The original creator Sugeno has moved on from the project and it has been in the hands of a western company eigoManga for some time now, who are the publishers of the Steam release. They have heavily mishandled the ip, not only when it comes to the game being broken with many issues, but have also used it to publish a political propaganda comic. This person uploaded the game, replaced the easy mode with a bot that does not move (still dies) and released the unplayable boss character as playable (sort of) as well as introducing bugs because of that. This game feels like it is running off of a bad emulator with a subpar resolution, and the UI is pretty confusing. The actual fighting gameplay is somewhat smooth and interesting, but it lacks structure and progression. All you do is fight pretty poorly coded bots continuously, round after round. I would recommend passing on this game. There are better fighting games out there to play.
