21 Jump Street
When cops Schmidt and Jenko join the secret Jump Street unit, they use their youthful appearances to go undercover as high school students. They trade in their guns and badges for backpacks, and set out to shut down a dangerous drug ring. But, as time goes on, Schmidt and Jenko discover that high school is nothing like it was just a few years earlier -- and, what's more, they must again confront the teenage terror… From TMDB

unlabelledView post →Rewatched 21 Jump Street last night because I miss studio comedies and I think this is one of the funniest sequences of the last 20 years. I was in pieces www.youtube.com/watch?v=LChz...

Imagine the tripping balls sequence from 21 Jump Street but the whole movie. I thought it was hilarious, but I admittedly have the sense of humor of a rowdy 9 year old.

unlabelledView post →rewatching the 21 JUMP STREET movie again. Sony really fucked up by not hiring Lord and Miller to make a Ghostbusters movie. Whatever shit they came up with would have been at least Mildly Enjoyable.

unlabelledView post →The 2012 21 Jump Street film touched on this well I think. With Channing Tatum's character infiltrating the high school and dealing with the shock that his jock persona which worked for him when he was younger isn't "cool" or accepted anymore.
unlabelledView post →I enjoy how Miller & Lord put together their movies. "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs" was a charming cartoon. "21 Jump Street" and the sequel "22JS" were cheerful buddy comedies. "The Lego Movie" is a must-see classic. Would've loved to see their "Solo" than Opie's solidly workable and dull fare.

unlabelledView post →21 Jump Street (2012) It was so fucking funny. I had a ton of giggles and "oh my god". It was a solid movie to watch.
unlabelledView post →The 21 Jump Street movie made a lot of "fish out of water" jokes about Channing Tatum's character b/c he was thrown for a loop about how the norms had shifted about bullying & opposition to casual homophobia.

unlabelledView post →21 Jump Street has cameos from two of the original actors to confirm this was a sequel and even better to mock this trope violently. The movie mocks hitting the applause button. It mocks killing them off. It’s art.

Hang with wizards doing strange alchemy in a dungeon. & they are tempted by the vices of the world that would lead them astray of their vows. boxd.it/fKpt3n

Because he was great in that movie, and since then the movies he's starred in.... I mean he was good in The Wolf of Wall Street.... Accepted is a great stoner comedy too..! 21 Jump Street was ok!
