Short version: 85% The fourth 12 Labours of Hercules game is undeniably made for those who are familiar with the series, but they will find probably the best combination of level design and gameplay mechanics so far. Long version: While I was playing though Mother Nature, I couldn’t shake the feeling that it was made only for the long-time players of the 12 Labours of Hercules games, so this review is written for these people as well. If you are a newcomer, I advise to start the series from…

Back with Hercules after the third chapter dedicated to women, this game follows exactly the same footsteps set down by 12 Labours of Hercules II and III. The first chapter had some minor differences (mainly the auto-recharging resources with time: food, wood and gold - here, and in the previous chapters, you have to constantly collect them), but this one is really the same of the previous ones. And it's awesome. It's essentially a point and click game: you'll have dozens of levels in which…

The fourth entry in this time-management series. It does add a few new gameplay elements this time around, but it still gets tedious - especially with a 5th section (56 scenes total, plus 5 jigsaw-like "puzzles"). Designed for (and probably easier to play on) a touchscreen, I can only recommend this if you really like this genre with a keyboard and mouse. Big fan, played all episodes. Episode one still has the best mechanics, you get stuff while being idle there, later you always have to click for income. Game lacks a speed system, but is more fun for perfectionists and much more strategic with external tools running it on a lower speed. Negative rating is deserved through the latest patch, the game now forces a connection to an online server spamming the menu with an ad for some other game - some "free" pay to win sheet. Thumbs down to the…

Fourth of the titular Greek Mythos time management series, 12 Labours IV returns with everything the previous installment did, save for some cosmetic variations on the same core mechanics. Fans of the genre will enjoy more content, but some may grow weary of its increasingly cut and paste design. Pros + Beautiful artwork + More variety of background music + Difficulty selection, developer score challenge + Jigsaw Puzzle collectibles which unlock an additional 6 stages + Multiple routes for…

Not sure why I like such a mindless click fest game. There really isn't any strategy needed if you play the casual or standard difficulty levels to get gold, or three stars. But, it's somewhat addicting and fun at the same time while being mindless. Same as the rest of the series you are in charge of telling your workers and heroes what to do so you can finish each level. Whether it's building things, or collecting resources, your workers and hereoes will be busy at every moment of every…

"Water hydrants & Evil twins" The 12 Labours of Hercules IV: Mother Nature (Platinum Edition) is the last part (4/4) of a newly on Steam introduced series of casual time-management flashgames. It has cute and colorful 2.5D graphics and a lovely entertaining soundtrack (one song really sounds like Greek). A set of four equally nice, neatly made (in every aspect) time managers. Slightly diversified (with new game play features, bonuses and surprises) to make each game a bit different, while keeping enough in common with the previouse one(s), which shortens waste of time and nerve on mastering the next game, that's valuable. Repetative, yet it feels all right here, can't remember myself being driven into bore even once. I beat all four games 100% on expert difficulty and still wouldn't mind to see…

That's what happens you piss some (not so) powerful gods off. In the meantime, for some reason, his land became barren and desert. So now he has to restore it, bring the animals and water back, while fighting a wicked version of himself summoned by the same (not so) powerful gods. This is the fourth installment of the "12 Labours of Hercules" series. As someone who's played the previous three, I would say this is the strongest, as it incorporates all the elements from previous games, while adding some new mechanics. Here, Hercules and Megara have more of a role than in previous games, although the servants do most of the work (of course). What's interesting is how they've added other features , such as a "Midas Exchange", where you can exchange supplies or food for…

TL;DR - Buy it if you like the series. Get extra new levels, and play with your favorite Greek god Hercules. 6/10 12 Labours of Hercules IV: Mother Nature is the fourth game in the franchise. The game is not much of a difference from its predecessors. The gameplay remains similar to those in most of the builder games out there; this involves building and upgrading facilities, fixing roads, getting resources and at times, summoning the "useful" Hercules to clear the heavy boulders and Megara to…

The fourth time management game in the long run series produced by http://jetdogs.com/ I must admit coming into this game I wasn't really expecting much as the previous 3 are pretty much the same thing. However this is by FAR is the best champagne corker and need of a toast that the developers can come up with new ideas if i have ever seen one. In fact if they finish the series off on this one I would understand as it would be difficult for them to top as they have really set the bar high for…

