The visuals have been refreshed, but they still remain recognizable and appealing 2) Characters For the first time in The Coma series, players get THREE playable characters right away. While with one character u can easily fight again monsters, another allows you to…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Incredible atmosphere, though the "Campers" can be a nightmare As a long-time fan who has played and loved every single entry in the series, I’ve been waiting for The Coma 3: Bloodlines for a long time. After my first 4 hours, I can say it’s definitely worth it! What I love so far: - Atmosphere & Nostalgia: The art style is top-notch as always. Seeing familiar faces feels like a real homecoming. I especially love the "easter eggs"—being able to find CDs from the older games and…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I honestly regret buying this game on start. A ton of bugs and lack of clear puzzle design makes for a frustrating gameplay, coupled with slo-mo room transition. Are we being chased by a terrifying monster or are we taking an evening walk??? Character desing took a turn for the worse too. Previous games had the style that made you feel like you're really running for your life, being so crispy and optimised. Here though it's like I'm playing some weird horror gacha with generic models. There's…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The Coma 3: Bloodlines — a success story for the developers? The Coma 3: Bloodlines finally concludes the story of The Coma series and fully explains who these shamans, spirit hunters, and this whole “coma” are from A to Z. Story: A direct continuation of The Coma 2 that clearly shows the story isn’t over yet, and the enemies must be stopped. Gameplay: 1. Everything is now on a higher level. For the first time in the series, there are three main characters. Each one has unique gameplay,…

Pacing feels rushed and yet padded out in the games first half with very back tracky and unsatifiying puzzles that take up most of the encounters, this does improve in the games back half though. Cool boss deigns but they are very under utilized in the plot. we get about a small 3-5 minute segment with each, and they are rather uncreative sequences. Story has too…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Score: 7/10 I’ve finished one playthrough and wanted to drop a review before jumping into a second run for the True Ending and remaining achievements. (I’ve played almost every games in the series except for 2B). Pros 1. Visuals The art style has improved significantly. There is a much wider variety of character expressions and poses, which I absolutely loved. 2. Voice Acting There is a noticeable increase in voiced lines for the characters. 3. Inventory You can carry a lot more items now.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I enjoyed the game for its simplicity and enjoyed exploring, but the art did a jump. I didn’t even know that was Youngho, I thought it was a totally different character but I recognized the others. The fighting, hiding, and dodging was really wonky, sometimes not even responsive. Ending of the series felt half done too and very rushed. Puzzles were pretty lame. But what really made me frustrated was multiple endings? Seriously? It’s the final game, just be over and done with it. I truly hate…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As a fan of this franchise for more than 10 years, I do NOT recommend buying this game unless you are prepared for a lot of grinding and a mediocre experience at best. I was a big fan of the Coma series from 2015 and couldn't wait for each new game. But I'm sorry to say that Coma from 2B was a big disappointment and it doubled with Bloodlines. I played and finished Coma 2B and I thought it was a bit disappointing but it might have been just a rushed title. BUT now I was really surprised by how…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It feels like the game is 1% story and 99% running errands — basically a walking simulator. Honestly, every game in The Coma series suffers from this issue. You enter a new area, get assigned random tasks, finish one objective only for another to immediately appear, then after a short cutscene, you’re back to doing repetitive chores for another hour. You can spend 10 hours playing, yet it feels like there are only 10 minutes of actual meaningful content. In the first game, this formula worked…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Overall, the game’s great, but I’m not gonna lie—I still loveee The Coma 2 way more. In Season 3, the maps felt way smaller and there wasn't nearly enough exploration compared to The Coma 1 and 2, also less puzzle too. In Season 2, I actually loved the and 'trauma' of running back and forth between maps, but this time around, it felt a bit too linear. You’re basically locked into the storyline and can’t really backtrack to the previous map, which was kind of a letdown. Plus, the monsters were…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The Coma series by Devespresso Games is a masterclass in indie-2D hand-drawn survival horror. Closer in play style to Clock Tower with a core game thread of sneaking, hiding, running, and solving puzzles to unravel a nut-bag story. Is nut bag hyphenated? Anyway, I played the entire series back-to-back because I have too much time and have a love for all things Korean culture and nut-baggary. The original is The Coma: Cutting Class (later re-released as The Coma: Recut), followed by a sequel,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Honestly, I have mixed feelings about this one. I’ve played the first two games, and while The Coma 3: Bloodlines does some things incredibly well, it falls short in a few other areas. First off, the graphics are a massive step up. The game looks so much better and more polished compared to the previous titles. But the absolute biggest deal for me was the Turkish language support. Huge thanks to the devs for including it! They also added some fresh mechanics that give the gameplay a really…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Overall experience, satisfied conclusion to the Trilogy. A bit shorter than previous games judging from how I got all achievements within 5-6 hours of gameplay which is just one playthrough. But I bought the bundles and start playing from the first game so I wouldn't complain about it. Since the entire series is like one big game that is very enjoyable. Now for the game itself. - I felt this one lack of the horrors aspect of previous games (maybe because there are more characters. it felt…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Gameplay and horror : is simple and easy to understand, with some enemies being moderately easy--to hard to beat and same goes for the puzzles as well. It does get pretty eerie throughout the game wondering what's chasing you and what isn't, combined with the interesting but terrifying story throughout the game which kept me on my toes and i loved it. Afterall horror isn't just about atmosphere, it's about immersion as well, and this game does both very well. I will rate the horror aspect a…

