45 of 45 · most liked firstUpdated 3rd times on Nov.10, after beating the game for another 5 hours further: After 20+hrs of gameplay I still have to say this game require some aggressive balance work. The visual is pretty good, new alien models look nice, but what most Sigma franchaise players expect is AS3 not this tower defence style thing. Leaving that alone, about the game: 1. Troopers, their required stars to unlock/crystals to purchase, their combat capabilities, are unbalanced in general. Some levels are…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Another great time waster from this developer. Their games wont win a prize for originality, story or beauty, but if you are looking for a cheap game to blow off some steam (and exterminate THOUSANDS of filthy aliens), do not look any further. I quite enjoy these games, the music is great, there are waves upon waves of enemies to mow down and it is just a joy to play a few rounds to get rid of some aggressions. It is nothing you would play for hours on end, but ideal for short play sessions.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the games not bad but also not all that great. gameplay is like plants vs zombies but instead of standing around you'll move forward on level, you'll use ore instead of solar energy to spawn units and have less variety of said units. beating levels gets you stars that will unlock more units and points used to upgrade them. you can have some fun with this but it feels like a budget game so here's some pros and cons. + 8 units that unlock when you get X stars. each has a passive or active (click…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good game, funny time killer, but still not recommended - the game has serious bugs (i.e. special attacks don't work for some units), but looks like the tech support is stopped, so, these issues will never be fixed.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pros: +Graphics +Nice gameplay Cons: -Except grinding, where upgrades cost too much, after doing all the side tasks in every mission you still won't have enough money to buy all the upgrades - Even more buggy than recently released AS2 TL -Difficulty balance, some missions are easy other becomes very hard The last good game from Sigma Team was Alien Shooter TD, after that they has started to release too buggy games releasing one patch max two and abandoning them.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →1) It Is hard, you can play all stages at easy-normal-hard and 2 units will be not level up at all... No credits. 2) It Is to hard (not possible) to play at easy. The monsters get stronger but no credits to level up your units. 3) Only 20 Levels!!!!! 4) A really good game, really nice view, really good game play but the worst upgrade system price that can be
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game has always online drm. ♥♥♥♥ that. fun game but consumer unfriendly and it is not disclosed anywhere on the game page
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Acceptable game for the price! Actually, it's fun! This is not a pretentious game, the developersand designers give what they offer: a nice atmosphere, plenty of aliens to shoot at, upgrades for weapons and for the classes of different soldiers you may use to achieve the missions' tasks, and...loads of shooting action. Graphics are and look ok and the game runs smoothly. Music is good but quite repetitive. Controls are simple to use. Although your men shoot automatically in a more or less…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I did like this game quite a bit, but I am unable to finish it. The biggest problem I found later in the game was that I required Miners every time. Otherwise, your going to lose fast. This means you can’t include an additional type of troop that you may need to finish. Many times, I’ve gotten through to the end of a level just to have my butt handed to me in under 15-20 seconds. Needs to be balanced out more. I have a hard time recommending any game that is good mix of abilities and game…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ahh Sigma Team Inc. I had hoped you would have learned from the first Alien Hallway and made apropriate changes for the sequal. I still recommend this to anyone who enjoys simple strategic combat games, but it still suffers from a couple things that I didn't like from the first Alien Hallway - 1. The game, again, inevitably turns into a grind. Maybe they force this to extend the length of the game, but it's annoying. You must replay older levels over and over to gain enough gold to…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Alien Hallway 2 pros: fast game with modern day graphics with easy controls that moves from location A to B to C and so on, good amount of action and special effects, cons: some difficult battles. grindfest (It takes alot of resources to upgrade and unlock new unit types.) good game. Personal Suggested Purchase Price: $0.49 Or Less During Sale
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →They should have called this alien grindway, you have to farm levels in hard to even be able to complete the further ones on easy, really strange game design. It feels like they realised they had little content, so they walled upgrades behind grinding to make the game feel bigger. At least the game doesn't crash like crazy like the first alien hallway, my advice to sigma team, stop making stuff out of your comfort zone and invest in improving zombie and alien shooters and make them 20-30h…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Another cheap port of a mobile game. Grahipcs are dated and messy, gameplay is.... well... I would say stupid, but its is as nonengagig as they could make it. Music is recycled from old Alien SHooter and Zombie Shooter games. and THIS is definitely not an Alien Shooter game I've come to expect.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Poor interface controls when precise squad management is meant to be required make a frustrating experience.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The games developed by this team never disappoint! This is a simple but super fun game I hope sooner or later they develop Alien Shooter 3 Recommended Game!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pretty fun game. It's like Plant VS Zombies, well kind of.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Generally a just-so-so game. Most of the gaming experience is good. In this game as a squad commander you arrange different classes of soldiers in a group, activate skills when needed, focus fire on tough target... after mission you do some upgrades. However, some game balance is not really reasonable. I recommend purchasing this game when it is on discount.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Alien Hallway 1 was really good except no keyboard shortcuts for calling units. Alien Hallway 2, on the other hand, is way more annoying than fun. The only way to progress is to replay levels a *LOT*.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →DISCLAIMER: This is a first impressions review, and NOT a full review Alien Hallway 2 is a game developed and published by Sigma Team and is the sequel to Alien Hallway The game offers some pleasant graphics and graphical style, although some ugly glitches here and there, it is pleasant all the same. Alien Hallway 2 is a generic game but fun nonetheless RECOMMENDED :) REVIEW SOURCES: None
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like it you Alexander