This game is the exact same as the Alicia Quatermain series, except with Hercules, Megara, Midas and their "peers". I found this game to be slightly better looking overall and with better soundtracks than the Alicia Quatermain games. I have not played 12 Labours of Hercules I, II nor III, so I can't compare to those. After playing the game for a while (trying to get the achievements for instance), you might injure your hand/fingers. This is a game where you click a lot. This is not the best…

12 Labours of Hercules IV: Mother Nature is a casual resource/time management strategy game. This time around, Hercules and Megara are trying to restore the land. Hercules still does the heavy work if there's a boulder in the way and Megara still brings the fruit bushes to life and also restores life to the dead trees. 4/10 12 Labours of Hercules IV: Mother Nature is an easy achievement clunky casual game with no real mythology ties. 12 Labours of Hercules IV: Mother Nature (Platinum Edition) is nothing special and isn't as grand as the title might lead some to believe. I've always had a weird penchant for games like this one, there's something zen about the point and click and trying to get the best score/win those achievements. For fifty cents, it really couldn't be beat. If you're looking for something casual that doesn't take a whole lot of thought, this is it.

So I have played all of these thus far plus the other one they did (forget its name) and by now I am kind of bored. It is more of the same with barely any innovation which all I ask for is a little something extra to spice it up by now. If you loved the others and can stand wasting even more time then by all means go for it, personally I finally got bored of clicking.

12 Labours of Hercules IV: Mother Nature, developed by Jetdogs Studios and Zoom Out Games, continues the whimsical reinterpretation of classical mythology that has made the series a favorite among time management fans. In this fourth installment, players rejoin Hercules and his resourceful partner Megara as they confront a new threat—not a beast or villain, but environmental devastation. A malevolent force has turned fertile lands into arid deserts, and it's up to our mythic heroes to restore…

I liked this game enough to spend almost 20 hours to get all the achievements and a couple of them were solidly difficult like beating the Dev's record 10 times or preventing a thief from stealing a whole level. It looks like this game is just like the other 12 Labours of Hercules but I haven't tried them yet. I think if you liked those you would also like this one.

I haven't come across a game like this before, and what's intriguing is that it's from 2015, which kind of precedes all the newer mobile game ads, where often such gameplay is used. There are some slower levels and some faster levels, but once you get the ball rolling, it's really satisfying. Although it's a strategy game, I felt the need for a strategy only when trying to beat the developers times. Still, the game was enjoyable, even tho that one thief stole my cheese 6 times in a row.

Ah yes, the "Collector's Edition" of a fourth copy-and-paste game. That may ring true, but there continue to be incremental additions that do set it apart: dynamic backgrounds, a new objective that interacts with them, and a couple new music tracks. The story is also a bit dodgy this time, but this is certainly another pack of levels for the series. I just wish the de facto difficulty levels still weren't "on total autopilot" and "play perfectly". The definition of a time-waster.

Nice game. Is very relaxed and funny. There's some strategy involved. Is just like the previous Hercules games with a few novelties. Finished it in about 12 hours, but you can do it in a lot less or a lot more if you change the difficulty or if you're not trying for the achivements. No bugs found. Works fine on win 7. Is usually very cheap and it has cards and easy to get achivements.

Boy, I sure do love doing the same thing over and over for every one of the 60+ levels. Not only that, it's the same exact thing you had to do in the last three games. So, that's like 200 levels of the exact same thing. It's all so easy with absolutely zero challenge, but for me, this is my last game of the series and when I'm done, I'll be done. Good riddance. 4/10 Only recommended if you like easy 100%s.

Another enjoyable game in the 12 Labours of Hercules series! This one has quite a few challenging levels compared to previous installments, and adds a few new features. The special helpers get to do a bit more, and there's a new mechanic of trading food or wood for gold that works well. There's some cool map designs too, with portals added. You can't really go wrong with this if you like time management games or if you were a fan of previous games in the series.

It's a fun series, this is #4 of at least 7, and so far the longest one. I 100% it in 12.6 hours, which is an average of 2.5 hours longer than the first 3 games.
