What Dreams May Come
Directed by Vincent Ward
After Chris Nielsen dies in a car accident, he is guided through the afterlife by his spirit guide, Albert. His new world is beautiful and can be whatever Chris imagines. Even his children are there. But, when his wife, Annie, commits suicide and is sent to hell, Chris ignores Albert's warnings and journeys there to save her. Upon arrival, Chris finds that rescuing Annie will be more difficult than he'd imagined. From TMDB

positive · AI labelView post →Just to clear things up, the reason films such as Fisher King, What Dreams May Come, The World According to Garp and others are not listed is that I just have never seen them.
neutral · AI labelView post →There is a movie called “What Dreams May Come” with Robin Williams and the co-lead has a line about her husband trying everything to get through to her but he couldn’t, until he joined her where she was. I never forgot that and it has shaped my political philosophy quite a bit. It works.

neutral · AI labelView post →One of my favorite films of Robin Williams' was What Dreams May Come. Different from the book, but what isn't? Years ago I did an acrylic and colored pencil painting of one of my favorite scenes. 20 x 24ish. Gave it to someone who didn't deserve it. Regrets .

positive · AI labelView post →I like this art piece because it’s one of the few I have ever attempted in black and white only, as I absolutely love color, I could get lost in it (Think => What Dreams May Come movie with the late great Robin Williams). But also I haven’t tried cubism since… 🧐 #ArtbySeranya #SeranyaArt

They were the last in our movie stack. I feel like I’ve done my best to expose him to the necessities before we drop him off on campus on Friday. 😭