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Before its release in 2017, Sigma Team had already built a reputation for creating accessible action games centered on overwhelming alien invasions and nonstop combat. Alien Hallway 2 continues that tradition by combining elements of real-time tactics and arcade action into a compact package that favors speed and spectacle over complexity. Developed and published by Sigma Team Inc., the game places players in command of a military force fighting through relentless extraterrestrial assaults,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you liked the first game and want something in the same style, do NOT bother. This is a totally different (and very inferrior IMO) style of game. I appreciate Devs trying something new, but just call it something else. This is not a sequel, its a boring grind. So sad because i adored the first game despite its faults.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like killing tons of aliens without thinking way too much. A fleck of knowledge would be just okay to play this game. A
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really fun game, a lot of things to manage at once, without feeling stupid. BUT at the start of the 2nd world (~13/20 levels) the grind kicks in hard. Which is a shame as it would not have been necessary.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very fun. Good graphics, good models, good music, good price too.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bro best Sigma Team game to date.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Still cool game, similar to predecesor - Alien Hallway. But even more arcady and less tactical. IMO it's a significant regress. In additian screen is shaking like a camera in cheap Hollywood action movie. Recommended only if you are a fan of this kind of games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is not a game, just a very long, unbalanced, unchallenging and repetetive grind. The idea is neat and it could be interesting but execution is MEH
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pros *Nice Artstyle( even though graphics are old) *Atmosphere *Tactical Gameplay *Cheap and worth the price *Dynamic camera Cons *Not many missions.(I haven't completed the game yet) *Levels end faster, I don't know if that is a good thing Verdict I would like to play more of this. A dlc that extends the mission to 30-60 would be good. With few improvements, I think you can make an RPG like Alien Shooter 2, but in 3d.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very basic, boring and tedious.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you want to beat this game on all difficulties, you will need play same missions at least 50 times. Upgrade progression is very slow. It will take you more than 50 hours to beat this game. After some time it becomes boring. Replaying same level over and over to get money. Play Alien Shooter TD instead, that's way better game than Hallway 2.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not worth of money and time . Too boring because feels like grindy . Even not balanced . why there is only four slots of players to carry? Could be better if there is more and it should be like part 1 . Should increase the sniper damage . And most annoying part is Rocket launcher , why? you always have to aim to launch rockets? It makes super annoying and useless at same time . You should make it auto aim and decrease damage to balance . There is some glitches , Some time screen flikkers .
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love this game!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i think is a cool improvement of the first alien hallway this one feel more badass like the first one in steroids is bit on the grindy side so you will have to redo missions several times. oh i really like the use of alien shooter music it never get old
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great fun game that plays very similar to the first one except there is a max unit cap you can have out on the field.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's basically a runner with guns with a dozen or so troops to place on hexes as you move forward. You get about 4 types of infantry to place including yer normal soldier, healers, snipers and bombers. You destroy crystals at the sides for currency (you click on them) and aliens on the path as they bound towards you. Goal is to get to the end and kill some sort of boss. Every level is structured pretty much the same and you simply grind / farm your way to victory. It won't blow yer mind but…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →22.1 hrs of gameplay and no bug, no crash, no glitch. That sounds good!! Good graphics Good animation Good campaing length (20 missions) A little grindy, you'll need to farm money and stars. Meh music, almost all musics (if not all) are part of previous games, plus the jump from one to another is very badly mixed. Meh gameplay, your strategy will be quite limited most of the time because you can't select more than 4 troops types. Meh variety of enemies, too many suicidal, too few long range…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A perfectly functional reverse tower defense that wears skin of Alien Shooter franchise. It's a bit (actually, a lot) on a grindy side, so prepare to run through the same levels more than once to collect enough exp to stand a chance against much tougher opponents in next levels. My only complaint would address somewhat unreliable mouse controls for when you try to drag&drop units to shuffle their order on battlefield (sometimes the cursor picks them up, sometimes it doesn't) Was definitely…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →eeem . good nicely game!......................
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pretty good spinoff with refs, that is worth its money with 90% discount, since its cheaper than half a pizza slice. Possible to complete in 10-12h, some chieves might take more (top 3, for gold, kills and crystals) than that, mb extra 20 runs of 18th or 19th mission, that is extra 6h I guess, if u dont use SAM or Archi. Can't recall any bugs in it, hadn't any crashes either, and no perf issues. New tracks r awesome, even though there's only a few of them. Considering availible troops, I…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pretty solid sequel. The aliens look more like the main Alien Shooter games. It's not just a mindless click when soldier ready type of game. Different action cameras. A little grindy, but you can fix that by editing save file if you want.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For a indie game. This was well done. I am exactly waiting to see if their will be a alien hallway 3 in the future unless their already is one. But this game was fantastically made. The only I hate about this game is some of the units descriptions. For the defender when upgrading thier shields. Is it shield lenght? or Shield strength? or how many times you can use the shield? Also Idk about the last unit you get but I have to wait to unlcok him. The game is very easy at the beginning but gets…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good, Need more upgrade options, for example: level system to every class. level 1 soldier can be totally different with a level 50 soldier, except damage, also including attack range, radius of damge, rate of fire increases. and new active skills / passive skills / perks in the way with level up. Also need a loot system of weapons and equipments. - Also adding an option selection that can let player choose to let the alien corpses and their blood remaining on the ground, not just…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a Perfect game for people who like Blood and killing Alien ,but the game still have a lot of bug when play !
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a good time waster and it brings back that feeling you got when watching starship troopers. BUT, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ can we get a setting that turns of the particles for when enemies and objects blow up? I can run the game on max grapics fine but all the particles when a horde of enemies or minerls blow up it starts laging to hell and back. I give it a 7 out of 10. 2 taken off because of the particle lag and 1 for the repeating music it gets hell of annoying when you realize its on loop.
