unlabelledView post →This short film is a fave of mine, an excellent mix of dreamy sci-fi and kitchen sink realism, sounds like a great project You can watch The Watchers for free on the BFI player here: player.bfi.org.uk/free/film/wa...
unlabelledView post →How did we have a movie called Watcher, a TV series called The Watcher and a movie called The Watchers all come out within 2 years of each other?
unlabelledView post →Watching horror movie (The Watchers) that starts with "There's a forest in the west of Ireland that does not appear on any map." and I can just hear my Nana going "Oh, you went in the forest that eats people and you got et did you? Well what were you playing silly buggers for?"

unlabelledView post →If one tries to stop something without having the where withal to shut it down without retaliation? You film it and report it to those who can put a stop to it. The Free Press is not costumed vigilantes. That only works in comics and Netflix Specials. Who Watches the Watchers?

unlabelledView post →Ishana Night Shyamalan's directorial debut, THE WATCHERS, features fascinating folklore, unsettling imagery, a disquieting atmosphere, and Olwen Fouéré, who is always great. Story gets a bit lost in the third act, but overall I enjoyed it. Available on VOD and on Max. 🎥 #filmsky #horrorsky

Show 495 features "The Watchers: Revelation." audioboom.com/posts/865874...

unlabelledView post →The review embargo on The Watchers has lifted so I can say my favourite thing about the movie was the swag I got at the preview screening.

unlabelledView post →Just watched The Watchers. It was... eh? Kinda empty? It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. It was just there. I felt absolutely nothing at the end. I really have never liked any Shyamalan movie, and yay, now there's two Shyamalans making them.
unlabelledView post →Now seated for The Watchers, the directorial debut from Ishana Night Shyamalan. Time to find out if this is a case of YEPotism or NOPEotism #filmsky 📽️

unlabelledView post →THE WATCHERS (2024, Netflix, #film) A junior Night Shyamalan turns in her first feature, a subpar fantasy horror novel adaptation with a ruinously scrambled mess of a script. Please bypass this and enjoy co-lead Georgina Campbell in LOVELY, DARK, AND DEEP (2023); the exact same premise done right.
unlabelledView post →I'm quite happy that the movie "The Watchers" by Ishana Night Shyamalan will be available to watch on my plane to Tokyo this week ❤️ I wanted to see it for sure!

unlabelledView post →Just finished The Watchers. Very interesting movie—especially with this topic. Does Dakota Fanning find these type of scripts or do they find her? She’s almost like the female Nic Cage as there’s a certain niche she’s found. I love seeing her though.

unlabelledView post →I'm late, but I'm here! I'm Fen, and I write urban fantasy/folklore horror. I loved the Annihilation movie and have the book on standby (not read yet). I also enjoyed The Watchers (set in a forest), but I don't think I have any favs where the ecology is the horror - yet! #HorrorWritersChat
unlabelledView post →📽️ EVERY NIGHT IS MOVIE NIGHT 🍿 (84/365) #NowShowing THE WATCHERS (2024) I was a fan of M Night Shyamalan (before The Happening and Avatar), and seeing the trailer for this one, it looks like his daughter has some real spooky genes, too. Interested to see how this one turns out. 🧡🤘 #FilmSky
unlabelledView post →Stay in the Light was a great sequel to The Watchers, I really enjoy folklore based horror 🙌🏻 Now on to I Am Legend, pretty sure we’ve all seen the movie, but I’ve never read the book 🧛🏻
unlabelledView post →Tonight the goblins are watching The Watchers! Has anyone else seen this one?
unlabelledView post →The Watchers is a well shot movie with a somewhat entertaining plot. The movie is short & it's the directorial debut for M. Night Shyamalan's daughter. Dakota Fanning is the lead actress & she's good in it. The creatures in the movie are interesting once they are revealed. Streaming on Netflix
unlabelledView post →2nd time watch of The Watchers. Being a city girl, the woods freak me out at night, so this is my type of movie. Although I remember more liking than loving it. #FrightClub
unlabelledView post →Not a franchise yet, but a recently released movie is about the fae, The Watchers. m.imdb.com/title/tt2673...
unlabelledView post →#NowWatching 📽️ - The Watchers (2024) Dir. Ishana Night Shyamalan
unlabelledView post →Watched The Watchers. You can see that Ishana Shyamalan has her dad's genes as there is a interesting movie in here with it's plot and creatures. But the writing is very clunky, especially with the twists with one being very obvious to see. Acting is also hit and miss.
unlabelledView post →Also as it’s now getting some attention as movie trailer. The Watchers by AM Shine is shiveringly good

unlabelledView post →I just finished watching a film called the Watchers directed by M. Night's daughter Ishana. Pretty cool film and now I am about to go down a rabbit hole into Irish folklore.

unlabelledView post →Enjoyed watching the film adaptation of The Watchers today. The title was changed to The Watchers it clashed with a similar named series.
unlabelledView post →Finally caught "Cuckoo" last night after months for waiting for a window when I could pay proper attention to it. I really enjoyed the film and I'll take any chance I can get to watch Dan Stevens play off-kilter characters. It reminded me quite a bit of "The Watchers".
unlabelledView post →Well, THE WATCHERS is definitely a movie.

unlabelledView post →I went to theatres to watch the film by Ishana Night Shyamalan, M Night’s daughter — the Watchers 📽️ NW:
unlabelledView post →Watched "The Watchers" for the first time and (spoilers) realized it was like the upside-down of my fae-making-TV universe in "Tune in Tomorrow" and "We Interrupt This Program." Faeries? ☑️ Reality TV show? ☑️ Their loving our stupid little daily selves? ☑️What's funny to me is terrifying in that film.
unlabelledView post →Now watching- The Watchers Reborn (1998) This is the fourth Watchers movie. I haven’t seen them, but I read the original book. It’s got monsters and a super intelligent dog. Produced by Roger Corman. Starring Mark Hamill. This is bound to be interesting somehow.
unlabelledView post →[continued] ... other new SFE entries this week are the short UK film 'The Watchers' (1969); US comic 'Rulah, Jungle Goddess' (1948-1949); plus an entry on the British Film Institute.
unlabelledView post →The Watchers or The Watched in the UK was such a disappointment. Ishana Night Shyamalan did such a great job on Servant. She definitely has a good eye behind the camera but this movie was so poor.
unlabelledView post →It technically came back in front of THE NUN II with the old CG logo then the updated one debuted on the Max streaming film TURTLES ALL THE WAY DOWN and the first time it was shown on a theatrical film was on Ishana Night Shyamalan’s THE WATCHERS.
unlabelledView post →Never heard this lovely song before, and looking into it it appears the band included Olwen Fouéré, who genre film fans might recognize from a spare of recent performances (Mandy, All You Need is Death, The Watchers, The Netflix Chainsaw Massacre etc.)
