to their community and voicing suggestions, opinions, feedback before this came along and being told/stated 'gonna be a great game!' Forever salted now. Stay away from this one if you've played the previous ones my…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you've played the first (On a Roll) or second (Mighty Pups) games in the series, you'll be surprised that they managed to make the gameplay even worse. It's even more of a pup treat hunt then the previous two entries on a smaller map (lots of repeating steps) and strangely omitted voices from the pups (but Ryder's dialogue is responding to silence?).
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →PAWsome game !! ..if you just loved the others or this is your first game or you are here because of the serial ..you should buy this game asap ! is such a PAWsome and fun game to play or let your kids play XD (if have any) ..the game is very cute and with a very funny story ..in this game Paw Patrol have diferent cars previous from other games and also it have more minigames which are so funny !! ..when you done with this game you will also have all achievements and you will want to start the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game is full with bugs. first game ever played that got so many issues.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My 5 year old daughter seems to like it. I like playing the mini games. I think they really need to fix the timing between Ryders voice and mouth movement. It reminds me of an old Bruce Lee movie as it is unbelievably out of sync.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Played on a Steamdeck [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/45534557/]@MatureContent I don't really understand the mixed rating on this game when the game On A Roll! has a positive one. This game is much better. I have only played two of the games in this franchise as of writing this review, On A Roll! and this Adventure City Calls game, and when i compare these two, this is easily the better one. The levels are more open in 3D environments that just feel better to play in. The…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is very buggy. My daughter was so happy with this game but after two levels the games continues to crash. Congratulations, you have unlocked the Pup pup blabla minigame and it just won't respond to anything anymore. Very sad. Translations in the game are very bad as well. Paw Patrol: On a roll was much better.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →can't play game. start button not working
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Controllers won’t work with the game anymore. Keyboard and mouse isn’t an option. The game is therefore unplayable. The devs post the same copy pasta on how to fix it, but their fix doesn’t work. They recently updated the game but failed to fix the controller issue. Try explaining all this to a three old as well. Just don’t buy it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →We have just bought this game and very disappointed. with one controller plugged in the game works. But, we wanted to try the co-op mode. When we have two controllers plugged in the game is not responding to either of the controllers and is not playable. Any advice? Has anyone else managed to get the co-op mode to work? We are on a PC. With the same set up it works on our copy of Paw Patrol Mighty Pups, but not on City Calls.

unlabelledView post →Played on my Steam Deck with my 5 year old, we plugged in a couple playstation controllers, hooked the deck up to the Tv and had a ton of fun. The coop mode makes this my favorite of the franchise because we get to play together! There's even a pup-pup boogie that you can play and even though it LOOKS head-to-head the points you get are shared!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Well, as many others state. If you were expecting an upgrade from the first and second game, you will be disappointed. All the levels are the same treat hunt, with only minor differences. Very linear levels. Graphics are great, but game is full of bugs. Clearly it was rushed to capitalize on the movie. Sadly my daughter and i did not have as great an experience with this as with the first two games..
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is very buggy and doesn't work with Steam Big Picture.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →2/10 cant get controller working, so no idea if local co-op works got as part of a humble bundle, didnt want it into the hidden game abyss with you
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Furry Fantasy 11/10 good furry simulator
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game requires a controller so if you do not have a controller, you cannot play this game which is the biggest downside for this game, the gameplay is okay but the graphics feels old. And also i encountered a few bugs on this game on which i had to restart a level because i was softlocked right when i finished a level This game can be good for kids fan of Paw Patrol but it can be boring at some point, don't buy this game if you are not a fan of Paw Patrol you may feel bored quickly. ---{…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is an unpleasant experience. Every level is played on the same map, and there's no checkpoints so if you miss a collectable you have to redo the whole mission. Also, none of the pups are voiced!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Requires controller... hm, OK Doesn't work with Steam Controller... Not OK => Waste of time
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is pure shovelware. I like Paw Patrol, but I wouldn’t subject my kids to this. “Run and collect the bones!”—that’s the whole experience. It feels like the kind of low-effort shareware you’d get for free on a 1990s PC Gamer demo disc… and honestly, that’s probably insulting those old trial CDs.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is better than Paw Patrol: On a Roll but it's still worse than Mighty Pups Save Adventure Bay. In PAW PATROL: Mighty Pups Save Adventure Bay, they had an option to SKIP cutscenes. Now, as the sequel of that game one should EXPECT it to also be here BUT OF COURSE IT ISN'T. Most you could do is Mash the A button but it doesn't help when OVER HALF OF THE CUTSCENES AREN'T SKIPPABLE ANYWAY. This game follows the events of the movie (I think I never paid attention to the plot of the game or…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →PAW Patrol The Movie: Adventure City Calls is an awesome game for kids! My girls love it! Highly recommended
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not that great. Whoever did the UX/UI should be under disciplinary action for their poor showing of design. Same with whomever allowed the game to ship with such abysmal load-times, shadow and model pop-in. There's no quick way to restart the missions if you've missed a pup-treat beyond quitting to the main menu, and the "driving" sections are probably the best example of this.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My daughter is the paw patrol expert in the house, she usually plays on switch but I picked this up pretty cheap for her on sale so she could play on my rog ally She said its decent, she likes the mini games
