The Hot Chick
Not only is Jessica Spencer the most popular girl in school -- she is also the meanest. But things change for the attractive teen when a freak accident involving a cursed pair of earrings and a chance encounter at a gas station causes her to switch bodies with Clive, a sleazy crook. Jessica, in the form of the repulsive Clive, struggles to adjust to this radical alteration and sets out to get her own body back… From TMDB

unlabelledView post →I may be the only person who remembers The Hot Chick, and that's only because the lead single for the soundtrack (back when movies had those) was by a popular New Zealand band and we were all "Aw yeah, NZ music is finally breaking out!" Then we saw the movie and quietly agreed to memory hole it
unlabelledView post →ok I’m watching The Hot Chick for the first time cause it’s Dylan O’Brien’s favorite movie lol
unlabelledView post →Rob Schneider hits his head and becomes Born Again would have been a good-terrible movie of his in the vein of the Hot Chick or the Animal.

unlabelledView post →Waiting for Lionsgate movies to start coming online in Movies Anywhere so that my most recent acquired movie is no longer Rob Schneider in The Hot Chick
unlabelledView post →This is from the Rob Schneider comedy The Hot Chick, a movie which I take no pleasure in telling you is actually a pretty good teen comedy and I unironically recommend it. It's the weirdest Mean Girls prequel.
unlabelledView post →Important omission here. There’s a poster for the Rob Schneider film The Hot Chick to the right of the last loaf of bread nailed into the wall
unlabelledView post →My friends and I used to go to the theater all of the time when we were 12-14 years old. We saw The Hot Chick when it came out. It was so bad that, even at 13, we got annoyed when someone else laughed, which I think only happened once during the entire movie.

unlabelledView post →very funny for dudes to gripe about how women would behave in a completely hypothetical scenario of a body swap when one of the most obvious examples we have in media - 2002 film The Hot Chick - has the woman solving people's problems while the man immediately uses her body for prostitution lol
unlabelledView post →EP 195: THE HOT CHICK (2002) Everyone remembers all of the problems, but do you remember all of the heart? It's a complicated movie starring a bigot, but for a story based on shock value, there's a shocking amount of teen girl movie goodness. Listen wherever you get your podcasts!
unlabelledView post →I have not seen the movie yet but I did just watch a clip on Instagram with Dylan and Rachel doing some press and apparently Dylan would quote "The Hot Chick" at Rachel when they were filming and Rachel had no idea what he was talking about because she does not remember that movie lol
unlabelledView post →what I'm getting from this review is that this film is "mirror universe The Hot Chick (complimentary)"
unlabelledView post →Although “the Hot Chick star” is quite funny. I have never heard of that film. Not even sure it’s a film without looking it up.
unlabelledView post →Three time Oscar nominee Mark Ruffalo? Or the top billed second most memorable star of The Hot Chick, runner up to the runner up from Survivor? Whomst will you put in your film?
unlabelledView post →That's the only kind of situation where you can come out of with the conclusion "Wow, The Hot Chick is a good movie."
unlabelledView post →Freaky (2020) is like someone watched The Hot Chick (2002) and thought - what if it was a horror movie? Though Rob Schneider would make a better serial killer than Vince Vaughn. #movies #moviesky #filmsky
unlabelledView post →I need Rachel McAdams to show up to the premiere of Scary Movie 6, just so she and Anna Faris can do the “Boys are cheats and liars” routine from The Hot Chick (2002) on the red carpet.
unlabelledView post →Thinking about The Hot Chick because it’s such a funny movie that aged bad but is also very progressive at the same time 😭😭
unlabelledView post →now if only THE HOT CHICK would disappear from my streaming movie suggestions
unlabelledView post →What is your favourite non-famous movie quotes? I am torn between 'You think you're so cool cuz you can pee with your penis' from the Hot Chick and 'Oh big Momma could never forget that ass' from Big Momma's House
unlabelledView post →Hey you guys remember that Rob Schneider movie The Hot Chick? Where like they switch bodies and stuff? Are we maybe like actually, legitimately in an alternate Mean Girls universe where Regina George and the gang have swapped into politician and techbro bodies?
unlabelledView post →I have wrestled with this too, except about Rob Schneider's movie The Hot Chick
unlabelledView post →liking The Hot Chick more than The Sheltering Sky is just one of the burdens of being an honest film critic
unlabelledView post →Okay I know Freaky is supposed to be ”Freaky Friday but a slasher” but it’s so much closer to The Hot Chick, the Schneider film, the premise is almost identical honestly.
unlabelledView post →My memory says it was "The Hot Chick" (terrible movie), my ex and I were out on a very rare quasi date night. There were a some kids behind us throwing coins and batteries at people in the theater and yelling the entire movie.
unlabelledView post →"Well, I will say this for the film: it's in color. And it was mostly in focus. And I really can't say any more far beyond that." - Richard Roeper, "The Hot Chick"
unlabelledView post →What the hell is that title?? I resent it because when I was like 10 and in the computer class in school I wanted to show my friend a picture from that stupid 2002 comedy movie The Hot Chick, but obviously I didn't know to expect that the search results would be deeply embarrassing. I'm still mad.

unlabelledView post →This Sunday is the last day of May. I'm wearing this "IT'S ME. . . JESSICA!" enamel pin to church today just because. A lot of the things I regularly say come from this movie. If you haven't watched The Hot Chick then do something to change that.
unlabelledView post →Never let the irony of Rob Schneider's best movie being 'The Hot Chick' escape you
unlabelledView post →Today I watched The Hot Chick. So this movie was on my list almost exclusively because of the South Park "Rob Schneider" joke. Though it is funny that his MO was literally just "I became a different thing" in the early 2000s. That or Adam Sandler's lackey #dailymoviewatch
unlabelledView post →It says he was the star of The Hot Chick, despite the fact that several other more famous people were in that movie. I’d say the post was more than generous.
unlabelledView post →Rest of the movie probably doesn't hold up well but the quote in The Hot Chick where Rob Schneider says "What, you don't pee in your girlfriend's panties? What kind of gay club is this?" goes hard in retrospect

unlabelledView post →I do think it's really funny that when they were trying to launch him as a film comedic lead most of his movies were "What if you play someone who is not you in any way whatsoever?" (The Animal, The Hot Chick)
unlabelledView post →Decent watch, might watch again, but I don't think I can whole-heartedly recommend it. This "body swap" trope is dealing with both sex swapping and age swapping, but not parent-child swapping, so a lot of things come with that in this silly dirt comedy. I'm not even sure you could make this movie in 2020, there would be too much heat from online communities. Just a "30 year old man" hanging around high schoolers, let alone young women, let alone young women that attract attention like these…
