Once you have a 2-3 card loop set up, there's no decisions to be made, and I was able to set up a loop pretty early in all my runs. You can put cards from your deck into inventory to get an extremely small deck by the early midgame. You can play a ton of cards with exhaust to shrink your deck even more. Cards which draw a bunch can draw themselves again. The game is very liberal with mana restoration effects. After a run you can even put some of your cards into storage to get them against next run. The result: easy infinites for everyone.