Эта часть более экшонистая - можно резать противников ножом, окуривать благовониями и заливать перцем, в целом мне понравилось - эту часть хотя бы не надо проходить три раза на все ачивки как 2б.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Well, not a bad game but not as great as the 2nd game. Finally we got the whole story and the finale. Mina looked better with short hair tho. It takes like 4-5 hours to beat. Got different endings depending on your actions. If you can not achieve the true ending then you do not get a satisfying finale and no info about the whole story so you should better manage it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →After having gone through pretty much the entire series, I must say that this entry is by far the most complete and thorough. It pretty much ties up all of the loose ends and answers major plot points, along with the little questions at the back of one's mind. Notes found scattered throughout the game help flesh out the rest of the Coma universe, while maintaining continuity between scenes. As for the combat, while there are improvements over the older entries, I would have preferred…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →What I love most about C3 is playability of different characters. It give sense of freshness in terms of gameplay. Following this series, I love how the MC have looked growned up. I enjoyed the exploration. The difficulty is decent so that you dont have to smash your head playing. Puzzles are not hard, but is a bit tricky, so it was enjoyable.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'd give this game a solid 10/10 (call me a fanboy/fangirl if you want, I don't care, I just love it). I've played every single entry and they’ve all been amazing. I've gotta say, the art style has leveled up and the puzzles definitely require a sharper eye now. From Cutting Class and Recut until now, you guys have come such a long way! I'm so proud of you for sticking with this until the end. The soundtrack, the art, the character design everything is spot on and feels so 'you.' It's kind of…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The best part to conclude everything! Thank you for your effort making the great game with great stories!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The Coma has regained its footing after faultering with the previous installment to end things on a high note. The art and music remain the series' strongest assets, combining into an intense and immersive atmosphere. Gameplay is the same outside of Youngho's new combat ability, which makes him the most fun to play. Unfortunately, since the other two lack comparetively interesting abilities and encounters, I never had to interact with their mechanics and their sections felt less engaging -…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love this series and this installment is great.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →After enjoying every previous entry in the series, I was really curious to see where this sequel would take things next. Thankfully, it turned out to be another great trip into one of my favorite indie horror universes. What impressed me the most is just how much the series has evolved since the first game. The animations are smoother, the visuals are more detailed, and there are plenty of new characters and locations to discover. The comic book-inspired 2D art style remains as striking as…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I loved the series as a whole, but I feel like every game was flawed in some way. Overall, I feel like there's too much focus on the monsters and chasing and too little on story and characters. This game is no exception when it comes to that. The other thing is, I think this game would have been better without the "multiple endings". For example, I made a bad choice due to a confusing wording in a dialog menu so I got a bad ending. But the "choices" leading to a certain ending or another are…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →10/10 game. Not much to say about it. Good conclusion to the series.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →its an okay game, i do feel it took a step back from the previous game and they made the qtes worse somehow. Even with that it was a fine game. 7.5/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Low key one of my favorite game serie out there. I can't explain why tho because this is usually not my cup of tea but I really enjoyed it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very satisfying new entry to a very underrated game series. It was worth the 6 year wait.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Awesome Game. Though there were times when the player wouldn't move after changing rooms, which is especially annoying when it's during a chase, I give it a pretty good score. I honestly hope for a potential sequel or spinoff to help tie up some lore that wasn't explained.

Good: - Puzzles are the best out of all Coma games. - Multiple characters help avoid monotonous gameplay. Questionable: - Plot is less engaging.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An absolute fan of this series, i have played them all and i'm impressed by how they all fit together perfectly. It's really worth the detour, my only complain is i'm a bit disappointed that it's so short. I was expecting a bit more time of gameplay but maybe it would've been too much. We get the final pieces of lore missing and they did it as perfect as can be. Pure cinema.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →PATCH 1.1.7 - Turning into a Recommendation The developers have continued their hard work, and with the latest patch, the game has finally reached a state where it is much more playable and far less frustrating. While there are still some quirks, the improvements are noticeable, and I can now genuinely recommend the game to fans of the series. The aggressive pacing has been toned down, and the game finally lets you breathe, though some enemy encounters still feel a bit artificially forced upon…

Review: I just finished the game today and I really loved it! The graphics, the lore, Mina, and especially The Vicious Sisters making a come back. I'm sad that this is the final game for the coma series, I really enjoyed playing them, good…
