But what we noticed was that Sheila E was mainly invited to try and draw Prince into the studio. Her solo wasn’t intended for her, they wanted Prince. Like, yeah you wanted Prince and Michael Jackson on the same song, I get it. But, you HAD Sheila E. She thought she got a solo on this thing and then figured out she was being used. WTF.