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Can't get passed the title screen. Reading comments, this is a common problem and they refuse to fix it. I found a fix after reading many comments. Sometimes if you have too many USB peripherals plugged in, you can't select start on the controller. Unplug as many as you reasonably can and try again.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →PAW Patrol The Movie: Adventure City Calls is an amazing take on the movie it is based on! The music and gameplay is really good and the mini games can really test your skills with your favourite pups from the TV show as well as the newcomer Liberty. The story is decent and takes a different approach from the movie with Mayor Humdinger secretly taking parts from the city for his machine and the Pups have to come and clean up the mess the Mayor left behind. I wish this game allowed me to explore…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My kids are 6 and 4. They love the game. Hoestly if you want to introduce your kids into gaming it is the best choice. Runs great on my steam deck. Highly recommended.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A PAW Patrol game ultimately has one goal: it has to be good for little kids to learn and enjoy gaming. Adventure City Calls fundamentally fails at that one singular goal on every conceivable level. Let me explain the gameplay for Adventure City Calls. It's a 2.5d game where you control two of the pups and have them follow a line of dog treats to the end of the level. Each level is broken up by having pup-specific actions such as Rubble drilling rocks in the way or Chase using his grappling…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A good game to introduce your toddler to games. Extremely limited number of inputs needed Biggest part of the game is moving and jumping with a separate interact button. Some mini games that uses like one extra button or using a mix of 2 button presses at the same time. Tried solo and 2 player co-op easily switch the characters around so you dont have to switch the controllers. Although the camera in the game is BAD, if one runs up ahead it will hit a wall so the player thats behind can…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →With simple platforming and collectathon gameplay, this Paw Patrol game was perfect for younger kids' early exposure to videogames. Some control gripes aside, it was a very easy game to pick up and maintain attention. + simple and straightforward gameplay + tutorials are not just text but visual and are voiced - only Xbox-styled controller glyphs - short game, only 8 levels Full Review The game spans 8 levels and is a 3D platformer with very basic platforming and collectathon objectives. The…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game sucks to 100%, I softlocked several times on multiple missions causing me to restart completely, as well as the game having NO indicator as to which missions you've 100% completed, so if you miss a single one accidentally because you're trudging your way through this mindnumbingly slow and bad game, you may have to replay a ton of minigames to figure out which you missed. For me, I missed the level 3 of the park's obstacle course minigames... Like come on.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →https://youtu.be/o_8HjxeMxyY Even considering this was designed for children there almost no narrative elements or consideration for level design, simply put it's a collectible fueled experience to consume spare time.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is so buggy!!!!! Do not buy it until the bugs are fixed. The price is ridiculous!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is clearly unfinished. Or maybe I'm just incredibly nitpicky. But on the other hand I really don't care. Because my daughter doesn't notice all the horrible/weird graphical and audio and plothole and gameplay problems. She's just like "WOW SKYE" lol. So you know what, buy this on sale. That's great. The sale price matches it's level of finished-ness.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is an excellent game for young humans. I installed this for my 5 year old nephew and he absolutely loved it. I really don't understand the hate in the reviews. The only two things I didn't like were the long loading screens and lack of results tracking for the mini games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its a bit simple, but its paw patrol for your young children. They can play by themelves with the AI or with a friend
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →THE GREEN SLIME THE GAME PLAN CARE BEARS MOVIE PAW PATROL: THE MOVIE PAW PATROL; THE MIGHTY MOVIE RAINBOW BRITE AND THE STAR STEALER THE MEG JAWS 1-3 OLIVER & COMPANY
unlabelledView post →Liked it better than Mighty Pups Save Adventure Bay. The levels are more strict, QTEs easier and overall it's more accessible for a small child. Although there are points where the route could be marked even more clearly. It's not always obvious that *this* roadblock you can jump over. Also the levels are way too long. The kids run out of their screentime before finishing one, as there is always another minigame. Plus there is the local language support, though the translation is all over.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great for 4 yo's.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →super lazy approach.. bad controlls.. annoying camera in co-op.. DO NOT BUY.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game for all ages quirky gameplay! BUT ONE THING!!! you can only play this game with a controller
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My 4yo daughter loves it! It is great and everything seems to be working fine (so far!) after its last update. She is very happy we bought this game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The same boring game as always just with a terrible view distance that makes the driving games even hard for adults. Want to replay a certain part of a mission? Too bad, do it all again. Want to know which Minigames you have already completed on Gold level? Too bad, do them all again, we're not telling. I only recommend this if you really hate your child and want to watch it suffer.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I confirm what others state - the game is bugged to the point it breaks the game. It is outrageous to release such untested game, with so simple (and boring) mechanics and still did not test it enough. Seems like it wasn't tested at all! I played and got through the previous two Paw Patrol games. Both were average. The gameplay is painfully simple, thus good for kids, but I'm bored out of my mind. The same thing is with this game. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND. DO. NOT. BUY.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →6 different official xbox controllers and none of them work. Devs are incompetent.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My 3 year old loves this game. Easy enough for them to play.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My daughter (5) was able to play the game without a problem using a Stadia controller. This was the first video game that she played with a controller. She has a hard time controlling the pups, which is not entirely the game's fault. The game is very uninspiring, just got thru a path collecting all the treats. There are a couple of different scenarios where the game changes a little, like the swimming stage or the inter stage car mini game. But she gets easily lost and doesn't know where to…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not playball, a lot of bags. My grand kids are crying. Ask refund
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very minimalistic for a company like nickelodeon. Toddlers love it cause its Paw Patrol otherwise seems rushed in graphics and story and the only character who says anything is Ryder.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got this game in a humble bundle and even at less then 2$ of avg price for these game, I feel that I got ripped of this one. Its doesn't work with a keyboard and none of my three controllers work with the game. It seem only XBOX controller work with this none of the other controllers I've tried work. My 5yo was very sad he couldn't play. The only reason someone would by this game is ruin a child hope and dream.
